(二) 鏡片係與帽舌(或支架)固接,再以帽舌(或支架)與帽殼扣接者;其係在帽舌(或支架)兩側具有一基座,該基座上並套設有一掣動片,且該基座與掣動片之間係具有相互嚙合的齒,使操作鏡片掀蓋時,可同時令該掣動片轉動,以改變嚙合位置,達到掀開或蓋合鏡片之目的,而帽舌(或支架)內側與帽殼前端則各具有公、母扣件,俾可相互扣接,以將鏡片安裝在帽殼前端。
惟此種型式仍具有:1.帽舌(或支架)之模具成本較高,2.須有掣動片配件及開模成本,3.操作時會有噪音,4.組裝稍嫌麻煩等缺失,顯然有待改進。

一帽舌2(或支架,在以下之說明均以帽舌代表二者),內側端具有複數個母扣21,以與公扣11扣接,且內側端兩側並各具有一凹部22,該帽舌2外側端中間係具有一凹室23,外側端兩側則各具有一前、後凹孔24、25及一擋牆26,該擋牆26並位於前、後凹孔24、25之上方;及
一鏡片3,呈弧凹狀,係藉一固定件31(例如鉚釘)與帽舌2固接,內側端中間具有一凸片32,內側端兩側並各具有一凸體33,可嵌入帽舌之前、後凹孔24、25內。
依據上述構造組合,鏡片3係藉固定件31與帽舌2固接,帽舌2則與帽殼1扣接,使鏡片3安裝於帽殼1前端。在常態下鏡片3係呈蓋合狀態,如第二~五圖所示,此時鏡片之凸片32係抵於帽舌之凹室23內,而凸體33則嵌入前凹孔24內,以將鏡片3蓋合定位。
如欲上掀鏡片3時,只要手按鏡片3使之上移,使凸體33脫出前凹孔24後再嵌入後凹孔25內,即可將鏡片3掀開定位,如第六、七圖所示,此時鏡片3之頂緣恰被擋牆26所阻擋。反之,只要再將鏡片3下移,使凸體33脫出後凹孔25後再嵌入前凹孔24內,即可將鏡片3蓋合定位,恢復如第二~五圖所示之狀態。
上述鏡片3掀蓋定位之操作,尚值得再提者包含有:
(一)鏡片3之蓋合,一方面係以凸體33嵌入前凹孔24而定位,另一方面並藉凸片32抵於凹室23內為加強輔助定位,以藉該凹室23作為鏡片3蓋合下移之下限;反之,鏡片3之掀開,一方面係以凸體33嵌入後凹孔25而定位,另一方面並藉擋牆26阻擋鏡片3頂緣上移,以藉該擋牆26作為鏡片3上掀之上限。
(二)如第三圖所示,帽舌2內側端兩側因具有凹部22,而使得帽舌2的兩側與帽殼1之間,形成外圍貼合但內部中空之狀態,即呈非完全平貼之貼合狀態,藉以使帽舌2兩側具有彈性,因此一旦施力將鏡片3上、下位移時,可藉該彈性抵消部份施力,使鏡片3可順暢地上掀或下蓋,並使帽舌2穩固地與帽殼1扣接,不致因力道過大而產生脫落之不良。
(三)本創作主要係於該帽舌2與鏡片3兩側之間,具有相對應並可相互嵌合之凹孔與凸體,藉以達到可掀蓋定位之目的與功效,因此,該凹孔數量並不限制只有前、後凹孔,亦可只有一個後凹孔,亦可前、中、後三個凹孔,皆屬可行實施的,而且該凹孔亦可設於鏡片上,相對的帽舌則具有凸體,亦屬可行實施的,故凡此等之結構變化,仍應視為含括在本創作之專利範疇內。
故由以上之說明可知,本創作實施例至少已具備有下列諸項優點與功效,而遠比習知者更為進步。
1.構造簡單,僅由帽舌2與鏡片3組成。
2.組裝容易,帽舌2與鏡片3固接,再與帽殼1扣接,組裝相當簡單快速。
3.操作方便且無噪音。
4.掀蓋定位確實,不會有因風吹而產生自動掀蓋的不良。
5.開模成本降低,除了帽舌與鏡片之模具外,不須再額外開立其他配件模具,且也不會增加帽舌模具成本。
綜上所陳,本創作實施例所揭露之具體構造,經查確為習知者所無,並能達致預期之目的與功效,堪稱一極具新穎且進步之創作,爰依法提出新型專利申請。
