該膜料推送機構20設置在該包裝膜裁切模具30的第一側,且位於該包裝膜裁切模具30與膜料送出機構10之間,其用於對該帶狀膜料100施加一機械力以將該帶狀膜料100的前端輸送到該包裝膜裁切模具30中。一併參閱圖8所示,該膜料推送機構20較佳實施例之一,具有併排且圓周面相靠合的兩滾輪21、22。供設置該兩滾輪21、22的一框架23,使兩滾輪21、22位於該框架23中。設置在該框架23一側的調整機構24,該調整機構24能手動或自動調整該框架23,進而調整兩滾輪21、22圓周面相靠合的鬆緊度。一滾輪驅動裝置25,其較佳的為一伺服馬達,用以帶動兩滾輪21、22其中之一轉動,其中一滾輪21作為主動輪,另一滾輪22作為從動輪,能產生推送該帶狀膜料100摩擦力。又,該兩滾輪21、22的輸出側可設有兩導板26,使帶狀膜料100從兩導板26之間被推送出去。

該取膜機構40用於移動到上述該包裝膜裁切模具30中吸取被切下的該包裝膜片101,將該包裝膜片101從該包裝膜裁切模具30中取出之後,並將該包裝膜片101移送到下一製程的位置。更具體的,該取膜機構40能將多組併排的多數個真空吸嘴41以一X方向移動到該包裝膜裁切模具30上方或一側,再依序使各組該些真空吸嘴41以Y方向移動到該包裝膜裁切模具30中分批次吸取到一片包裝膜片101(每裁切出一片包裝膜片101,就下降一組真空吸嘴41去吸取);每一組多數個真空吸嘴41吸取到該包裝膜片101之後,以Y方向從該包裝膜裁切模具30中反向取出該包裝膜片101;待各組真空吸嘴41都吸到該包裝膜片101後,再一併將多片該包裝膜片101以X方向的反向移送到下一製程的位置。
