Description
本創作是有關於一種用於汽車之抬頭顯示系統,且特別是有關於一種抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統。
一種現有的用於汽車之抬頭顯示系統,包括投影成像單元以及曲面鏡。投影成像單元設於汽車之車室上方。曲面鏡設於汽車之儀表板頂面。投影成像單元發出之光線投射到曲面鏡。曲面鏡反射之光線投射到汽車位於儀表板上方之擋風玻璃而在擋風玻璃前方形成虛像。虛像形成在駕駛者之行車視線上,使駕駛者可以在注意道路路況的同時,從虛像中獲得行車所需資訊。然而,環境光(例如太陽光)會照射到曲面鏡後反射至擋風玻璃上,造成眩光干擾。
本創作提出一種抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,用於汽車。汽車包括車室、位於車室前方之儀表板、以及位於儀表板上方之擋風玻璃。抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統包括投影成像單元以及曲面鏡。投影成像單元設於車室上方。曲面鏡設於儀表板頂面。曲面鏡包括摻雜玻璃以及高反射鍍膜。摻雜玻璃吸收可見光。高反射鍍膜設於摻雜玻璃之面向投影成像單元之表面上,高反射鍍膜對投影成像單元採用的多個光源所對應的波段具有高反射。投影成像單元發出之光線投射到曲面鏡,曲面鏡反射之光線投射到擋風玻璃而在擋風玻璃前方形成虛像。
為讓本創作上述和其他目的、特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下。
在以下實施例中,相同或相似的元件符號代表相同或相似的元件。此外,以下實施例中所提到的方向用語,例如:上、下、左、右、前或後等,僅是參考附加圖式的方向,因此,使用的方向用語是用來說明的,而並非用來限制本創作。
請參照圖1,圖1為根據本創作一實施例之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統1之示意圖。抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統1用於汽車2。汽車2包括車室21、位於車室21前方之儀表板22、位於儀表板22上方之擋風玻璃23、位於車室21上方之內側車頂24、位於內側車頂24上之遮陽板25以及後照鏡26。抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統1包括投影成像單元11、曲面鏡12以及調整機構13。
投影成像單元11設於車室21上方。在本實施例中,投影成像單元11設於擋風玻璃23之上方區域,例如擋風玻璃之上方10%的區域。在另一實施例中,如圖2所示,投影成像單元11可改成設於內側車頂24之前方區域,例如內側車頂24上的遮陽板25或後照鏡26之前方區域。
曲面鏡12設於儀表板22頂面。請配合參照圖3,圖3為根據本創作一實施例之曲面鏡12之示意圖。曲面鏡12包括摻雜玻璃121以及高反射鍍膜122,其中,高反射鍍膜122設於摻雜玻璃121之面向投影成像單元11之表面121a上。摻雜玻璃121經過選擇摻雜物使其顏色呈現暗色,例如茶色、灰色或黑色,藉此可吸收可見光。高反射鍍膜122對投影成像單元11採用的多個光源所對應的波段具有高反射。例如,若投影成像單元11採用波段630~650 nm的紅色光源、波段510~530 nm的綠色光源、波段440~460 nm的藍色光源來合成彩色影像,則高反射鍍膜122採用對波段630~650 nm、510~530 nm、440~460 nm具有高反射的鍍膜。在另一實施例中,如圖4所示,曲面鏡更可包括暗色塗層123,其中,暗色塗層123設於摻雜玻璃121之背向投影成像單元11之另一表面121b上。暗色塗層123例如是烤漆,其顏色包括茶色、灰色或黑色,藉此可吸收可見光。
調整機構13設於儀表板22頂面。調整機構13提供曲面鏡12前後位移及至少一方向的傾斜角度之調整。
投影成像單元11發出之光線L投射到曲面鏡12,曲面鏡12反射之光線投射到擋風玻璃23而在擋風玻璃23前方形成虛像P。虛像P形成在駕駛者3之行車視線上,使駕駛者3可以在注意道路路況的同時,從虛像P中獲得行車所需資訊。
由於曲面鏡12的高反射鍍膜122對投影成像單元11採用的光源所對應的波段具有高反射,所以投影成像單元11發出之光線L絕大部分會被曲面鏡12反射至擋風玻璃23,可提供較清楚的影像。此外,由於環境光(例如太陽光)照射到曲面鏡12之光線大部分會穿透高反射鍍膜122而被暗色之摻雜玻璃121及/或暗色塗層123所吸收,可大幅降低環境光所造成的眩光干擾。

Claims (10)
- 一種抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,用於一汽車,該汽車包括一車室、位於該車室前方之一儀表板、以及位於該儀表板上方之一擋風玻璃,該抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統包括: 一投影成像單元,設於該車室上方;以及, 一曲面鏡,設於該儀表板頂面,該曲面鏡包括: 一摻雜玻璃,吸收可見光;以及, 一高反射鍍膜,設於該摻雜玻璃之面向該投影成像單元之一表面上,該高反射鍍膜對該投影成像單元採用的多個光源所對應的波段具有高反射; 其中,該投影成像單元發出之光線投射到該曲面鏡,該曲面鏡反射之光線投射到該擋風玻璃而在該擋風玻璃前方形成一虛像。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,更包括: 一調整機構,設於該儀表板頂面,該調整機構提供該曲面鏡前後位移及至少一方向的傾斜角度之調整。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,其中,該投影成像單元設於該擋風玻璃之上方區域。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,其中,該投影成像單元設於該擋風玻璃之上方10%的區域。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,其中,該投影成像單元設於該汽車之一內側車頂之前方區域
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,其中,該投影成像單元設於該內側車頂上的一遮陽板或後照鏡之前方區域。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,其中,該摻雜玻璃的顏色包括茶色、灰色或黑色。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,其中,該投影成像單元採用的該些光源包括紅色、綠色以及藍色光源,該高反射鍍膜對紅色、綠色以及藍色光的波段具有高反射。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,其中,該曲面鏡更包括: 一暗色塗層,設於該摻雜玻璃之背向該投影成像單元之另一表面上,該暗色塗層吸收可見光。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之抗眩光之抬頭顯示系統,其中,該暗色塗層的顏色包括茶色、灰色或黑色。
