Abstract
Винахід належить до способу регуляції ненасиченості жирних кислот в олії насіння, який включає одержання рослини, що продукує олійне насіння, і знижувальну регуляцію, із застосуванням щонайменше одного із способів мутагенезу і рекомбінантних ДНК, експресії або активності щонайменше однієї фосфатидилхолін:діацилгліцерол-холінфосфотрансферази (PDCT) в одній або декількох насінинах або насінні цієї рослини, і де щонайменше один із способів мутагенезу або рекомбінантних ДНК напряму знижує експресію або активність щонайменше однієї PDCT. Також винахід належить до скорочених PDCT-поліпептидів, які містять N-кінцеву частину поліпептиду, та до нуклеїнових кислот, які кодують такі скорочені поліпептиди.
