Abstract

This work is about shower heads, specifically a shower head structure with massage properties.

Since ancient times, people have had the habit of bathing and changing clothes. In addition to maintaining personal hygiene, it is also one of the basic etiquette for meeting guests. There are many ways to bathe, including sponge bathing, soaking bathing, showering, etc. Looking at the development of shower tools, from the ancient times, people had to use a spoon or basin to scoop water to the modern shower head, which gradually improves the convenience of showering.

However, it is known that the shower head only has the function of spraying water from fine holes after opening the water, and does not have the auxiliary effect of switching the spray effect and massage, so that the bathing only has a single cleansing effect and cannot relieve the body pain.

In view of this, how to solve the above problems is the primary issue that this creation wants to solve.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a shower head structure, in which a switching switch arranged in the sprinkler part controls the actuation of a switching member, changes the water output of the spray member to achieve different spraying effects, and adds a massage component to achieve the effects of showering and massaging at the same time.

To achieve the above main purpose, the present invention provides a shower head structure, which includes:

A grip portion is in the shape of a hollow tube and has a mounting end and a water inlet end formed at its two ends respectively penetrating the interior thereof, an inner tube is provided in the grip portion and is connected to the mounting end and the water inlet end;

A water sprinkling part, comprising a water outlet head and a connecting part, wherein the water outlet head has a water outlet space and a water outlet end is formed on one side of the water outlet head; the connecting part is connected to the water outlet space at one end thereof and assembled to the mounting end of the grip part at the other end thereof; a water spraying component is arranged in the water outlet space, and the water spraying component sprays water from the water outlet end; a switching switch is arranged on a side of the water outlet head different from the water outlet end; a switching component is arranged in the water outlet space and is arranged opposite to the switching switch, and the switching switch controls the switching component to actuate so as to change the water output of the water spraying component;

A massage component is assembled at the water outlet of the water outlet to massage the body;

A switch button is movably arranged at a preset position of the connecting portion and adjacent to the grip portion. The switch button can be radially switched along the connecting portion to open or close the water flow.

Preferably, the water spray assembly includes a shell and a water spray element, the shell is divided into a first water outlet area and a second water outlet area from the inside to the outside by a ring wall; the water spray element is assembled on one side of the shell and has a plurality of water spray holes corresponding to the first water outlet area and the second water outlet area.

Preferably, the connecting portion is connected to the water outlet head at an angle, so that the gripping portion extends in an incline opposite to the water outlet head.

As shown in Figures 1 to 3, a shower head structure provided by a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a grip portion 1, a sprinkling portion 2 connected to the grip portion 1, a massage component 3 disposed on the sprinkling portion 2, and a switch key 4 for controlling the water flow switch.

As shown in FIG. 3 , the grip portion 1 is in the shape of a hollow tube, with a mounting end 11 and a water inlet end 12 formed at both ends thereof. An inner tube 13 is disposed in the grip portion and is connected to the mounting end 11 and the water inlet end 12.

The shower head 2 has a water outlet 21 and a connecting portion 22. In this embodiment, the water outlet 21 is cylindrical and has a water outlet space 211 inside. A water outlet end 212 is formed on one side of the water outlet 21. The connecting portion 22 is connected to the water outlet space 211 at one end and assembled to the mounting end 11 of the grip portion 1 at the other end. The inner tube 13, the connecting portion 22 and the water outlet space 211 constitute the internal water supply flow channel of the shower head of the invention. The connecting portion 22 is connected to the water outlet 21 at an angle, so that the grip portion 1 extends in the opposite direction of the water outlet 21, which is more ergonomic and improves the grip comfort.

Please refer to FIG. 3 , the switch key 4 is movably arranged at a preset position of the connection portion 22 and adjacent to the grip portion 1 to open or close the water flow. Specifically, the switch key 4 is arranged to penetrate the connection portion 22 in the radial direction, and its two ends protrude from the connection portion for pressing to drive the switch. A flow guide hole 41 is arranged between the two ends of the switch key 4 to penetrate the switch key 4 in the radial direction. By pressing one end of the switch key 4, the flow guide hole 41 connects or disconnects the inner tube and the connection portion, thereby controlling the water flow to be opened or closed.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , a water spraying member 23 is disposed in the water outlet space 211, and the water spraying member 23 sprays water from the water outlet end 212. A switching switch 24 is disposed on the side of the water outlet head 21 different from the water outlet end 212, and a switching member 25 is disposed in the water outlet space 211 and is disposed opposite to the switching switch 24. The switching switch 24 controls the switching member 25 to change the water outlet of the water spraying member 23, thereby achieving different water spraying effects.

To further explain, the water spraying member 23 includes a shell 231 and a water spraying element 232. The shell 231 is cylindrical and one side of it is open. The water spraying element 232 is assembled on the shell 231 to close the open side. The shell 231 is adaptively assembled in the water outlet space 211 so that the open side is arranged in the same direction as the water outlet end 212. The shell 231 is also divided into a first water outlet area 234 and a second water outlet area 235 from the inside to the outside by a ring wall 233, that is, the second water outlet area 235 is arranged around the first water outlet area 234. The other side of the housing 231 is provided with a first through hole 236 and a second through hole 237, and a concave hole 238 is further provided between the first through hole 236 and the second through hole 237, wherein the first through hole 236 is connected to the first water outlet area 234, and the second through hole 237 is connected to the second water outlet area 235, and the water in the water outlet space 211 is guided into the housing 231 through the first through hole 236 and the second through hole 237. The water spraying element 232 is provided with a plurality of water spraying holes 239 corresponding to the first water outlet area 234 and the second water outlet area 235.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the switching member 25 has a rotating disc portion 251, and the rotating disc portion 251 has a receiving groove 252 connected to the bottom surface thereof. A ball 253 is sleeved in the receiving groove 252, and a part of the end surface of the ball 253 protrudes from the bottom surface of the rotating disc portion 251. The switching switch 24 passes through the water outlet 21 and is assembled to the rotating disc portion 251 to control the rotation of the rotating disc portion 251, so that the ball 253 can move with the rotating disc portion 251 and be engaged with the first through hole 236, the second through hole 237 or the concave hole 238 to adjust the water output of the water spraying element 232 to achieve different water spraying effects.

In detail, when the ball 253 is engaged with the first through hole 236, the first water outlet area 234 is closed, so that the water in the water outlet space 211 is guided to the second water outlet area 235 by the second through hole 237, and the water columns are sprayed through the corresponding water spray holes 239. The water columns are dispersed and the water pressure is relatively small, so a large area of the body can be washed. When the ball 253 is engaged with the second through hole 237, the second water outlet area 235 is closed, and the first through hole 236 guides the water to the first water outlet area 234, and then the water is sprayed through the corresponding water spray holes 239. The sprayed water columns are concentrated and the water pressure is relatively large, so a certain part of the body can be pressurized and relieved. When the ball 253 is locked in the concave hole 238, the first through hole 236 and the second through hole 237 are both opened, and water is guided to the first water outlet area 234 and the second water outlet area 235. The water column sprayed by the water spray element 232 is both dispersed and concentrated, and the pressure is applied to various parts of the body to relieve and rinse at the same time. The above structural setting realizes the three different water spray modes to switch at will to meet different bathing needs.

To further improve the bathing comfort, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the present invention also detachably assembles a massage component 3 at the water outlet end 212 of the water outlet head 21, so as to massage the body while showering. In this embodiment, the massage component 3 is threadedly coupled to the water outlet end 212 of the water outlet head 21. The massage component 3 is also surrounded by a plurality of convex portions 31 to increase the contact range of the massage body, and combined with the above-mentioned different water spraying modes, the bathing comfort is greatly improved, and the effect of effectively relieving physical and mental fatigue is achieved. Among them, the massage component 3 is made of elastic material, preferably silicone or thermoplastic rubber (TPE), with moderate hardness and good massage comfort.

In summary, the shower head structure provided by this invention has the following improvements and advantages:

First, multiple spray modes can be switched to meet different bathing needs. This invention uses a switching switch to control the water flow direction and water output of the spray component, so that the sprayed water column is concentrated or dispersed to meet different bathing needs.

Second, it has an auxiliary massage effect; this creation is equipped with a massage component at the water outlet of the water head, with multiple protruding protrusions to contact and massage the body, assisted by different water spray modes, which can effectively relieve body soreness and make the bathing experience better.

However, the disclosure of the above embodiments is only used to illustrate the present invention, not to limit the present invention, so any change in numerical values or replacement of equivalent components should still fall within the scope of the present invention.
