Abstract

A snack and beverage dual-sharing cup comprises: a cup body having an interior with a first space and a second space; a lifting platform movably installed in the first space of the cup body; the lifting platform is used to hold a first item; a sensing unit located in the first space of the cup body, used to detect the height of the first item in the first space of the cup body, thereby generating a height signal; and a control unit located at the bottom of the cup body and electrically connected to the sensing unit; the control unit is used to receive the height signal from the sensing unit and compare it with a first predetermined height, when the control unit determines that the height of the first item is lower than the first predetermined height, it drives the lifting platform to move so that the first item moves to the first predetermined height.

Description

Snack and drink double enjoyment cup

The present invention relates to a drinking and eating container, and in particular to a snack and drink dual-enjoyment cup that can continuously keep the height of snacks and/or drinks at the mouth of the cup for people to eat.

It has become a natural habit for people to buy snacks and drinks on site when they go to the movies or amusement parks. It can be said that enjoying food while experiencing entertainment is a great enjoyment in life. However, since snacks and drinks are usually packaged separately, they need to be taken with both hands, which is relatively inconvenient when people are moving or participating in activities. Therefore, in recent years, the industry has developed a double-enjoyment cup that can hold snacks and drinks at the same time, solving the problem of carrying snacks and drinks.

Although the problem of carrying snacks and drinks has been solved, another disadvantage of eating snacks with a cup is that when the snacks on the upper layer are eaten up, the user must reach into the cup to get the snacks on the lower layer. The lower the layer, the more difficult it is to get, which will also affect the mood of eating. On the other hand, in order to get the snacks on the lower layer, sometimes you need to tilt the cup, but doing so may cause the drink on the other side to spill out. Therefore, the current double-enjoy cup still has the above problems to overcome. How to provide a snack and drink double-enjoy cup that can solve the above problems is one of the issues that the industry and manufacturers in the relevant field need to solve urgently.

The main purpose of the invention is to provide a snack and drink dual-enjoyment cup, which can effectively solve the problem of taking snacks and/or drinks in the cup.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned invention purpose, the present invention provides a snack and beverage dual-enjoyment cup, comprising: a cup body, having a first space and a second space inside; a lifting plate, movably arranged in the first space of the cup body; the lifting plate is used to carry a first container; a sensing unit, arranged in the first space of the cup body, is used to sense the height of the first container in the first space of the cup body, and generate a height signal accordingly; and a control unit, arranged at the bottom of the cup body and electrically connected to the sensing unit; the control unit is used to receive the height signal of the sensing unit and compare it with a first predetermined height. When the control unit determines that the height of the first container is lower than the first predetermined height, the lifting plate is driven to move, so that the first container moves to the first predetermined height.

In one embodiment, there is a magnetic part under the lifting plate; the control unit has an electromagnet, which is arranged under the lifting unit and corresponds to the magnetic part; thereby, the control unit generates a magnetic force by inputting a current to the electromagnet, and drives the lifting plate to move away from the electromagnet.

In one embodiment, the control unit further has a power source electrically connected to the electromagnet to provide the electromagnet with the required power.

In one embodiment, the inner side wall of the first space of the cup body is provided with a plurality of ribs; the lifting plate has a plurality of notches corresponding to the ribs, so that when the lifting plate is placed in the first space of the cup body, the ribs extend into the notches.

In one embodiment, the cup body has a partition inside, dividing the inside of the cup body into the first space and the second space; at least one rib is formed on the partition.

In one embodiment, it further includes a second lifting plate, a second sensing unit and a second control unit; the second lifting plate is movably arranged in the second space, and the second lifting plate is used to carry a second container; the second sensing unit is arranged in the second space, and is used to sense the height of the second container in the second space, and generate a second height signal accordingly; the second control unit is arranged in the cup body and electrically connected to the second sensing unit, and is used to receive the height signal of the second sensing unit and compare it with a second predetermined height. When the control unit determines that the height of the second container is lower than the second predetermined height, the second lifting plate is driven to move, so that the second container moves to the second predetermined height.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 3, a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a snack and beverage dual-enjoyment cup, which mainly includes: a cup body 10, a lifting plate 20, a sensing unit 30 and a control unit 40. Among them: The cup body 10 has a first space 11 and a second space 12 inside, and the space inside the cup body 10 is divided into the first space 11 and the second space 12 by a partition 13, and the first space 11 and the second space 12 are not connected to each other. The top side of the cup body 10 has a cup mouth 14, which is connected to the first space 11 and the second space 12. Among them, the first space 11 can be used to accommodate a first container 100, and the second space 12 can be used to accommodate a second container 200. In this embodiment, the first container 100 may be snacks, such as popcorn, potato chips, cookies, etc.; the second container 200 may be beverages, such as cola, green tea, Calpis, etc. However, the present invention is not limited to the objects that can be contained in the first space 11 and the second space 12. In other embodiments, the first container and the second container may both be snacks or beverages. In addition, the cup body 10 is provided with a plurality of ribs 15 on the inner side wall of the first space 11, at least one of which is provided on the partition 13.

The lifting plate 20 is a semicircular sheet, which is movably arranged in the first space 11 of the cup body 10. A plurality of notches 21 are arranged around the lifting plate 20, corresponding to the ribs 15 of the cup body 10. When the lifting plate 20 is arranged in the first space 11 of the cup body 10, the ribs 15 extend into the notches 21 to fix the lifting plate 20 in a horizontal position. A magnetic member 22 with magnetic force is arranged below the lifting plate 20.

The sensing unit 30 is disposed in the first space 11 of the cup body 10 and is adjacent to the cup mouth 14. The sensing unit 30 is used to sense the height of the first container 100 in the first space 11 and generate a first height signal accordingly. In this embodiment, the sensing unit 30 may be an infrared sensor. In other embodiments, the sensing unit may be an ultrasonic sensor, a laser sensor, a Hall sensor or other equivalent sensors that can detect the height of the first container.

The control unit 40 is disposed at the bottom of the first space 11 of the cup body 10 and below the lifting plate 20. Specifically, the control unit 40 has a processor 41, a power supply 42 and an electromagnet 43. The processor 41 is disposed at the bottom of the first space 11 and is electrically connected to the sensing unit 30, the power supply 42 and the electromagnet 43 to receive the first height signal transmitted by the sensing unit 30 and determine whether the first height signal is lower than a first predetermined height. The power supply 42 is electrically connected to the electromagnet 43 to provide the electromagnet 43 with the required power. The electromagnet 43 corresponds to the magnetic part 22 of the lifting plate 20, and is used to be driven by electricity to generate a magnetic force that repels the magnetic part 22, thereby driving the magnetic part 22 to move in a direction away from the electromagnet 43.

According to the above structural configuration, the actual operation and application of the snack and beverage dual-enjoyment cup of the present invention is as follows: Please refer to FIG. 3, the user can use the snack and beverage dual-enjoyment cup of the present invention to respectively contain the first container 100 (here is snacks) and the second container 200 (here is beverages) in the first space 11 and the second space 12. When the first container 100 enters the first space 11 and is carried on the lifting plate 20, the lifting plate 20 will be pressed downward due to gravity. Here, it is assumed that the first container 100 is in a state of filling the first space 11. At this time, the sensing unit 30 detects the height of the first container 100, and accordingly generates the first height signal to be transmitted to the processor 41 of the control unit 40. The processor 41 receives the first height signal and compares it with the first predetermined height. When the processor determines that the first height signal is not lower than the first predetermined height, it means that the height of the first container 100 (snacks) can still be taken by hand, so the lifting plate 20 will not move.

Next, please refer to FIG. 4 , when the user starts to take a portion of the first container 100, the height of the first container 100 in the first space 11 decreases. At this time, the sensing unit 30 detects the height of the first container 100 and generates a new first height signal to be transmitted to the processor 41 of the control unit 40. The processor 41 receives the first height signal and compares it with the first predetermined height. When the processor 41 determines that the first height signal is lower than the first predetermined height, it means that the height of the first container 100 (snacks) is difficult to be easily picked up by hand. Therefore, the processor 41 controls the power supply 42 to output a certain power to the electromagnet 43, so that the electromagnet 43 generates a corresponding magnetic repulsion force through the magnetic effect of the electric current, which acts on the magnetic member 22 under the lifting plate 20. Since the magnetic repulsion force generated by the electromagnet 43 repels the magnetic force of the magnetic member 22, the magnetic member 22 will move away from the electromagnet 43, thereby driving the lifting plate 20 to rise until the height of the first container 100 is at the first predetermined height. Thus, the present invention can keep the height of the snacks close to the cup mouth 14 through the lifting plate 20, the sensing unit 30 and the control unit 40, making it convenient for users to take the snacks, and effectively overcoming the problem of difficulty in taking the snacks at the bottom of the snack cup.

Please refer to FIG. 5 , the snack and beverage dual-enjoyment cup provided by the second preferred embodiment of the present invention has a structure similar to that of the first preferred embodiment. However, in this embodiment, it further includes a second lifting plate 50, a second sensing unit 60 and a second control unit 70. The second lifting plate 50 is a semicircular sheet, which is movably disposed in the second space 12 of the cup body 10. There is a second magnetic member 51 below the second lifting plate 50.

The second sensing unit 60 is disposed in the second space 12 of the cup body 10 and is adjacent to the cup mouth 14. The second sensing unit 60 is used to sense the height of the second container 200 in the second space 12 and generate a second height signal accordingly. In this embodiment, the second sensing unit 60 may be an infrared sensor. In other embodiments, the second sensing unit may be an ultrasonic sensor, a laser sensor, a Hall sensor or other equivalent sensors that can detect the height of the second container.

The second control unit 70 is disposed at the bottom of the second space 12 of the cup body 10 and below the second lifting plate 50. Specifically, the second control unit 70 has a second processor 71, a second power supply 72 and a second electromagnet 73. The second processor 71 is disposed at the bottom of the second space 12 and is electrically connected to the second sensing unit 60, the second power supply 72 and the second electromagnet 73 to receive the second height signal transmitted by the second sensing unit 60 and determine whether the second height signal is lower than a second predetermined height. The second power supply 72 is electrically connected to the second electromagnet 73 to provide the second electromagnet 73 with the required power. The second electromagnet 73 corresponds to the second magnetic member 51 of the second lifting plate 50, and is used to be driven by electric force to generate a magnetic force that repels the second magnetic member 51, thereby driving the second magnetic member 51 to move in a direction away from the electromagnet 43.

Thus, the snack and drink dual-enjoyment cup provided in this embodiment can not only automatically adjust the height of the snacks, but also automatically adjust the drinking height of the drinks in another space, so that users can drink easily without relying on a straw.

In summary, the snack and drink dual-enjoyment cup provided by the present invention can effectively detect the height of the snack or drink in the cup through the lifting plate, the sensing unit and the control unit, and drive the lifting plate to move upward when the snack or drink is too far from the cup mouth, thereby driving the snack or drink to return to a position close to the cup mouth, so that the user can easily take the snack or drink the drink, effectively solving the problem that it is difficult to take the snack or drink the drink at the bottom of the snack or drink cup.

A snack and beverage dual-enjoyment cup includes: a cup body having a first space and a second space inside; a lifting plate movably disposed in the first space of the cup body; the lifting plate is used to carry a first container; a sensing unit is disposed in the first space of the cup body, and is used to sense the height of the first container in the first space of the cup body, thereby generating a first height signal; and a control unit is disposed in the cup body adjacent to the lifting plate and electrically connected to the sensing unit; the control unit is used to receive the first height signal of the sensing unit and compare it with a first predetermined height. When the control unit determines that the height of the first container is lower than the first predetermined height, the lifting plate is driven to move, so that the first container moves to the first predetermined height. As described in claim 1, the snack and beverage double-enjoy cup has a magnetic part under the lifting plate; the control unit has an electromagnet, which is arranged under the lifting plate and corresponds to the magnetic part; the control unit generates a magnetic force by inputting a current to the electromagnet, and drives the lifting plate to move away from the electromagnet. As described in claim 2, the control unit further comprises a power source electrically connected to the electromagnet to provide the required power to the electromagnet. As described in claim 1, the inner wall of the first space of the cup body is provided with a plurality of ribs; the lifting plate has a plurality of notches corresponding to the ribs, so that when the lifting plate is placed in the first space of the cup body, the ribs extend into the notches. The snack and beverage double-enjoyment cup as described in claim 1 further comprises a second lifting plate, a second sensing unit and a second control unit; the second lifting plate is movably arranged in the second space, and the second lifting plate is used to carry a second container; the second sensing unit is arranged in the second space, and is used to sense the height of the second container in the second space, and generate a second height signal accordingly; the second control unit is arranged in the cup body and electrically connected to the second sensing unit, and is used to receive the second height signal of the second sensing unit and compare it with a second predetermined height. When the control unit determines that the height of the second container is lower than the second predetermined height, the second lifting plate is driven to move, so that the second container moves to the second predetermined height.
