Abstract
Изобретение относится к галогенированному полисилану в форме чистого соединения или смеси соединений, а также термическому способу его получения, где полисилан отличается характерными химическими сдвигами в ЯМР-спектрах 29Si и типичными отношениями интенсивностей линий спектров Рамана и большим содержанием разветвленных цепей и колец, а способ получения галогенированного полисилана специально оптимизирован для обеспечения высокой производительности и получения хорошо растворимого полисилана.
