The power supply circuit 420 outputs a voltage signal based on the operating power source from the charge and discharge circuit 410. The control circuit 430 controls the driving circuit 440 to provide a driving voltage on the piezoelectric material of the oscillating plate 30 according to the voltage signal, so that the piezoelectric material drives the orifice to vibrate, thereby causing the liquid surrounding the oscillating plate 30 to pass through the oscillating plate 30. The vibration passes through the orifice sheet to form minute atomized particles.
