Abstract
The method for production of granular compound fertilizers according to present invention comprises mixing the solid components within 1 to 10 min. with moist components, obtained from the tubular reactor, arranged in the bottom part of a mixer, wherein the alkaline components were neutralized with mineral acids. The temperature of a mixture is raised up to . Ammonia aqueous solutions, containing ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium sulphate, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate or mixtures thereof, potassium hydroxide or potassium salts or mixtures thereof are used as the alkaline component, whereas nitric, phosphoric or sulphuric acids - as the acidic component. The amount of nitrogen in the granulated product is from 5 to 25 %, by weight and sulphur - up to 15 % by weight.
