Description
本新型涉及一種室內健身器材,尤指一種可以提供健身車順暢地產生搖擺動作及調整彈性效果和傾斜校正的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置。
室內健身車是一種相當常見的室內健身器材,其操作運動的模式是模擬一般騎乘自行車的踩踏騎乘方式,藉以達到提供使用人訓練大腿和小腿的肌肉,以及增強心肺功能和促進血液循環等多項功能。
為解決TW證書號數第M314622號新型專利案所公開的可搖擺運動健身車,有關於整體結構設計複雜、裝配困難費時,以及難以產生搖擺動作等各項問題,申請人提出如TW證書號數第M471910號新型專利案所公開的健身車搖擺裝置,將對搖擺座形成彈性支撐的緩衝件設計成圓柱狀的彈性膠體或螺旋彈簧,有效地以精簡的結構設計,解決M314622號專利案所存在的各項問題,M471910號新型專利案確實為一種結構新穎且深具實用功效的新型創作。
然而本新型創作人秉持鍥而不捨的創作精神及實際使用的經驗發現,M471910號新型專利案的搖擺座是直接抵靠於彈性緩衝件,缺乏調整彈性效果或搖擺行程的功能,並且在彈性緩衝件因為長期使用產生彈性疲乏而導致搖擺座的預設角度傾斜時,無法提供傾斜校正的功能。
為解決M471910號新型專利案的功能不夠齊備完善的不足,本新型的主要目的在於提出一種能夠調整搖擺行程、支撐彈性強度及提供傾斜校正功能的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,藉以進一步完善搖擺式健身車的實用效能。
本新型解決技術問題所提出的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,該搖擺裝置是設置於健身車的一底座與一車體之間,並包括: 一基架,其固定連結於該底座且具有一呈直立狀的支撐柱、一設置於該支撐柱上端的軸座及一對以直立形態設置於該支撐柱兩側的彈性件; 一搖擺座,其固定連結於該車體且利用一樞軸樞設連結於該軸座,該搖擺座具有一呈水平設置的座板,於該座板的兩端部各設有一調整孔;以及 二調整裝置,分別結合於該搖擺座的兩端部,各調整裝置具有一位於相對應的彈性件上方的壓迫板,以及一以螺紋穿設於相對應的調整孔且連結帶動該壓迫板的調整栓。
所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中所述的搖擺座於所述座板的前後側向下平行延伸設置一對支撐板,於兩該支撐板之間形成一套置所述基架的容置空間,並於各支撐板形成供所述樞軸穿置的所述軸孔。
所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中所述的壓迫板於頂部設有一套管,所述調整栓的下端形成一以可轉動形態穿置結合於該套管的接頭。
所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中於所述的套管以螺紋結合設有一卡栓,於所述的接頭環凹設有一供該卡栓卡制的環溝。
所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中於所述的壓迫板的至少一端側結合設有一呈直立設置的補強片。
本新型的技術手段可獲得的功效增進包括: 1.本新型於搖擺座設有兩對應設於兩彈性件上方的調整裝置,能夠利用調整兩壓迫板的設置高度的方式,靈活地調整健身車車體及搖擺座的搖擺行程。 2.本新型利用調整兩壓迫板的壓迫於相對應彈性件的預設壓迫力,能夠依據使用人的需求或習慣,靈活地調整設定彈性件的預設支撐彈性強度。 3.本新型在彈性件因為長期使用產生彈性疲乏而導致搖擺座的預設角度傾斜時,能夠利用調整裝置來調整校正健身車車體及搖擺座的設置角度。
為能詳細瞭解本新型的技術特徵及實用功效,並可依照新型內容來實現,玆進一步以如圖式所示的較佳實施例,詳細說明如后:
本新型所提出的可調整式搖擺裝置係安裝運用於如圖1所示的搖擺式運動健身車,該搖擺式運動健身車包括一可水平安置於地面的底座10、一設置於該底座10上方的車體20,以及一對將該車體20以可搖擺形態連結設置於該底座10的搖擺裝置A;其中,該底座10為具有穩定支撐作用的工字型架體,該車體20包括一由金屬管件連結組成的車架,於該車架的前端設有一供使用人握持的車把21,於該車架的中間頂部設有一可供使用人乘坐的座墊22,於該座墊22下方的該車架適當位置設有一供使用人踩踏操作的踩踏裝置23,並於該車把21下方的該車架適當位置設有一受該踩踏裝置23連結驅動的惰輪24,藉以由該惰輪24提供健身車踩踏操作時的阻尼作用及慣性。
本新型提出的可調整式搖擺裝置的第一較佳實施例如圖2至圖4所示,該搖擺裝置A包括一連結固定於該底座10的基架30、一連結固定於該車體20的搖擺座40,以及一對結合設置於該搖擺座40兩端部的調整裝置50;其中:
該基架30是以螺栓螺鎖結合或焊接結合等方式安裝設置於該底座10,該基架31設有一位於中間位置且呈直立設置的支撐柱31,於該支撐柱31的上端固設結合有一軸座32,於該軸座32設有一以該車體20延伸方向水平設置的軸孔321,於該支撐柱31兩側的適當位置相對應地設有一對定位孔33,提供一對彈性件34安裝設置,兩該彈性件34為具有恢復彈性且呈直立設置的彈性元件,其可以為圓柱狀的彈性膠體、螺旋彈簧、避震壓缸及彈性鋼板等各種類型的彈性元件,如圖所示實施例的彈性件34為圓柱狀的彈性膠體,於各彈性件34的軸心位貫設有一中孔341,並於該中孔341的上、下端各擴孔形成一內徑大於該中孔341的容槽342,藉以讓二個定位栓35分別穿經兩該彈性件34的容槽342及中孔341且以螺文結合於相對應定位孔33的方式,讓兩該彈性件34以直立形態對稱設於該支撐柱31的兩側邊。
該搖擺座40具有一呈水平狀的座板41及一對由該座板41前後側向下平行延伸設置的支撐板42,並於兩支撐板42之間形成一用以套置於該基架30的容置空間43,對應於兩該彈性件34的位置,該座板41於兩側端部的位置各貫設有一具內螺紋的調整孔411,並對應於該軸座32的軸孔321,於兩該支撐板42的板面相對應地貫穿設有一可與前述軸孔321相對正的421,利用一樞軸44穿置於相對合的各軸孔421、321,讓該搖擺座40以可搖擺形態樞設結合於該基架30。
兩該調整裝置50分別結合設置於該搖擺座40的兩端部,並各包括一位於該容置空間43且可壓抵相對應彈性件34的水平狀的壓迫板51、一對連結於該壓迫板51兩端側且呈直立狀的補強片52,以及一以螺紋結合於相對應的調整孔411且連接於該壓迫板51的調整栓53;其中,該壓迫板51的規格尺寸大致與該容置空間43相匹配,並於頂部的中間位置設有一套管511及一以螺紋穿掣結合於該套管511的卡栓512;各補強片52係銲固連結於該壓迫板51的兩端側,能夠對該壓迫板51產生補強作用,並且在該搖擺座40的兩端部形成遮蔽及保護;該調整栓53的下端形成一對正穿置於相對應套管511的接頭531,於該接頭531的外周面凹設形成一供該卡栓512穿入的環溝532,利用該卡栓512的卡掣限位作用,讓該調整栓53的接頭531以可自由旋轉形態連結於該壓迫板51的套管511。
如此,利用前述具有一對彈性件34的該基架30、一以可搖擺形態結合於該基架30的搖擺座40,以及一對結合設置於該搖擺座40且受兩該彈性件34形成彈性支撐的調整裝置50,組構成如圖1及圖3所示運用於搖擺式健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置。
請參閱圖1及圖5所示,該搖擺裝置A利用兩該彈性件34對相對應調整裝置50及該搖擺座40形成的彈性支撐作用,讓搖擺式健身車的車體20在平時可以保持在直立的一般狀態;當使用人乘坐於該車體20進行踩踏動作時,由於使用人的身體會隨著踩踏動作的施力而產生左右偏擺,利用該搖擺裝置A的設計,讓健身車的車體20能夠隨著使用人的踩踏動作而左右偏擺,並且壓縮相對應側的彈性件34,有效的模擬出類似於實際騎乘自行車的騎乘感覺,增加健身車運動模式的變化性及擬真效果。
請參閱圖5及圖6所示,本新型透過旋轉各調整裝置50的調整栓53的方式,能夠帶動調整改變兩該壓迫板51的設置高度,達到調整健身車車體20及該搖擺座40左右搖擺行程(幅度)的效能,並且如圖6所示,透過調整兩該壓迫板51壓迫於相對應彈性件34而形成不同預設支撐彈性的方式,有效地讓搖擺式健身車能夠依據使用人的需求或習慣,靈活地調整設定預設的搖擺支撐彈性強度。進一步地,本新型在兩該彈性件34因為長期使用產生不同程度的彈性疲乏,導致該搖擺座40在未使用的一般狀態產生角度傾斜時,能夠利用該調整裝置50來調整校正健身車車體20及該搖擺座40的設置角度,確保搖擺式健身車的正常操作,深具實用價值。
如圖7所示為本新型所提出的可調整式搖擺裝置A的第二較佳實施例,在該實施例中,該彈性件34A是採用螺旋彈簧的實施形態,其他的結構設計與如圖2至圖4所示的第一較佳實施例相同。

Claims (10)
- 一種健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,該搖擺裝置是設置於健身車的一底座與一車體之間,並包括: 一基架,其固定連結於該底座且具有一呈直立狀的支撐柱、一設置於該支撐柱上端的軸座及一對以直立形態設置於該支撐柱兩側的彈性件; 一搖擺座,其固定連結於該車體且利用一樞軸樞設連結於該軸座,該搖擺座具有一呈水平設置的座板,於該座板的兩端部各設有一調整孔;以及 二調整裝置,分別結合於該搖擺座的兩端部,各調整裝置具有一位於相對應的彈性件上方的壓迫板,以及一以螺紋穿設於相對應的調整孔且連結帶動該壓迫板的調整栓。
- 如請求項1所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中所述的搖擺座於所述座板的前後側向下平行延伸設置一對支撐板,於兩該支撐板之間形成一套置所述基架的容置空間,並於各支撐板形成供所述樞軸穿置的所述軸孔。
- 如請求項2所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中所述的基架於所述支撐柱的兩側各設有一定位孔,並各設有一定位栓穿經相對應的所述彈性件且結合於相對應的定位孔。
- 如請求項3所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中所述的彈性件為圓柱狀的彈性膠體。
- 如請求項2所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中所述的彈性件為螺旋彈簧。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項所述的健身車的可調整式搖擺裝置,其中所述的壓迫板於頂部設有一套管,所述調整栓的下端形成一以可轉動形態穿置結合於該套管的接頭。
