Description

織布
本創作係有關於一種織布。
一般的織布通常係以多股織線經緯交織而成，且織線之間的空隙通常為正方形而較小，另外，經、緯織線通常是相同的織線，所製成的織布較不透氣，且彈性有限，除非織線本身具有較高的彈性。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種織布，製造容易、彈性佳又具良好透氣性。
為達成上述目的，本創作提供一種織布，由一第一織線與複數個第二織線編織而成，該第一織線往復平行排列為複數個緯線，該些第二織線彼此平行間隔排列且分別概與該些緯線垂直，各第二織線上下穿梭於該些緯線以將該些緯線彼此編織成該織布，其中該第一織線為複數條股線所編織或纏繞而成的中空圓管狀織線。
藉此，本創作提供之織布容易製造，且彈性與張力均佳，相較於一般織布，更具有極佳的透氣性。

以下僅以實施例說明本創作可能之實施態樣，然並非用以限制本創作所欲保護之範疇，合先敘明。
請參考圖1至圖3，本創作提供一種織布，由一第一織線10與複數個第二織線20編織而成，該第一織線10往復平行排列為複數個緯線11，該些第二織線20彼此平行間隔排列且分別概與該些緯線11垂直，各第二織線20上下穿梭於該些緯線11以將該些緯線11彼此編織成該織布，其中該第一織線10為複數條股線101所編織或纏繞而成的中空圓管狀織線。
於本實施例中，該第一織線10係由16條該股線101所編織或纏繞而成，且該第一織線10丹數為300丹，各該第二織線20丹數為600丹，該第一織線10與各該第二織線20分別為聚酯纖維所製成，較佳者，該第一織線10與各該第二織線20顏色相異，以創造多彩的花紋，豐富視覺感受，更佳者，該第一織線10中的該些股線101至少具有兩種以上顏色，使第一織線10本身即具有混色效果，進一步地增加美感。
更詳細來說，於本實施例中，該第一織線10外徑概為各該第二織線20外徑的三倍，較佳者，該第一織線10外徑約為0.15公分，各該第二織線20外徑約為0.05公分，任二相鄰的第二織線20相距約0.5公分，藉由此尺寸設計，能確保第一織線10各緯線11之間的空隙不會太小而影響 透氣性，也不會太大而影響結構，更能提供恰到好處的彈性與韌性。
於其他可能實施例中，譬如圖4所示者，該第一織線10內中空部分更穿設有一第三織線30，該第三織線30可提供額外的功能加強，例如硬度、厚度等，亦可為特殊機能纖維等。
藉由上述結構，本創作提供之織布具有簡單的結構、製造容易，且彈性與韌性良好，又具有較佳的透氣性與耐磨性，能活用於如鞋面等領域，極具進步之效。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種織布，由一第一織線與複數個第二織線編織而成，該第一織線往復平行排列為複數個緯線，該些第二織線彼此平行間隔排列且分別概與該些緯線垂直，各第二織線上下穿梭於該些緯線以將該些緯線彼此編織成該織布，其中該第一織線為複數條股線所編織或纏繞而成的中空圓管狀織線。
  2. 如請求項1所述之織布，其中該第一織線係由16條該股線所編織或纏繞而成，且該第一織線丹數為300丹，各該第二織線丹數為600丹。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之織布，其中該第一織線與各該第二織線分別為聚酯纖維所製成。
  4. 如請求項1或2所述之織布，其中該第一織線內中空部分更穿設有一第三織線。
  5. 如請求項1或2所述之織布，其中該第一織線與各該第二織線顏色相異。
  6. 如請求項1或2所述之織布，其中該第一織線中的該些股線至少具有兩種以上顏色。
  7. 如請求項1或2所述之織布，其中該第一織線外徑概為各該第二織線外徑的三倍。
  8. 如請求項7所述之織布，其中該第一織線外徑約為0.15公分，各該第二織線外徑約為0.05公分。
  9. 如請求項8所述之織布，其中任二相鄰的第二織線相距約0.5公分。
