M301053 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 ‘ 本創作係關於一種中驅電動輪椅車,特別是有關一種中驅電動輪椅車 - 前輪組件、後輪組件以及中驅輪組件與車架組件間之連接架構。 【先前技術】 現今,在醫院及日常生活巾,病患或年老行鮮便者f遍採用輪椅車 ⑩作為代步卫具,其中,中驅電動輪椅車為較常見之-種,此種輪椅車包括 有前腳輪、中輪、後腳輪三組車輪,前輪起導向及防前傾作用,中輪為驅 動輪與動力系統相連,後輪用於保持整個輪椅車之平衡,於爬坡或上台 階時發揮穩定支撐之作用,由於總共設置有三組車輪,因此輪椅車運行時 之平雜即絲—個必触歡技術卿,尤其於舰或於不平整路面上 行駛時’此-技術j展節就更顯得重要,因現有中驅輪椅車之前輪組件、後 輪組件以及中驅輪組件與車架組件之間大都為剛性連接,車體沒有自動平 _ 衡功㈤’各組件之間不能相互活動,無法隨路況作出相應之調整,於通過 回、低路瞒各車輪與地面不能正常細並承重,從而出現飾、颠蔽甚 至無法糊通過之現象,無法滿足人們使用之要求。 【新型内容】 針對現有各種電射驅輪椅車存树述之缺點,本創作之目的在於提 種具精簡木構、運行平穩且性能可靠之中驅電動輪椅車之前後臂連接 機構。該連誠構之前輪組件、後輪崎以財驅輪組件與車架組件之間 5 M301053 形成四連桿麵,從而使輪椅車在爬坡或在不平整路面上行驶時各車輪與 地面始終能有效接觸並自動調整重心、保持平衡。 為達成上述目的,本創作係提供-種中驅電動輪椅車之前後臂連接機 構’包括·左右對稱設置之前輪組件、後輪組件、巾驅輪組件以及位於中 間之料組件’其中兩側之巾驅輪組件與後輪組件相固定,前輪組件分別 與車架組件、後輪組倾接連接,後輪組件紐過連桿崎與車架組件敛 接連接’形成一四連桿機構。 該前輪組件包括前腳輪(_輪)、腳輪叉及前f。織輪組件包括 後腳輪(後從動輪)、腳輪又及後臂。該中驅輪組件包括驅動輪及減速箱 組件。該前輪組件透過前臂與—轉組件鉸接連接,後輪組件透過後臂與 車架組件鉸接連接,前臂與後臂在對應端相互鉸接,減速齡件刻己在後 臂上。 該前臂呈先向後再向下延伸的折彎狀,包括前直臂與彎臂兩部分,後 臂呈先向上再向前、向下延伸之折·彎狀,包括中間之後直臂及其兩端之彎 臂三部分,前臂與後臂於其彎臂末端相互鉸接,並透過其前直臂與後直臂 與車架組件相鉸接。 該前臂與後臂之前直臂與後直臂上設有鉸接座,前臂彎臂末端開設有 鉸接孔,車架組件之兩側設有前、後兩根轉軸,其中前轉軸與前臂之鉸接 相鉸接後轉軸與連桿組件之下端鉸接連接,連桿組件之上端與後臂之 鉸接座相鉸接。 該連桿組件為一短連桿,該連桿之兩端開設有分別與後臂、後轉軸相 6 M301053 對應之鉸接孔。 該連桿組件呈u形,包括相平行之兩立板及連接兩立板之橫向套管, ^ 兩立板端部之鉸接孔與後臂鉸接座相對應,並通過後臂銷相鉸接,套管與 - 車架組件的後轉軸相鉸接。 該後臂直臂部分之下方設有一連接板,中驅輪組件之減速箱組件透過 該連接板連同中驅輪一起固定在後臂下方。 該兩鉸接座分别設置在前臂與後直臂部分之上表面。 _ 姐#組件與車架崎之鉸錄彳嫌着組件與後做接軸之後下 方,該連桿組件傾斜設置。 該後臂直臂部分高出前臂直臂部分一定距離。 - 該後臂之末端折彎成直角。 【實施方式】
