Abstract

一種光纖連接裝置,包含一本體單元、一連接於該本體單元後端的端接單元、一套接於該本體單元的套接單元,及二彈簧。該本體單元包括一位於後端的端板、二彼此間隔地自該端板延伸的側板,及二分別銜接於該等側板相反兩側的面板。每一側板具有一向前延伸的容置槽,及一形成於該容置槽前端的阻擋端,該端板具有二分別朝向該等容置槽的定位孔。每一彈簧容設於各別的容置槽,且包括一呈反覆螺旋狀的螺旋部,及一個連接於該螺旋部後端並伸置於同側定位孔的延伸部。透過該等定位孔,能確實定位該等彈簧而避免歪斜,確保該光纖連接裝置正常插拔。

Description

光纖連接裝置
本新型是有關於一種配置光纖網絡的零件,特別是指一種光纖連接裝置。
參閱圖1,為一現有的光纖連接器1,包含一本體單元11、一連接於該本體單元11後端的端接單元12、一套接於該本體單元11且連接於該端接單元12前方的套接單元13,及二安裝於該本體單元11與該套接單元13之間的彈簧14(因繪示角度關係只呈現一個)。
該本體單元11包括一位於後端的端板111、二彼此間隔地自該端板111向前延伸的側板112,及二分別銜接於該等側板112相反兩側的面板113。其中,每一側板112具有一自後端向前延伸且供對應之彈簧14容設的容置槽118,及一形成於該容置槽118前端的阻擋端119。該等彈簧14是分別設置於該等側板112的該等容置槽118中,且每一彈簧14的前後端分別被限位於同側的該阻擋端119與該端板111之間。而該套接單元13包括一環繞壁131,及二自該環繞壁131相反兩側分別朝向該等側板112凸出,且用以配合該等阻擋端119共同限位該等彈簧14之前端的限位塊132(因繪示角度關係只呈現一個)。
同時參閱圖1與圖2,在該光纖連接器1插接於特定設備(圖未式)時,該套接單元13會受外力而相對該本體單元1向後移動,透過該等限位塊132來壓縮該等彈簧14,藉由該等彈簧14的壓縮彈性產生緩衝效果,並累積該光纖連接器1拆卸後使該套接單元13復位的彈性恢復力。由於每一個彈簧14是由一金屬條反覆螺旋彎折而形成,因此每一彈簧14具有一形成於中央的貫通空間140。為了定位該等彈簧14,該端板111具有二分別朝向該等阻擋端119呈弧狀凸出的凸出部117,藉由該等凸出部117分別伸置於該等彈簧14的貫通空間140,能在該等彈簧14限位於該端板111與該等阻擋端119之間時,提供額外的定位效果。
然而,因每一個彈簧14皆是由單一金屬條彎折而成,故難免在兩端會存在未完整環繞為環形的延伸端149,所述的延伸端149頂抵於該端板111時,因無法確實完整環繞同側的凸出部117,故容易脫離對應之凸出部117的限位,因而在朝向該端板111的一側產生歪斜。當該等彈簧14產生歪斜時,則朝向該端板111之後端無法確實定位,故在該套接單元13向後移動,連帶使得該等限位塊132產生向後之外力時,無法如預期地被壓縮,因而影響到該光纖連接器1的插拔動作。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種能避免配置之彈簧歪斜以確保正常插拔的光纖連接裝置。
於是,本新型光纖連接裝置,包含一本體單元、一連接於該本體單元後端的端接單元、一套接於該本體單元且連接於該端接單元的套接單元,及二彈簧。
該本體單元包括一位於後端的端板、二彼此間隔地自該端板向前延伸的側板,及二分別銜接於該等側板相反兩側的面板。每一側板具有一自後端向前延伸的容置槽,及一形成於該容置槽前端的阻擋端。該端板具有二分別朝向該等容置槽的定位孔。
該等彈簧分別容設於該等容置槽中,且前端頂抵於該套接單元,每一彈簧包括一呈反覆螺旋狀的螺旋部,及一個一體連接於該螺旋部之後端,並伸置於同側之定位孔的延伸部,該等彈簧分別被限位於該端板與該等側板的阻擋端之間。
本新型之功效在於:該等彈簧的該等延伸部分別伸置於該等定位孔中,能確實固定該等彈簧之後端,避免該等彈簧由該端板及該等側板之阻擋端限位時產生歪斜,故插拔該光纖連接裝置而讓該套接單元移動時,能確實使該等彈簧被壓縮,發揮緩衝以及累積彈性恢復力的功能。
參閱圖3與圖4,本新型光纖連接裝置之一實施例,包含一本體單元2、一連接於該本體單元2後端的端接單元3、一套接於該本體單元2且連接於該端接單元3的套接單元4,及二用以在該實施例插拔於一終端設備(圖未示)時產生緩衝效果的彈簧5(圖3、圖4中因繪示角度關係只呈現一個)。
該本體單元2包括一位於後端的端板21、二彼此間隔地自該端板21向前延伸的側板22、二分別銜接於該等側板22相反兩側且與該等側板22界定出一安裝槽200的面板23,及一安裝於該安裝槽200中且用以供光纖穿設的配線模組29。每一側板22具有一自後端向前延伸的容置槽221,及一形成於該容置槽221前端的阻擋端222。也就是說,每一個容置槽221的後端是直接由該端板21封閉,而該端板21具有二分別朝向該等容置槽221的定位孔211。
參閱圖4與圖5,該套接單元4可在受外力時相對於該本體單元2移動,並包括一環繞壁41,及二自該環繞壁41相反兩側分別朝向該等側板22凸出,且與該等側板22之阻擋端222一同限位該等彈簧5之前端的限位塊42。由於該等限位塊42分別頂抵於該等彈簧5的前端,故該套接單元4相對於該本體單元2移動時,將同時自該等彈簧5的前端施加外力。
該等彈簧5分別容設於該等容置槽221中,每一彈簧5包括一呈反覆螺旋狀的螺旋部51,及一個一體連接於該螺旋部51之後端,並伸置於同側之定位孔211的延伸部52。每一彈簧5的後端是被限位於該端板21,而前端則是由同側之側板22的阻擋端222,以及同側之限位塊42所限位,由於該等彈簧5的延伸部52是直接伸置於該端板21的該等定位孔211,故該等彈簧5的後端勢必能被確實固定,不致如同先前技術一般產生歪斜。
在該實施例插接於終端設備時,該套接單元4受到外力而向後移動,該等彈簧5能確實地因該等限位塊42向後移動,而使該等彈簧5之該等螺旋部51被壓縮,除了產生緩衝效果外,也累積使該套接單元4復位的彈性恢復力。在該實施例自所述終端設備拔除時,所述的彈性恢復力將使該套接單元4恢復至原本位置。
綜上所述,本新型光纖連接裝置之該等彈簧5的該等延伸部52,是分別伸置於該端板21的該等定位孔211,使得該等彈簧5的後端確實固定於該端板21,在該等彈簧5不會產生歪斜的情況下,能被確實地壓縮並累積彈性恢復力,無論本新型光纖連接裝置執行插接或卸除時,該等彈簧5都能正常發揮作用,故確實能達成本新型之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,凡是依本新型申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種光纖連接裝置,包含: 一本體單元,包括一位於後端的端板、二彼此間隔地自該端板向前延伸的側板,及二分別銜接於該等側板相反兩側的面板,每一側板具有一自後端向前延伸的容置槽,及一形成於該容置槽前端的阻擋端,該端板具有二分別朝向該等容置槽的定位孔; 一端接單元,連接於該本體單元後端; 一套接單元,套接於該本體單元且連接於該端接單元前方;及 二彈簧,分別容設於該等容置槽中,且前端頂抵於該套接單元,每一彈簧包括一呈反覆螺旋狀的螺旋部,及一個一體連接於該螺旋部之後端,並伸置於同側之定位孔的延伸部,該等彈簧分別被限位於該端板與該等側板的阻擋端之間。
  2. 如請求項1所述的光纖連接裝置,其中,該套接單元包括一環繞壁,及二自該環繞壁相反兩側分別朝向該等側板凸出,且與該等側板之阻擋端一同限位該等彈簧之前端的限位塊。
