Abstract
Description
本發明係關於一種培林,尤指一種裝設於自行車上且可簡化結構之培林者。The present invention relates to a bearing, and more particularly to a bearing which is installed on a bicycle and has a simplified structure.
自行車上的諸多可轉動處通常會設置有一軸承,使其轉動能更加順暢,如於豎管與車頭管間的車頭碗組等,然而現有之軸承大都係為滾珠軸承,大抵包含有一內圈、一外圈、一保持架及多數個滾珠等結構,其雖可提供豎管與車頭管間轉動的順暢性,但其整體結構較為複雜,構件繁多,整體的製造成本較高,另現有利用於內外圈間設置一墊圈的培林結構者,其雖可簡化軸承結構的複雜度,但現有培林的墊圈大都係呈扁平狀,因此現有墊圈與內外圈間的接觸面積較大,故而容易產生相對轉動不順暢的情況,如此實有進一步改進之必要。Many rotatable parts on a bicycle are usually equipped with a bearing to make the rotation smoother, such as the headset between the standpipe and the head tube.
