Abstract
A solar cell includes a substrate, an anti-reflection coating (ARC) layer, three bus bars and a backside metal layer. The substrate has a first surface, a second surface, a first-type semiconductor layer near the first surface and a second-type semiconductor layer near the second surface. The ARC layer is formed on the first surface of the substrate. The three bus bars are formed on the ARC layer and electrically connected to the first-type semiconductor layer. The backside metal layer is formed on the second surface of the substrate.
