An electrical connector assembly, a cable electrical connector, and a method for manufacturing for the same. The cable electrical connector includes a first insulating shell, a plurality of first terminals, a plurality of connecting cables, a plurality of extension cables and an insulating holder. The first insulating shell includes a plurality of first terminal accommodating grooves and a plurality of cable accommodating grooves, and the first terminal accommodating grooves correspond to the cable accommodating grooves. The first terminals are disposed in the first terminal accommodating grooves. The connecting cables are disposed in the cable accommodating groove, and the connecting cables are respectively electrically connected to the corresponding first terminals. The extension cables are respectively electrically connected to the connection cables. The insulating holder holds the connection cables and the extension cables so that the relative positions of the connection cables and the extension cables remain fixed.
