Abstract

A multi-battery mounting structure and an electronic device thereof are provided. The multi-battery mounting structure has a bottom, at least two battery holders and a conductive component. A mounting seat is arranged on the bottom and located between one side of the battery holders. Each battery holder has a surrounding wall protruding from the bottom, a configuration space formed in the surrounding wall for battery inserting and a conductive terminal arranged in the configuration space. The conductive component has a mounting portion, at least two elastic-arm portions extending from the mounting portion toward each battery holder respectively, and at least two fixed portions respectively located at an end of each elastic-arm portion away from the mounting portion, so that could fix the mounting portion on the mounting seat by an assembly member for achieving simplified design.
