In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clear, the present invention is further described in detail below in combination with specific implementation methods and with reference to drawings. It should be understood that these descriptions are only exemplary and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In addition, in the following description, the description of known structures and technologies is omitted to avoid unnecessary confusion of the concept of the present invention.

The first aspect of the invention provides a heating device, as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, comprising: a housing 11, a heater and a thermostat 12. The housing 11 has a storage space inside; the heater is arranged in the storage space; the thermostat 12 is arranged outside the housing 11, the end of the heater extends to the outside of the housing 11, and the thermostat 12 is connected to the heater to adjust the working temperature of the heater. The power of the heater can be adjusted by the thermostat 12 to increase or decrease the working temperature of the heater; dry low-temperature airflow is introduced into the storage space of the shell 11, and the dry low-temperature airflow exchanges heat with the heater, and the dry low-temperature airflow is heated and turned into dry high-temperature airflow; the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 18 includes a rotatable turntable 181, at least a part of which can absorb moisture from the drum when in use. The moisture in the wet circulating airflow in the 19, the heater is arranged adjacent to the other part of the turntable 181, the dry high temperature airflow removes the moisture from the other part of the turntable 181, and the dry high temperature airflow is changed into wet hot airflow; since the airflow in the accommodating space is heated and used to remove the moisture from the other part of the turntable 181, the turntable 181 can restore its water absorption capacity, so that the turntable 181 can be used repeatedly. Therefore, the airflow in the storage space can be defined as the regeneration airflow; the thermostat 12 is arranged on the outer side of the housing 11 to prevent the thermostat 12 from being in a high temperature and humid environment for a long time and causing damage; in addition, a temperature detector can be arranged in the storage space to detect the temperature of the regeneration airflow in the storage space. When the clothes processing equipment is performing a dehydration or drying process, if the detected regeneration airflow temperature is too low, the temperature detector can be used to detect the temperature of the regeneration airflow. The thermostat 12 is adjusted to increase the power of the heater, thereby increasing the working temperature of the heater, so that the heating temperature of the regeneration airflow is increased; when the detected regeneration airflow temperature is too high, the power of the heater can be reduced through the thermostat 12 to reduce the working temperature of the heater, so that the heating temperature of the regeneration airflow is reduced; this can not only improve the moisture absorption efficiency of the turntable 181, shorten the drying time, but also save energy.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the moisture absorption and discharge structure 18 can be arranged above the drum 19 to make the structure of the clothing treatment device more compact. The moisture absorption and discharge structure 18 includes a rotatable turntable 181, at least a part of which can absorb moisture from the wet circulation airflow in the drum 19 when in use.

In some embodiments, the thermostat is configured as a thermostat to control the on and off of the heater; and/or, the thermostat is configured as a silicon-controlled rectifier to adjust the power of the heater. When the thermostat is set to a silicon-controlled rectifier, the power/temperature of the heater can be adjusted; the control signal input is used to control the silicon-controlled rectifier (thyristor) module in series in the main circuit to change the on and off state of the voltage in the main circuit, thereby controlling the heater. The main circuit is a complete circuit that is connected to the silicon-controlled rectifier and is used to control the silicon-controlled rectifier; by adding a pulse with the same cycle as the current to the trigger of the silicon-controlled rectifier, the silicon-controlled rectifier can control the average value of the voltage in the rectifier circuit according to the change in the phase difference between the pulse and the current, thereby adjusting the temperature of the heater. When the thermostat is set to thermostat, if the operating temperature of the heater is abnormal (such as the temperature is too high), the heater will be disconnected; when the temperature returns to normal, the heater can be connected manually or automatically.

It can be understood that the main circuit is a complete circuit, which is connected to the silicon-controlled rectifier and is used to control the silicon-controlled rectifier.

If the shell 11 is made of stainless steel, when its structure is complex, and the shell 11 is pressed and drawn to form a concave accommodating space for installing the heater, the stainless steel material is not easy to draw, and cracks and wrinkles may appear during drawing; wrinkles and cracks in the shell 11 will lead to poor sealing, and at the same time will lead to an increase in the defective rate of the heating device, which is easy to cause an increase in the overall cost.

By setting the air holes 14, the air intake of the regeneration airflow can be adjusted, and the regeneration airflow can be uniformly entered into the heater for heat exchange.

In some embodiments, the heater includes at least one heating tube or multiple heating tubes 15 connected end to end, and the heating tubes 15 are distributed at intervals along the radial direction of the sector; the length direction of the heating tube 15 is arranged perpendicular to the radial direction of the sector; the end of the heating tube 15 extends from the second side wall to the outside, the thermostat 12 is arranged on the second side wall, and the end of the thermostat 12 and the heating tube 15 are arranged on the second side wall on the same side; wherein the thermostat 12 is connected to the heating tube 15 to adjust the working temperature of the heating tube 15. The thermostat 12 is disposed on the outer side of the housing 11 to prevent the thermostat 12 from being damaged by being in a high temperature and humid environment for a long time; the heating tube 15 is distributed in an S shape, which can make the length of the heating tube 15 in the accommodation space longer to increase the contact area with the regeneration airflow, thereby improving the efficiency of heat exchange with the regeneration airflow.

In some embodiments, the heating pipe 15 is located between the air regulating plate 13 and the top wall of the shell 11; or, the air regulating plate 13 is located between the heating pipe 15 and the top wall of the shell 11. The air regulating plate 13 can be arranged upstream or downstream of the heater. Of course, the upstream is the better choice. The air regulating plate 13 guides the airflow flowing into the heater storage space so that the regeneration airflow can fully transfer the heat of the heater to the turntable 181. At this time, the heater is closer to the turntable 181, and the air regulating plate 13 is spaced relative to the turntable 181. The air regulating plate 13 can also be arranged downstream of the heater. At this time, the benefit is that the regeneration airflow first fully contacts the heater, so that the regeneration airflow can be fully transferred to the turntable 181. The air flow is heated evenly, and then the hot air is guided by the air regulating plate 13 to flow to the turntable 181. In this case, the air regulating plate 13 is arranged adjacent to the turntable 181, and the heater is arranged at a distance from the turntable 181. In addition to the uniform airflow and guidance, the air regulating plate 13 can also protect the heating pipe 15 to a certain extent. The air regulating plate 13 can also be omitted, and the regenerated air flow flows directly to the turntable 181 after passing through the heater. In this case, costs can be saved and the complexity of the mechanism can be reduced.

In some embodiments, the air holes 14 are arranged in rows, and the arrangement position of each row of air holes 14 corresponds to the position of the heating tube 15; the heating tube 15 is located below the air holes 14; and the axis of the heating tube 15 is offset from the center line of each row of the air holes 14, and the center line of each row of the air holes 14 is closer to the air inlet 16 than the axis of the heating tube 15. When the regeneration airflow is blown in from the heater air inlet 16 and blows inward along the radius of the fan, there will be a speed along the flow direction of the regeneration airflow, so setting a slight offset on the center line of each row of air holes 14 can allow the regeneration airflow passing through the air holes 14 to face the heating tube 15, so as to achieve a higher heat exchange efficiency between the regeneration airflow and the heating tube 15.

In some embodiments, the heating device further includes: a fixing member 17, which is arranged on the air regulating plate 13 to relatively fix the position of the heating pipe 15; wherein the fixing member 17 includes a first body and a second body, one side of the first body is connected and fixed to the air regulating plate 13, and the other opposite side of the first body is provided with at least one first semicircular hole adapted to the heating pipe 15; the second body is provided with at least one second semicircular hole adapted to the heating pipe 15; the first semicircular hole and the second semicircular hole are arranged in pairs. The heating tube 15 is fixed to the air regulating plate 13 by the fixing member 17, and the thickness of the first body can be increased so that a certain gap is maintained between the heating tube 15 and the air regulating plate 13 to allow the regeneration airflow to pass through, so as to achieve a higher heat exchange efficiency between the regeneration airflow and the heating tube 15; two first semicircular holes and second semicircular holes arranged in pairs can be arranged side by side on the first body and the second body, and a threaded fastener can be arranged between the two first semicircular holes and the second semicircular holes arranged in pairs to clamp the two heating tubes 15 arranged side by side on the fixing member 17 at the same time, so that the structure is compact.

The second aspect of the invention provides a drying module, as shown in Figures 3 to 7, comprising: a moisture absorption and dehumidification component 18, at least a portion of which is used to absorb moisture from the wet circulating airflow in the drum 19; and the heating device; the heating device is arranged adjacent to at least another portion of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 18, and is used to discharge at least part of the moisture absorbed by the at least another portion of the moisture absorption and dehumidification component 18. The moisture absorption and dehumidification component 18 includes a rotatable turntable 181 and a driving element, and the driving element may include a motor, and the motor can drive the turntable 181 to rotate. The turntable 181 can be made of a material with good moisture absorption performance, such as zeolite, lithium chloride, silicone, modified silicone or 13X (sodium X type) molecular sieve. The wet circulating airflow discharged from the drum 19 enters the bottom of the accommodating cavity of the turntable 181. The wet circulating airflow in the dehumidification zone passes through the turntable 181 from bottom to top. The turntable 181 absorbs the moisture in the wet circulating airflow, so that the wet circulating airflow can be converted into dry circulating airflow. The dry circulating airflow passes through the drum air inlet 191 and enters the drum 19, fully contacts with the clothes, improves the drying efficiency, and reduces energy consumption. In the present invention embodiment, the heating device may include a housing 11, a heater and a thermostat 12. The housing 11 is provided with a recessed accommodation space; a heater is arranged in the accommodation space; a thermostat 12 is arranged on the outer side of the housing 11, an end of the heater extends to the outer side of the housing 11, and the thermostat 12 is connected to the heater to adjust the working temperature of the heater. The power of the heater can be adjusted by the thermostat 12 to increase or decrease the working temperature of the heater; dry low-temperature regeneration airflow is introduced into the accommodating space of the shell 11, and the dry low-temperature regeneration airflow exchanges heat with the heater; the heater is used to heat the regeneration airflow, and the heated regeneration airflow passes through the turntable 181 to dehydrate and dry the turntable 181 part in the regeneration zone. During the rotation process, the turntable 181 circulates through the dehumidification zone and the regeneration zone, and continuously absorbs and desorbs moisture; in this way, the dry circulating airflow can be continuously obtained to enter the drum 19, fully contact with the clothes, improve the drying efficiency, and reduce energy consumption. The thermostat 12 is arranged on the outer side of the shell 11, which can prevent the thermostat 12 from being in a high temperature and humid environment for a long time and causing damage; in addition, a temperature detector can be set in the accommodation space to detect the temperature of the regeneration airflow in the accommodation space. When the clothing processing equipment is performing a dehydration or drying process, when the detected regeneration airflow temperature is too low, the thermostat 12 can be used to increase the power of the heater to increase the working temperature of the heater so as to increase the heating temperature of the regeneration airflow; when the detected regeneration airflow temperature is too high, the thermostat 12 can be used to reduce the power of the heater to reduce the working temperature of the heater so as to reduce the heating temperature of the regeneration airflow; this can not only improve the moisture absorption efficiency of the turntable 181 and shorten the drying time, but also save energy.

As shown in FIG. 5 , the drum air inlet 191 may be connected to the drum 19 so that the dry circulating air flows through the drum air inlet 191 into the drum 19 .
