A mounting structure and a server. The mounting structure includes a fixed base, an adjustable base, a first protrusion and a second protrusion. When the adjustable base is located at second assembling position, the second protrusion protrudes from the adjustable base along the protruding mounting direction and configured to allow the second expansion card to be installed on or detached from the motherboard vertically.
