瑜珈筒(四)
本創作係有關於瑜珈筒技術領域。
按,台灣專利號M505957所揭之瑜珈筒,包括一中空狀之筒體,該筒體外表面包覆有一發泡墊體,該發泡墊體第二面經熱壓成型出複數個間隔排列之凸出狀按摩部,各按摩部表面再以油墨印刷手段形成預設之圖形、花紋,再於該油墨層表面披覆一延展保護層,以保護按摩部表面之油墨圖層。
前述專利為先前之瑜珈筒結構,這種表面油墨印刷出圖層設計,主要係為使單色發泡墊體捲繞成瑜珈筒時,可獲得更層次及顏色之視覺感受,唯這樣的設計對於一些喜歡素面之消費者而言,著實無法接受過於複雜之油墨圖層,職是,如何讓瑜珈筒保有素面特性又兼具雙色層次感及視覺享受,遂為本創作主要訴求。
本創作主要係提供一種具雙種顏色之新穎瑜珈筒。
為達上述預期目的,本創作之瑜珈筒主要包括:一筒體;一墊體,係包覆於筒體之外表面,該墊體係由第一層體及一第二層體熱壓結合而成,其中該一第一層體表面間隔開設複數個開槽,該第二層體與第一 層體為不同顏色,該第二層體表面對應該第一層體之各該開槽處形成有一凸體,該第二層體與該第一層體上下疊合復經熱壓結合為一墊體時,各該凸體則穿過對應處之各該開槽,而形成一按摩凸部,該按摩凸部之表面顏色與該第一層體之顏色不相同,藉此即可獲得兼具雙重顏色之瑜珈筒。

有關本創作之瑜珈筒,請配合參照第一至三圖所示,該瑜珈筒1主要包括:一筒體10,該筒體較佳者為一具微形變之塑膠材料製成,該筒體10沿軸向開設有一貫穿孔12,該筒體10具有一內表面14及一外表面16;一墊體20,係透過一黏貼手段包覆於筒體10之外表面16,該墊體20進一步包含:一第一層體22,該第一層體22表面間隔開設有複數個開槽222以及一第二層體24,該第二層體24與第一層體22為不同顏色,該第二層體表面對應該第一層體22之各該開槽222處形成有一凸體242,該第二層體24與該第一層體22上、下疊合復經熱壓結合為一墊體時,各該凸體242則穿過對應處之各該開槽222,而形成一按摩凸部26,該按摩凸部26之 表面顏色與該第一層體之顏色不相同者。
參照第二圖所示,更明確來說,該第一層體22表面成型出複數個開槽222後,係置入一模具30內,模具之凹部32則對應第一層體22之開槽位置,模具之凸部34則對應第一層體22未開設該開槽部位,復將第二層體24置入模具內上、下疊合並利用模具將第一、第二層體熱壓結合為一墊體20,而經模具熱壓過程中,第二層體24對應第一槽體開槽222處則穿過該開槽而形成按摩凸部26,而第一層體22對應模具凸部位置則形成一凹部28,該按摩凸部26之表面顏色與該凹部28顏色相異,該凹部28與按摩凸部26間則透過一側壁29相互連結,該側壁29與第一層體顏色相同與該第二層體顏色相異。
本創作透過第一層體預先開設複數開槽(開槽可為幾何形狀、文字或圖形)再置入一模具內,再將第二層體置入該模具經熱壓則可使瑜珈筒1表面墊體20之按摩凸部26及凹部28呈現相異顏色,一來可跳脫傳統單色瑜珈筒單調不耐看觀點,而讓瑜珈筒兼具雙色之豐富色彩特性。再者,由於本創作之瑜珈筒,係按摩凸部與凹部各別呈現一種顏色,除可豐富瑜珈筒視覺享受之餘,亦不會造成視覺上過於五花十色之花俏感,實可謂係一兼具新穎性及進步性之創作,爰依法向鈞局提出專利申請。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種瑜珈筒,主要包括:一筒體,軸向開設有一貫穿孔,該筒體具有一內表面及一外表面;一墊體,係包覆於筒體之外表面,該墊體進一步包含:一第一層體,該第一層體表面間隔開設有複數個開槽;以及一第二層體,該第二層體與第一層體為不同顏色,該第二層體表面對應該第一層體之各該開槽處形成有一凸體,該第二層體與該第一層體上下疊合復經熱壓結合為一墊體時,各該凸體則穿過對應處之各該開槽,而形成一按摩凸部,該按摩凸部之表面顏色與該第一層體之顏色不相同者。
  2. 如請求項1所述之瑜珈筒,該第一層體非對應開槽部位則形成有複數個凹槽,各該凹槽與相鄰之按摩凸部間則形成有一側壁,該側壁則連接該凹槽及該按摩凸部,該側壁與第一層體顏色相同且與該第二層體顏色相異。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之瑜珈筒,其中該第一層體形成開槽後係置於一模具內,再將該第二層體置於該第一層體之上方後熱壓成型過程中,該第二層體對應第一層體之開槽處形成一穿過該開槽之凸體,第一層體非對應開槽處則形成一凹槽者。
