Abstract

A prompting device includes a supporting structure, a display module, a photographic module, and a magic lens. The supporting structure includes a display fixing frame, a lens fixing frame connected to the display fixing frame, and a photographic fixing frame connected to the display fixing frame. The display fixing frame has two lower fixed side rails arranged at intervals. The display module is arranged on the display fixing frame. The two lower fixed side rails support the sides of the display module. The photographic module is arranged on the photographic fixing frame. The magic lens is arranged on the lens fixing frame. The magic lens is arranged between the display module and the photographic module.

Description

Prompt Device

The invention relates to a prompting device, in particular to a prompting device for displaying data and taking images.

Generally speaking, a teleprompter is an electronic presentation device whose primary purpose is to prompt a user (e.g., an actor or user, or a presenter, or a performer) to read a required script for various activities such as videotaping and public speaking.

Please refer to FIG. 1 , which is U.S. Patent Publication No. US10491785B1, illustrating a teleprompter 100. The teleprompter 100 has glass, a camera and a display screen arranged in a light shield. The glass reflects the display data of the display screen, and the glass transmits the shooting picture of the camera. The display screen of the teleprompter 100 is located in front of the camera (usually arranged at the bottom of the glass). The text on the display screen is reflected to the user's eyes through a piece of transparent glass or a special beam splitter. The light from the user penetrates the front side of the glass into the camera, and the shield surrounding the camera and the back side of the glass can prevent unnecessary light from entering the camera.

Since the teleprompter does not require the user to look down at the book to take notes, the teleprompter can allow the user to appear to have memorized the speech content, or to be speaking spontaneously, or to have the illusion of looking directly at the camera.

Although many teleprompters have been developed in the prior art, they still have the following disadvantages when used in practice:

1. Impact on the image quality of the camera: The camera of the teleprompter 100 is set behind the glass, so the light from the user must pass through the glass to reach the camera. However, the tilted glass may be stained with dust or oil film, and the glass surface may also be attached with a film such as a polarizing filter to help reflect light according to the usage, which will cause the light reaching the camera to refract, polarize, block light, etc., thereby affecting the image quality of the camera.

2. The displayed text must be processed: Since the image displayed on the display screen of the teleprompter 100 reaches the user's eyes through reflection, the image displayed on the display screen must be mirrored so that the user can understand the displayed image, especially the text display. If it is not mirrored, the user will see the opposite font and cannot understand the meaning of the text.

3. The side cannot be connected to the wires: The light shield of the teleprompter 100 completely covers the glass, camera and display screen, and does not have any holes to prevent light from entering the interior, so the wires connected to the display screen must be connected from the back panel. However, the connection ports of existing flat-panel display screens are all located on the side of the display screen, and the connected wires are difficult to extend out from the display screen.

Therefore, how to maintain the best photographic image quality without mirroring the display screen and allowing the transmission line connected to the display screen to be pulled out from the side is a goal that relevant technical personnel urgently need to work hard on.

In view of this, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a prompting device, which includes a support structure, a display module, a camera module, and a magic lens.

The supporting structure includes a display fixing frame, a lens fixing frame connected to the display fixing frame, and a photographic fixing frame connected to the display fixing frame. The display fixing frame has two lower fixed side rails arranged at intervals.

The display module is arranged on the display fixing frame, and the two lower fixing side rails support the side of the display module.

The photography module is arranged on the photography fixing frame.

The magic lens body is arranged on the lens body fixing frame, and the magic lens body is arranged between the display module and the photographing module.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the display fixing frame further has two first structural clips and two second structural clips which are detachably connected to the two first structural clips, and the first structural clips cooperate with the two second structural clips to define the two lower fixed side rails.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the display fixing frame further has two protrusions respectively arranged on the two first structural clips, and two grooves respectively arranged on the two second structural clips, and the two protrusions can be respectively embedded in the two grooves.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the display fixing frame has a plurality of fastening structures disposed on the two first structure clips and the two second structure clips, so as to fasten the two first structure clips and the two second structure clips together in accordance with the thickness of the display module.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the display fixing frame has at least one through hole arranged on the two lower fixing side rails, and the side of the display module is exposed to the outside through the through hole.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the supporting structure further includes a device fixing frame connected to the display fixing frame, and the display fixing frame further includes a fixed bottom rail arranged between the two lower fixed side rails, and the fixed bottom rail supports the bottom edge of the display module.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the supporting structure further includes a light shield connected to the lens fixing frame, and the display module, the light shield, and the magic lens cooperate to surround and define a dark room.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the light shield has a top plate, two side plates connected to the top plate, a fixed top rail connected to the top plate, and two upper fixed side rails connected to the two side plates respectively, the two upper fixed side rails can be detachably connected to the two lower fixed side rails, and the two upper fixed side rails support the sides of the display module.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the supporting structure further includes a lens angle fixing structure connected to the lens fixing frame for fixing the relative angle between the magic lens and the display module. The lens angle fixing structure has at least one angle stopper disposed on the display fixing frame and at least one angle fixing member disposed on the lens fixing frame.

Another technical means of the present invention is that the display module includes a display arranged on the display fixing frame, a text controller connected to the display, a voice recognizer connected to the text controller, and a sound receiver connected to the voice recognizer.

The beneficial effect of the present invention is that the two lower fixed side rails and the two upper fixed side rails support and tighten the sides of the display module, so that light will not leak from the sides of the display module. The perforations on the sides of the display fixing frame can allow the transmission line connected to the display module to pass outward. The image output by the display module penetrates the magic lens body to reach the user's eyes, and the image does not need to be processed by mirrors. The photographic light of the photographic module is reflected by the magic lens body, which not only makes it difficult to produce refraction of light, but also dust on the magic lens body will not affect the photographic light, so the photographic quality of the photographic module can be maintained.

The related patent application features and technical contents of the present invention will be clearly presented in the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawings.

Please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , which are a preferred embodiment of the present invention's prompting device. The prompting device includes a support structure 3, a display module 4, a camera module 5, and a magic lens 6.

The supporting structure 3 includes a display fixing frame 31, a lens fixing frame 32 connected to the display fixing frame 31, a photographing fixing frame 33 connected to the display fixing frame 31, a light shield 34 connected to the lens fixing frame 32, a lens angle fixing structure 35 connected to the lens fixing frame 32, a device fixing frame 36 connected to the display fixing frame 31, and a dark room 37 surrounded and defined by the display module 4, the light shield 34, and the magic lens 6.

The display module 4 is a common flat panel display and is mounted on the display fixing frame 31 . The camera module 5 is a common camera and is mounted on the camera fixing frame 33 . The magic lens 6 is mounted on the lens fixing frame 32 .

Referring to FIG. 4 , the magic lens body 6 is disposed between the display module 4 and the camera module 5. The magic lens body 6 is tilted and has a reflective surface and a transmissive surface. The camera module 5 corresponds to the reflective surface, and the display module 4 corresponds to the transmissive surface. The image displayed by the display module 4 penetrates the magic lens body 6 and is projected toward the user 21 in a first direction 22. The image captured by the camera module 5 comes from the light reflected by the magic lens body 6. The image light from the user 21 is projected toward the magic lens body 6 in a second direction 23. The first direction 22 and the second direction 23 exist in the same space but are opposite to each other. The user 21 can check the reference data of the recording or live broadcast by looking directly at the magic lens body 6, and the front of the user 21 is recorded at the same time.

3, 5, and 6, the display fixing frame 31 has two spaced lower fixed side rails 311, two first structural clips 312, two second structural clips 313 detachably connected to the two first structural clips 312, two protrusions 314 respectively disposed on the two first structural clips 312, two grooves 315 respectively disposed on the two second structural clips 313, a plurality of fastening structures 316 disposed on the two first structural clips 312 and the two second structural clips 313, at least one through hole 317 disposed on the two lower fixed side rails 311, and a fixed bottom rail 318 disposed between the two lower fixed side rails 311.

The first structural clip 312 and the second structural clip 313 cooperate to define the two lower fixed side rails 311. The structure of the two lower fixed side rails 311 and the fixed bottom rail 318 is a groove 315 structure. The two lower fixed side rails 311 support the side of the display module 4. The plurality of fastening structures 316 are used to fasten the two first structural clips 312 and the two second structural clips 313 together in accordance with the thickness of the display module 4. The plurality of fastening structures 316 are arranged on the The plurality of screw holes on the two first structural clips 312 and the two second structural clips 313 can be used for screws to fasten the two first structural clips 312 and the two second structural clips 313 respectively, so as to clamp the side of the display module 4 to make it light-proof and prevent light from entering the darkroom 37. In actual implementation, the plurality of fastening structures 316 can use other fastening structures 316, and should not be limited to this. The fixed bottom rail 318 supports the bottom edge of the display module 4 and can also prevent light from entering the darkroom 37.

The two protrusions 314 on the two first structure clips 312 can be respectively embedded in the two grooves 315 on the two second structure clips 313 to fix the positions of the two first structure clips 312 and the two second structure clips 313 to each other, so as to form the two lower fixed side rails 311 and provide the display module 4 for insertion.

The side of the display module 4 can be exposed to the outside from the through hole 317. Preferably, a recessed portion is respectively provided on the two first structural clips 312 and the two second structural clips 313. When the two first structural clips 312 and the two second structural clips 313 are combined, the plurality of recessed portions form the through hole 317. The position of the through hole 317 corresponds to the connection port (not shown in the figure) of the display module 4, so that the transmission line (not shown in the figure) can extend outward from the through hole 317. In addition, the two lower fixed side rails 311 have the characteristic of being opaque when supporting the display module 4, so that the display fixing frame 31 has the effect of allowing the transmission line to extend outward and preventing light from entering the darkroom 37.

Referring back to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 , the lens angle fixing structure 35 is used to fix the relative angle between the magic lens 6 and the display module 4. In the preferred embodiment, the lens angle fixing structure 35 has at least one angle stopper 351 disposed on the display fixing frame 31, and at least one angle fixing member 352 disposed on the lens fixing frame 32. The angle stopper 351 is disposed When the upper stopper of the display fixing frame 31 and the lens fixing frame 32 are supported upward against the angle stopper 351, the position of the lens fixing frame 32 is fixed using the angle fixing member 352 to fix the relative angle between the magic lens 6 and the display module 4. In actual implementation, the lens angle fixing structure 35 can also use other fixed angle structures, and should not be limited to this.

2, 3, and 7, the light shield 34 has a top plate 341, two side plates 342 connected to the top plate 341, a fixed top rail 343 connected to the top plate 341, and two upper fixed side rails 344 connected to the two side plates 342 respectively, the two upper fixed side rails 344 can be detachably connected to the two lower fixed side rails 311, and the two upper fixed side rails 344 support the sides of the display module 4.

The lens fixing frame 32 fastens the magic lens 6, the two upper fixed side rails 344 of the light shield 34 fasten the upper side of the display module 4, the two lower fixed side rails 311 fasten the lower side of the display module 4, the fixed top rail 343 fastens the upper edge of the display module 4, the fixed bottom rail 318 fastens the lower edge of the display module 4, the top plate 341 and the two side rails 344 fasten the upper side of the display module 4, and the two lower fixed side rails 311 fasten the lower side of the display module 4. The plate 342 is adjacent to the display fixing frame 31 and the lens fixing frame 32, so that the darkroom 37 is closed by the display module 4, the magic lens 6, the display fixing frame 31, the lens fixing frame 32, and the light shield 34. The light outside the prompting device can only penetrate from the magic lens 6, and the light output by the display module 4 can only penetrate from the magic lens 6.

Referring back to FIG. 3 , the device fixing frame 36 is disposed on the rear side of the display fixing frame 31 and is used to be fixed on a vertical pole (not shown in the figure) to adjust and fix the height of the prompting device. In actual implementation, the device fixing frame 36 may also use other fixing structures and should not be limited to this.

3 and 8, the display module 4 includes a display 41 disposed on the display mounting bracket 31, a text controller 42 connected to the display 41, a voice recognizer 43 connected to the text controller 42, and a sound receiver 44 connected to the voice recognizer 43. The sound receiver 44 receives the voice of the user 21, and the voice recognizer 43 can recognize the voice of the user 21 into text. The text controller 42 can compare the text provided by the voice recognizer 43 with the text output by the display 41, so that the text displayed on the display 41 scrolls along with the voice of the user 21, so that the user 21 can always receive the recorded reference text or the live content.

From the above description, it can be seen that the new type of prompting device does have the following effects:

1. Maintaining the image quality of photography: The photography module 5 is arranged below the magic lens body 6. The magic lens body 6 is tilted to refract the photography light from the user 21 to the photography module 5. Since the photography light from the user 21 does not penetrate the magic lens body 6, the light refraction that occurs during transmission will not occur. In addition, the reflection surface of the magic lens body 6 faces downward, and it is not easy to be attached with dust, which will not affect the photography image quality of the photography module 5.

2. No need to process the displayed image: Since the image output by the display module 4 directly penetrates the magic mirror 6 for the user 21 to see, just like the image broadcast on TV, the user 21 can directly understand the image output by the display module 4, especially can directly read text data, and the image output by the display module 4 does not need to be processed by mirroring.

3. Allowing the transmission line to extend outward and preventing light leakage: Some flat-panel display modules 4 have connection ports arranged on the side. The perforation 317 corresponds to the connection port of the display module 4, so that the transmission line can be directly inserted into the connection port of the display module 4 through the perforation 317, and the lens fixing frame 32 can tighten the side of the display module 4, so that external light will not leak from the side of the display module 4, and the transmission line inserted in the side of the display module 4 can be extended outward.

In summary, the display fixing frame 31 can be provided with the display module 4, the light shield 34 can cover the display module 4, and seal the darkroom 37 between the display fixing frame 31 and the lens fixing frame 32 to prevent external light from entering the darkroom 37, so as to enhance the reflective effect of the magic lens 6. The photography module 5 is arranged below the magic lens 6, and the photographic image will not be transmitted through the magic lens 6, so the image quality of the photographic image can be effectively maintained. The image output by the photography module 5 is directly seen by the user 21 through the magic lens 6, and there is no need to perform mirror processing on the display image, so the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.

However, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not be used to limit the scope of implementation of the present invention. In other words, simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the description of the present invention are still within the scope of the present patent.

Claims (10)

A prompting device comprises: A support structure, including a display fixing frame, a lens fixing frame connected to the display fixing frame, and a photographing fixing frame connected to the display fixing frame, wherein the display fixing frame has two lower fixed side rails arranged at intervals; A display module, arranged on the display fixing frame, wherein the two lower fixed side rails support the sides of the display module; A photographing module, arranged on the photographing fixing frame; and A magic lens, arranged on the lens fixing frame, wherein the magic lens is arranged between the display module and the photographing module. As described in claim 1, the prompting device, wherein the display fixing frame further has two first structural clips and two second structural clips that are detachably connected to the two first structural clips, and the first structural clips and the two second structural clips cooperate to define the two lower fixed side rails. As described in claim 2, the prompting device, wherein the display fixing frame further has two protrusions respectively arranged on the two first structural clips, and two grooves respectively arranged on the two second structural clips, and the two protrusions can be respectively embedded in the two grooves. As described in claim 2, the prompting device, wherein the display fixing frame further has a plurality of fastening structures arranged on the two first structural clips and the two second structural clips, for fastening the two first structural clips and the two second structural clips together in accordance with the thickness of the display module. As described in claim 1, the prompting device, wherein the display fixing frame further has at least one through-hole arranged on the two lower fixed side rails, and the side of the display module is exposed to the outside through the through-hole. As described in claim 1, the support structure further includes a device fixing frame connected to the display fixing frame, and the display fixing frame further has a fixed bottom rail arranged between the two lower fixed side rails, and the fixed bottom rail supports the bottom edge of the display module. As described in claim 1, the support structure further includes a light shield connected to the lens fixing frame, and the display module, the light shield, and the magic lens cooperate to define a dark room. A prompting device as described in claim 7, wherein the light shield has a top plate, two side plates connected to the top plate, a fixed top rail connected to the top plate, and two upper fixed side rails connected to the two side plates respectively, the two upper fixed side rails can be detachably connected to the two lower fixed side rails, and the two upper fixed side rails support the sides of the display module. A prompting device as described in claim 1, wherein the supporting structure further includes a lens angle fixing structure connected to the lens fixing frame for fixing the relative angle between the magic lens and the display module, and the lens angle fixing structure has at least one angle stop member arranged on the display fixing frame, and at least one angle fixing member arranged on the lens fixing frame. A prompting device as described in claim 1, wherein the display module includes a display mounted on the display mounting frame, a text controller connected to the display, a voice recognizer connected to the text controller, and a sound receiver connected to the voice recognizer.
