Abstract

本創作一種無動力跑步機之磁控機構,包含:一跑步機本體、一單向傳動元件及一磁控機構,該跑步機本體包括一機架,該機架設有一組裝側,該機架前端安裝一前輪組,該前輪組設有一前軸心,該單向傳動元件固設於該機架之組裝側,該磁控機構組設於該機架之組裝側,包括一轉軸、一主動輪、一從動輪、一皮帶、一飛輪及一阻力件及一調整單元;藉此,不僅可調節跑步機不同運動阻力強度,及避免跑者在跑步機上停止跑動時,跑步帶因慣性持續滑動,致使跑者不慎滑倒而受傷,並且結構簡單,製造成本降低,組裝、拆卸與維修保養均相當方便快速。

Description

無動力跑步機之磁控機構
本創作係有關於一種跑步機,尤指一種無動力跑步機之磁控機構。
按,隨著科技的發展,相對帶動人們的物質生活品質向上提升,在滿足生活基本需求之外,也越來越重視運動以帶來身體健康及身材的保持,但大多數人由於平常生活作息相當緊湊忙碌,等到休假或有空閒想要從事運動時,卻又受限於場地及其他因素而無法順利進行,於是許多人選擇使用跑步機,一般跑步機包括扶手、機架、跑步帶等,該扶手安裝在該機架的前部,該機架的前後兩端分別安裝一前輪組與一後輪組,該跑步帶繞設在該機架的前輪組與後輪組之間,跑者只要踏在跑步帶就可進行跑步練習,使用起來十分方便,而可隨時提供適時之運動,以達到一定之運動量。
目前跑步機主要分為電動跑步機與無動力跑步機兩種,無動力跑步機不具電動機,可省去電動機的成本且可節省能源效率,近年來越來越受到歡迎,並且為使跑者在跑步機上跑步時具有不同阻力,以符合跑著的需求,是以習知無動力跑步機有於前輪組一側裝設一磁控機構,該磁控機構包含:一飛輪及一可調整位置的磁體,使用時透過移動該磁體與該飛輪的相對位置,來調整飛輪的旋轉阻力,進而達到調整跑者在跑步機上跑步時的阻力,以及為了避免跑者在跑步機上停止跑動時,跑步帶因慣性持續滑動,致使跑者不慎滑倒而受傷,於該磁控機構與該前輪組間配合設有一單向傳動裝置,使得動作中的跑步帶可立即停止滑動,以提高跑步機的使用安全性。
惟,該習知無動力跑步機,不僅磁控機構與單向傳動裝置結構複雜,致使跑步機的製造成本增加,並且磁控機構及單向傳動裝置的組裝、拆卸與維修保養均相當麻煩不便,而浪費人力與工時。
本創作人有鑑於習知無動力跑步機具有上述缺點,是以乃思及創作的意念,經多方探討與試作樣品試驗,及多次修正改良後,遂推出本創作。
本創作提供一種無動力跑步機之磁控機構,包含:一跑步機本體,該跑步機本體包括一機架,該機架設有一組裝側,該機架前端安裝一前輪組,該前輪組設有一前軸心,該前軸心延伸至該組裝側;一單向傳動元件,該單向傳動元件固設於該機架之組裝側;及一磁控機構,組設於該機架之組裝側,該磁控機構包括一轉軸、一主動輪、一從動輪、一皮帶、一飛輪及一阻力件及一調整單元,該轉軸組設於該單向傳動元件上,該主動輪套設於該跑步機本體之前輪組的前軸心結合,該從動輪套設於該轉軸上結合,該皮帶繞設於該主動輪與該從動輪之間,而可透過該皮帶使得該主動輪與該從動輪連動,該飛輪套設於該轉軸上結合,該阻力件設有一對板片及複數磁性件,該對板片係平行設置,一端設有一樞接部,利用該樞接部配合一彈性件樞組於該機架之組裝側,使該對板片可利用該樞接部為軸心進行旋擺,並可通過該彈性件使該對板片於未受力狀態時自動回復原位,該複數磁性件係成對地間隔設置在該對板片的相對內側面,該調整單元設有一鋼索線,該鋼索線一端與該阻力件連接,而可由該鋼索線拉動該阻力件之該對板片旋擺。
本創作無動力跑步機之磁控機構之主要目的,在於其結構簡單,跑步機的製造成本降低,並且磁控機構與單向傳動元件的組裝、拆卸與維修保 養均相當方便快速,而可節省人力與工時。

該跑步機本體10包括一機架11,該機架11前部組設一扶手(圖中未示),該機架11設有一組裝側111,該機架11前後兩端分別安裝一前輪組12與一後輪組(圖中未示),該前輪組12與後輪組之間繞設一跑步帶(圖中未示),該前輪組12設有一前軸心121,該前軸心121延伸至該組裝側111。
該單向傳動元件20固設於該跑步機本體10機架11之組裝側111,該單向傳動元件20於本實施例為單向軸承。
該磁控機構30組設於該機架11之組裝側111,該磁控機構30包括一轉軸31、一主動輪32、一從動輪33、一皮帶34、一壓迫輪35、一飛輪36、一 阻力件37及一調整單元38,該轉軸31組設於該單向傳動元件20上,該主動輪32中心設有一第一結合孔321,以該第一結合孔321套設於該跑步機本體10之前輪組12的前軸心121一端結合,該從動輪33中心設有一第二結合孔331,以該第二結合孔331套設於該轉軸31上結合,該皮帶34為時規皮帶,繞設於該主動輪32與該從動輪33之間,而可透過該皮帶34使得該主動輪32與該從動輪33連動,該壓迫輪35係設置於該轉軸31一側,用以壓迫該皮帶34,使該皮帶34保持適當的鬆緊度,該飛輪36為鋁合金材質製成之圓片體,中心設有一第三結合孔361,以該結合孔361套設於該轉軸31上結合,該阻力件37設有一對板片371及複數磁性件372,該對板片371係平行設置,一端設置一樞接部3711,利用該樞接部3711配合一彈性件373樞組於該機架11之組裝側111,使該對板片371可利用該樞接部3711為軸心進行旋擺,並可通過該彈性件373的回復彈力使該對板片371具有自動復位功能,該複數磁性件372係成對地間隔設置在該對板片371的相對內面,該磁性件372於本實施例為強力磁鐵,該彈性件373於本實施例為扭力彈簧,該調整單元38設有一鋼索線381,該鋼索線381一端與該阻力件37之該對板片371連接,而可由該鋼索線381拉動該阻力件37之板片371以樞接部3711為軸心旋擺。
當跑者在跑步機上跑步時,如第六圖及第七圖所示,由跑者帶動跑步帶運轉,連動前輪組12與後輪組轉動,使得磁控機構30之主動輪32隨前輪組12之前軸心121轉動,透過皮帶34由主動輪32帶動從動輪33轉動,再由該從動輪33透過轉軸31連動該飛輪36轉動,利用阻力件37的磁性件372和飛輪36產生渦電流形成阻力,並可利用調整單元38之鋼索線381拉動阻力件37之板片371以樞接部3711為軸心旋擺,配合彈性件373使板片371的自動復位功能,來調整 控制阻力的大小,阻力件37的磁性件372與飛輪36愈靠近所產生的阻力愈大,阻力件37的磁性件372與飛輪36愈遠離所產生的阻力愈小,藉由上述方式調節阻力大小來實現跑步機不同運動阻力強度的需求。
再者,由於磁控機構30之轉軸31係組設於單向傳動元件20上,因而當跑者在跑步機上停止跑動時,可藉由單向傳動元件20使跑步機於作動中立即停止,而無殘留之慣性力,避免跑步帶因慣性持續滑動,致使跑者不慎滑倒而受傷,以提高跑步機的使用安全性。
由上述具體實施例之結構,可得到下述之效益:本創作無動力跑步機之磁控機構,其結構簡單,跑步機的製造成本降低,並且磁控機構30與單向傳動元件20的組裝、拆卸與維修保養均相當方便快速,而可節省人力與工時,符合經濟效益。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種無動力跑步機之磁控機構,包含: 一跑步機本體,該跑步機本體包括一機架,該機架設有一組裝側,該機架前端安裝一前輪組,該前輪組設有一前軸心,該前軸心延伸至該組裝側; 一單向傳動元件,該單向傳動元件固設於該機架之組裝側;及 一磁控機構,組設於該機架之組裝側,該磁控機構包括一轉軸、一主動輪、一從動輪、一皮帶、一飛輪及一阻力件及一調整單元,該轉軸組設於該單向傳動元件上,該主動輪套設於該跑步機本體之前輪組的前軸心結合,該從動輪套設於該轉軸上結合,該皮帶繞設於該主動輪與該從動輪之間,而可透過該皮帶使得該主動輪與該從動輪連動,該飛輪套設於該轉軸上結合,該阻力件設有一對板片及複數磁性件,該對板片係平行設置,一端設有一樞接部,利用該樞接部配合一彈性件樞組於該機架之組裝側,使該對板片可利用該樞接部為軸心進行旋擺,並可通過該彈性件使該對板片於未受力狀態時自動回復原位,該複數磁性件係成對地間隔設置在該對板片的相對內側面,該調整單元設有一鋼索線,該鋼索線一端與該阻力件連接,而可由該鋼索線拉動該阻力件之該對板片旋擺。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無動力跑步機之磁控機構,其中該單向傳動元件為單向軸承。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無動力跑步機之磁控機構,其中該磁控機構另包括有一壓迫輪,該壓迫輪係設置於該轉軸一側,用以壓迫該皮帶,使該皮帶保持適當的鬆緊度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無動力跑步機之磁控機構,其中該磁控機構之磁性件為強力磁鐵。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無動力跑步機之磁控機構,其中該磁控機構之彈性件為扭力彈簧。
