Description
本創作是有關於一種導音結構及導音裝置,且特別是有關於一種耳塞結構及耳機裝置。
耳塞式(平頭式)耳機,持續風行,此係因為其具有輕巧的結構。習知耳塞式(平頭式)耳機,例如蘋果電腦股份有限公司(APPLE COMPUTER,INC)之耳機型號AirPods及EarPods。由於其配戴方式是將耳機放置於配戴者之耳朵之外耳內,不易直接將聲音傳遞至耳道中,因此導音效果有限。此外,習知技術沒有為耳塞式(平頭式)耳機例如蘋果電腦股份有限公司(APPLE COMPUTER,INC)之耳機型號AirPods及EarPods提供一種具有較佳導音效果之耳塞結構。
故,有需要提供一種耳塞結構及耳機裝置,以解決習知技術存在的問題。
本創作之一目的在於提供一種耳塞結構,其具有較佳導音效果。
本創作之另一目的在於提供一種耳機裝置,其具有較佳導音效果。
為達上述之至少其一目的,本創作一實施例提供一種耳塞結構,包括一導音部、一本體部及一導音構件。導音部適於插入一耳朵之一耳道中。導音部包括一導音腔室及一導音輸出開口,其中導音腔室設置於導音部之內部,且導音輸出開口設置於導音部上,用以將一聲音輸出至耳道中。本體部自導音部向外延伸且適於面對耳朵之一耳廓區域。本體部包括一容置空間及一開口,其中容置空間設置於本體部之內部且連通於導音腔室,且開口設置於本體部上且與容置空間連通。導音構件,定位於該導音腔室內。
在本創作之一實施例中,導音構件為一彎曲之管狀結構。
在本創作之一實施例中,導音構件包括一前開口及一導音通道,前開口朝向本體部,導音通道設置於導音構件內部且連通前開口。
在本創作之一實施例中,導音部之內表面上設置複數個支撐條。
在本創作之一實施例中,這些支撐條為複數個軟性支撐條,用以形成一空隙。
在本創作之一實施例中,本體部之內表面上設置一檔片。
在本創作之一實施例中,檔片環繞本體部之內表面且形成一開孔。
在本創作之一實施例中,檔片的設置位置靠近導音部。
在本創作之一實施例中,導音部為一彎曲之管狀結構。
在本創作之一實施例中,開口之面對方向與導音輸出開口之面對方向不同。
在本創作之一實施例中,導音部之一寬度小於本體部之一寬度。
在本創作之一實施例中,當導音部插入至耳道中時,本體部放置於耳朵之一外耳內。
為達上述之至少其一目的,本創作一實施例提供一種耳機裝置,包括上述之耳塞結構以及一耳機,其中耳機之一本體藉由開口而設置於容置空間內。
在本創作之一實施例中,耳機之本體用以使檔片形成一凹槽以固定導音構件。
在本創作實施例中,由於導音部適於插入配戴者之耳道中,因而與配戴者的耳道形成密封,且導音構件定位於導音腔室內,用以使聲音直接傳遞至耳道中,而不易流失,因此本創作實施例之耳塞結構具有較佳之導音效果。

為了讓本創作之上述及其他目的、特徵、優點能更明顯易懂,下文將特舉本創作較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下。再者,本創作所提到的方向用語,例如上、下、頂、底、前、後、左、右、內、外、側面、周圍、中央、水平、橫向、垂直、縱向、軸向、徑向、最上層或最下層等,僅是參考附加圖式的方向。因此,使用的方向用語是用以說明及理解本創作,而非用以限制本創作。
請參閱第1圖、第2圖、第3圖及第4圖,本創作實施例之耳塞結構10包括一導音部100、一本體部200及一導音構件300。導音部100適於插入一配戴者之一耳朵之一耳道中,且導音部100包括一導音腔室110及一導音輸出開口120,其中導音腔室110設置於導音部100之內部,且導音輸出開口120設置於導音部100上,用以將一聲音輸出至耳道中。本體部200自導音部100向外延伸且適於面對耳朵之一耳廓區域。本體部200包括一容置空間210及一開口220,其中容置空間210設置於本體部200之內部且連通於導音腔室110,開口220設置於本體部200上且與容置空間210連通。導音構件300定位於導音腔室110內。
在本創作實施例中,由於導音部100適於插入配戴者之耳道中,因而與配戴者的耳道形成密封,且導音構件300定位於導音腔室110內,用以使聲音直接傳遞至耳道中,而不易流失,因此本創作實施例之耳塞結構10具有較佳之導音效果。
此外,由於本體部200適於面對耳朵之耳廓區域,因此本創作實施例之耳塞結構1可具有較佳之配戴舒適性。藉由導音部100適於插
入配戴者之耳道中及本體部200適於面對耳朵之耳廓區域的設置,使本創作實施例之耳塞結構10具有配戴舒適、易於卡合耳朵、卡合牢固、符合人體工學以及具有較佳之導音效果之至少其一優點。
在本創作一實施例中,導音部100之內表面上設置複數個支撐條130。具體而言,這些支撐條130為複數個軟性支撐條,用以形成一空隙。藉由軟性支撐條所形成的空隙使得導音部100具有彈性而使耳塞結構10適用於不同配戴者之外耳輪廓大小、深淺不同等情形而具有配戴舒適、牢固及符合人體工學的優點。此外,藉由支撐條130的設置,亦可使得導音部100不易斷裂及變形,增加導音部100整體之強度。
在本創作之一實施例中,導音部100之一寬度小於本體部20之一寬度。當導音部100插入至耳道中時,本體部200放置於耳朵之一外耳內。具體而言,導音部100例如為橡膠或聚矽氧材料製成之可撓性且彈性之導音管。導音部100可為一彎曲之管狀結構。導音部100例如為軟質膠體,因此當導音部100插入耳道時,具有舒適及止滑效果。
在本創作一實施例中,本體部200例如為橡膠或聚矽氧材料製成之可撓性且彈性之碗狀元件。本體部200例如為軟質膠體,因此與耳朵之外耳接觸時,具有舒適及止滑效果。具體而言,本體部200之內表面上設置一檔片230。檔片230環繞本體部200之內表面且形成一開孔240。檔片230的設置位置靠近導音部100。
在本創作一實施例中,導音構件300可直接定位於導音部100之底板140的一表面上。導音部100之支撐條130用以支撐及固定
導音構件90。導音構件300可為一彎曲之管狀結構。導音構件300可為一硬質材料。請參閱第5圖及第6圖,導音構件300包括一前開口310及一導音通道320,前開口310朝向本體部200,導音通道320設置於導音構件300內部且連通前開口310。導音構件300可相對於導音部100之底板140及支撐條130移動或轉動,藉此可調整導音通道320的角度。此外,藉由底板140的設置,亦可限制導音構件300於導音腔室110內,避免掉出導音腔室110外。
請參閱第7圖,本創作一實施例提供一種耳機裝置30,包括上述之耳塞結構10以及一耳機20,其中耳機20之一本體藉由開口220而設置於耳塞結構10之本體部200之容置空間210內。此外,耳機20之本體用以使檔片230形成一凹槽以固定導音構件300、防止耳機20與導音構件300之接口處的漏音及防止導音構件300刮傷耳機20。本創作一實施例中,耳機20例如為蘋果電腦股份有限公司(APPLE COMPUTER,INC)之耳機型號AirPods及EarPods。
在本創作實施例中,由於導音部100適於插入配戴者之耳道中,因而與配戴者的耳道形成密封,且導音構件300定位於導音腔室110內,用以使聲音直接傳遞至耳道中,而不易流失,因此本創作實施例之耳塞結構10具有較佳之導音效果。
雖然本創作已以較佳實施例揭露,然其並非用以限制本創作,任何熟習此項技藝之人士,在不脫離本創作之精神和範圍內,當可作各種更動與修飾,因此本創作之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (14)
- 一種耳塞結構,包括:一導音部,適於插入一耳朵之一耳道中,該導音部包括一導音腔室及一導音輸出開口,其中該導音腔室設置於該導音部之內部,且該導音輸出開口設置於該導音部上,用以將一聲音輸出至該耳道中;一本體部,自該導音部向外延伸且適於面對該耳朵之一耳廓區域,該本體部包括一容置空間及一開口,其中該容置空間設置於該本體部之內部且連通於該導音腔室,且該開口設置於該本體部上且與該容置空間連通;以及一導音構件,定位於該導音腔室內。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構,其中該導音構件為一彎曲之管狀結構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構,其中該導音構件包括一前開口及一導音通道,該前開口朝向該本體部,該導音通道設置於該導音構件內部且連通該前開口。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構,其中該導音部之內表面上設置複數個支撐條。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之耳塞結構,其中該些支撐條為複數個軟性支撐條,用以形成一空隙。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構,其中該本體部之內表面上設置一檔片。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之耳塞結構,其中該檔片環繞該本體部之該內表面且形成一開孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之耳塞結構,其中該檔片的設置位置靠近該導音部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構,其中該導音部為一彎曲之管狀結構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構,其中該開口之面對方向與該導音輸出開口之面對方向不同。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構,其中該導音部之一寬度小於該本體部之一寬度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構,其中當該導音部插入至該耳道中時,該本體部放置於該耳朵之一外耳內。
- 一種耳機裝置,包括:如申請專利範圍第1項所述之耳塞結構以及一耳機,其中該耳機之一本體藉由該開口而設置於該容置空間內。
- 一種耳機裝置,包括:如申請專利範圍第6項所述之耳塞結構以及一耳機,其中該耳機之一本體藉由該開口而設置於該容置空間內且該耳機之該本體用以使該檔片形成一凹槽以固定該導音構件。
