In order to make it easier for your examiners to understand the other features and advantages of this creation, as well as the effects achieved, this creation is hereby combined with the attached drawings, and the detailed descriptions are as follows:

2。 Please refer to FIG. 1 , the present invention provides a structure for increasing the inductance value, which includes: a magnetic core 1 and a coil 2 .

The magnetic core 1 is in the shape of an I-shape. The magnetic core 1 includes a central column 11 . Two ends of the central column 11 are respectively provided with a first flange 12 and a second flange 13 . The length and width are less than or equal to the second flange 13 . Please refer to FIG. 1 , FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the shape of the central column 11 can be a rectangle (as shown in FIG. 1 ), a polygon (as shown in FIG. 2 ) or a cylindrical shape (as shown in FIG. 3 ). The magnetic core 1 is made of magnetic material. The magnetic core 1 can be ferrite or soft magnetic material. Ferrite is a non-metallic magnetic material. Ferrite is generally one or more metals mainly composed of iron. A composite oxide composed of elements, for example, the magnetic core 1 can be made of manganese-zinc ferrite.

The coil 2 is provided with a first end 21 and a second end 22 , and the coil 2 is wound on the magnetic core 1 . The coil 2 can be a round wire (as shown in FIG. 1 ) or a flat wire (as shown in FIG. 7 ). Referring to FIG. 4 , a package body 3 is covered on the periphery of the magnetic core 1 and the coil 2 , and the package body 3 can be made of plastic material or composite plastic. The package body 3 is formed with a predetermined size using injection molding technology. It is wrapped around the magnetic core 1 and the coil 2 to form the package 3, and only the overall size of the magnetic core 1 and the coil 2 is smaller than the package 3, and there is no need to limit the size of the magnetic core 1. The shape or the number of sets of the coil 2, the magnetic core 1 and the coil 2 can be protected by the package body 3, and the terminals (or electrodes) passing through the package body 3 can be fixed to prevent them from being bent or caused by external force. Broken, resulting in short circuit, abnormal conduction and other problems. Please refer to FIG. 5 , the first end 21 and the second end 22 of the coil 2 can extend from the magnetic core 1 and pass through the package body 3 to form two terminals (or electrodes), which means to directly connect the The first end 21 and the second end 22 of the coil 2 are regarded as terminals. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6 , the first end 21 and the second end 22 of the coil 2 protrude from the magnetic core 1 , and are respectively connected to a metal sheet 4 , passing through the package body 3 to form two terminals (or electrodes), which means that the first end 21 and the second end 22 of the coil 2 are respectively connected to the metal sheet 4, and the metal sheet 4 is regarded as a terminal. The terminals (or electrodes) are exposed on the package body 3 to be electrically connected with other circuit boards or other electronic components. The coil 2 can be multiple turns and multiple layers, for example, a round wire can be wound into multiple turns and multiple layers (as shown in FIG. 8 ) or a flat wire can be wound into multiple turns and multiple layers (as shown in FIG. 9 ). The coil 2 can also be wound on the magnetic core 1 by adopting an α winding structure, which is named after the shape of the winding structure resembles the letter α. The inductance value is proportional to the square of the number of turns, so winding multiple turns of the coil 2 on the magnetic core 1 can increase the inductance value. Likewise, winding multiple layers of the coil 2 on the magnetic core 1 can also increase the inductance value.

In addition to the central column 11, the present invention also has a first flange 12. Since the size and shape of the magnetic core 1 are the same, the larger the size and shape of the magnetic core 1, the greater the inductance value of the inductance. The provision of a flange 12 effectively increases the inductance value.

The above discussion is only a preferred embodiment of the present creation, and is not intended to limit the scope of implementation of the present creation; therefore, the equivalent shape, structure or combination changes without departing from the spirit and scope of the present creation should be Covered within the scope of the patent application for this creation.
