Claims (10)
- 一種線性滑軌,包括:一交叉式間隔器,呈長條狀且定義有一長度方向,該交叉式間隔器界定有一安裝部及兩嵌合部,該安裝部設有數個間隔配置的槽孔,該些槽孔沿該長度方向排成一列,該兩嵌合部位於該安裝部的相反兩側位置;數個滾動件,以間隔交叉分佈設置於該交叉式間隔器的槽孔內;以及兩滑塊,各呈長條狀且形成有一滾動槽及自該滾動槽底部凹設的一嵌合槽,每個滾動槽具有彼此分離的兩軌道面;其中,該交叉式間隔器的兩嵌合部分別沿該長度方向可滑動地裝設於該兩滑塊的嵌合槽內,以使任一滑塊僅能相對於另一滑塊保持沿該長度方向滑動;每個滑塊的兩軌道面分別位在該交叉式間隔器的相反兩側,每個滾動件同時容置於該兩滑塊的滾動槽,並且該些滾動件透過該兩嵌合部與該兩嵌合槽之結合而可滾動地夾持於該兩滑塊的軌道面。
- 如請求項1所述之線性滑軌,其中,該交叉式間隔器為一體成型的構造,並且該兩嵌合部分別自該安裝部的相反兩長側緣彎折延伸所形成。
- 如請求項2所述之線性滑軌,其中,該安裝部呈平板狀且定義有一垂直該安裝部的法線方向,該安裝部具有一對應於該法線方向的板厚,而每個嵌合部對應於該法線方向之高度大於該安裝部之板厚。
- 如請求項3所述之線性滑軌,其中,該兩滑塊之間的距離不大於該交叉式間隔器之安裝部的板厚。
- 如請求項4所述之線性滑軌,其中,該交叉式間隔器未形成有槽孔之部位,其垂直於該長度方向之截面大致呈H型。
- 如請求項4所述之線性滑軌,其中,每個嵌合部包含至少兩個片狀構造,並且每個嵌合部相鄰的片狀構造是分別自該安裝部的長側緣朝不同方向彎折延伸所形成,而每個滑塊的嵌合槽各形成有兩子溝槽,該兩嵌合部之片狀構造分別沿長度方向可滑動地裝設於兩嵌合槽之子溝槽內,並且每個嵌合部相鄰的片狀構造分別穿設於相對應之嵌合槽的兩子溝槽。
- 如請求項1所述之線性滑軌,其中,每個嵌合部與該安裝部,其垂直於該長度方向上所共同構成的截面大致呈Y字型。
- 如請求項1至7中任一請求項所述之線性滑軌,其中,該交叉式間隔器的槽孔構造適於使該些滾動件能相對於其所容置之槽孔產生位移,長條狀的該交叉式間隔器與該兩滑塊進一步限定為直線型或曲線型。
- 一種軌道模組,包括:一交叉式間隔器,呈長條狀且定義有一長度方向,該交叉式間隔器界定有一安裝部及兩嵌合部,該安裝部設有數個間隔配置的槽孔,該些槽孔沿該長度方向排成一列,該兩嵌合部位於該安裝部的相反兩側位置;以及兩滑塊,各形成有一滾動槽及自該滾動槽底部凹設的一嵌合槽,每個滾動槽具有彼此分離的兩軌道面;其中,該交叉式間隔器的兩嵌合部分別沿該長度方向可滑動地裝設於該兩滑塊的嵌合槽內,以使任一滑塊能相對於另一滑塊保持沿該長度方向滑動,而每個滑塊的兩軌道面分別位在該交叉式間隔器的相反兩側。
- 如請求項9所述之軌道模組,其中,該交叉式間隔器為一體成型的構造,並且該兩嵌合部分別自該安裝部的相反兩長側緣彎折延伸所形成;該安裝部呈平板狀且定義有一垂直該安裝部的法線方向,該安裝部具有一對應於該法線方向的板厚,而每個嵌合部對應於該法線方向之高度大於該安裝部之板厚。
