M314361 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本新型是有關於—種鲞^^丨 裡掌°己型電腦的本體與顯示部之間 的扣合結構。 【先前技術】
一般筆記型電腦其顯示部都軸接於本體上,因而顯示 部能相對於本體翻轉並貼合於本體上m型電腦的顯 示部貼合於本體上時,—般需要_扣合結構將顯示部與本 體固定’用以保護於攜帶時的螢幕與本體上的鍵盤。 雖然筆記型電腦的扣合結構已有許多不同的設計,但 還是有不少創新的空間’讓使用者能更方便的操作。 【新型内容】 因此本新型的目的就是在提供一種筆記型電腦的本體 與顯示部之間的扣合結構。 根據本新型之上述目的,提出一種扣合結構,用以固 疋一筆記型電腦的顯示部與本體。筆記型電腦的顯示部樞 接於其本體,因而顯示部能相對於本體翻轉並貼合於本體 上。扣合結構的元件敘述如下。--^勾樞接於本體内。當 顯示部貼合於本體上時,卡勾藉顯示部内磁鐵的吸引力, 穿越本體的開孔而扣合於顯示部的對應開孔内。一第一連 才干、一第二連桿與一開關設置於顯示部上。當開關被按壓 時,開關推動第一連桿沿第一方向移動,進而第一連桿推 動第二連桿沿第二方向移動,用以推開卡勾脫離顯示部的 5 M314361 對應開孔内。第一方向垂直於第二方向。 【實施方式】 如上所述’本新型係提供一種筆記型電腦的扣合結 構。當筆記型電腦的顯示部貼合於其本體上時,扣合結構 用以固定兩者’使顯示部不被外力翻開。 請參照第1圖,其繪示依照本新型一較佳實施例的一 種筆記型電腦。此筆記型電腦1〇〇包含一本體1〇4以及一 顯示部102。顯示部102藉轉軸1〇3與本體104樞接,因而 顯不部102可以相對於本體1〇4調整角度,且貼合於本體 104上(顯示部1〇2具有螢幕1〇2c的一面,貼合於本體1〇4 具有鍵盤104c的一面)。當顯示部1〇2貼合於本體1〇4上 時,本體104上的卡勾1〇4b會由開孔1〇4a内伸出並扣合 於顯示部102的開孔102a内,使顯示部不被外力翻開。當 使用者按壓開關102b,即可使顯示部丨〇2脫離卡勾丨〇4b 的扣合,恢復可翻開並調整角度的狀態。 本體104上的卡勾104b如何從開孔1〇鈍内伸出,並 扣合於顯不部102的開孔1〇2a内。按壓開關1〇孔如何使 顯不部102脫離卡勾1〇4b的扣合。執行上述兩個動作關聯 的機構統稱作卡扣結構。以下將說明卡扣結構的運作機制。 請同時參照第2-4圖。第2圖係繪示顯示部1〇2移除 外设的部份(當顯示部1〇2貼合於本體1〇4上時第圖 係第2圖中沿A-A,的剖面圖。 ° 卡勾l〇4b係以轉軸107為支點,樞接於本體1〇4内。 當顯示部1〇2貼合於本體1〇4上時,本體104内的卡勾1〇仆 6 M314361 受到顯示部1〇2内磁鐵105的吸引後,沿方向i2〇轉動扣 合於顯示部⑽的開孔102a内(如第3圖所示狀態卜 凊同時參照第2圖與第4圖。按I開關贿如何使顯 示部H)2脫離卡勾祕的機制敘述如下。當㈣者沿方; 116按麼開關聰時,連桿1〇6會被同時帶動沿方向⑴ 移動。反之’使用者未施力於開關1〇2b時,彈簧嶋的 彈性恢復力會沿方向114之反方向推將連桿1〇6推回。當 連桿106料向114移動時,其作用面咖接觸連桿^ 的作用面110a滑動(換言之,連桿1〇6與連桿11〇滑動連 接),使得連桿11〇沿方向112移動。方向112垂直方向μ。 反之’不受連桿106推動的連桿11〇,彈t娜的彈性恢 復力會沿方向m之反方向推將連桿11G推回。當連桿11〇 沿方向U2移動時,將卡勾祕推離顯示部1〇2的開孔 邮,顯示部1()2不再固定於本體⑽上。當卡勾祕被 離‘4示邛102的開孔i〇2a後,卡勾i〇4b即被彈簧i〇7a 的彈力沿方向122拉回本體1〇4的開孔1〇乜内。/ 由上述本新型較佳實施例可知’應用本新型之扣合結 構’能利用磁鐵吸引卡勾將記型電腦的顯示部扣合其本體 上時,並利用連桿原理使卡勾脫離顯示部,便於使用者能 更方便的操作。 、雖然本新型已以-較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用 、、限定本新型,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本新型之精 神和範圍内,當可作各種之更動與潤飾,因此本新型之保 濩乾圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。 M314361 【圖式簡單說明】 為讓本新型之上述和其他目的、特徵、優點與實施例 月匕更明顯易懂,所附圖式之詳細說明如下·· 第1圖係繪示依照本新型一較佳實施例的一種筆記型 電腦; 弟2圖係纟會不依照本新型一較佳實施例的一種扣合結 構的結構圖;以及 第3、4圖係繪示依照本新型一較佳實施例的一種扣合 結構的運作機制。 106 : 連桿 106 a :作用面 108a :彈簧 108b :彈簧 110 : 連桿 110a :作用面 112 : 方向 114 : 方向 116 : 方向 120 : 方向 122 : 方向 【主要元件符號說明】 1〇〇 :筆記型電腦 102 :顯示部 102a :開孔 i〇2b :開關 i〇2c :螢幕 1〇3 :轉軸 104 :本體 l〇4a :開孔 104b ··卡勾 104c :鍵盤 105 :磁鐵
