Abstract

The invention relates to a cosmetic case including a case bottom, an intermediate layer, and a lid. The case bottom is provided with a pivoting slot and a guiding surface at a position corresponding to the pivoting slot. The intermediate layer is detachably combined in the case bottom and provided with an abutting arm which abuts against the guiding surface of the case bottom. The lid is removably closed on the case bottom and includes a pivoting portion which is pivotally connected in the pivoting slot of the case bottom. When the lid is fully lifted, the pivoting portion is in contact with the abutting arm of the intermediate layer, so that when the lid is pressed down, the abutting arm will move upward relative to the case bottom under the guidance of the guiding surface, and thus the intermediate layer can be easily disassembled from the case box.

Description

Makeup box

The present invention relates to a cosmetic box, in particular to a cosmetic box used to store cosmetics such as pressed powder and loose powder.

Generally, a flip-up makeup box includes a box bottom and a flip-up box lid, and at least one middle layer (powder tray) is provided in the box bottom for placing powder, rouge and other products. In a common technique, the rear of the box lid and the middle layer each have a hinge block, and the rear of the box bottom is provided with two separated hinges. In assembly, the hinge block of the box lid and the middle layer is placed between the two hinges of the box bottom, and then a hinge is passed through the hinge block and the hinge, so that the box lid, the middle layer and the box bottom are hinged together. However, since the middle layer is hinged to the bottom of the box, when the compact powder or loose powder in the middle layer is used up, the user cannot replace the middle layer with a new one, which causes waste and is not conducive to the recycling of the middle layer.

In another conventional technique, the box cover is hinged to the box bottom, and the middle layer is detachably coupled to the box bottom. Accordingly, when the makeup powder in the middle layer is used up, the user can replace the middle layer with a new one, and can recycle the used middle layer to avoid waste of resources. However, conventional detachable middle layers are generally coupled to the recessed portion provided on the box bottom by snap buckles, and a large force needs to be applied to remove the middle layer, causing inconvenience to the user in operation, and the snap buckles are easily broken during the process of removing the middle layer.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic box, the middle layer of which is detachably combined with the bottom of the box, and the removal of the middle layer is convenient and labor-saving, which is beneficial for users to replace the new middle layer and the recycling of the middle layer, and has the advantage of simple structure.

A cosmetic box according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a box bottom, a middle layer and a box cover. The box bottom comprises a bottom plate and a wall plate extending upward from the periphery of the bottom plate, the wall plate is provided with a hinge groove, and the periphery of the bottom plate is provided with at least one guide surface inclined inward at a position corresponding to the hinge groove. The middle layer is detachably combined in the box bottom and comprises an annular surrounding wall, the surrounding wall is provided with at least one abutting arm, and the abutting arm abuts against at least one guide surface of the box bottom. The box cover is openably covered on the box bottom and comprises an annular wall plate, the wall plate is provided with a hinge portion, and the hinge portion is hinged in the hinge groove of the box bottom. When the box cover is closed on the box bottom, the hinge is separated from the abutment arm of the middle layer, wherein when the box cover is opened at an angle, the hinge will contact the abutment arm of the middle layer, so that when the box cover is pressed down, the abutment arm will move upward relative to the box bottom under the guidance of the guide surface.

In one embodiment, the guide surface has an inclination angle of 45-85 degrees relative to the horizontal plane of the base plate.

In one embodiment, the bottom end of the abutting arm abuts against the guide surface of the bottom of the box, and a convex portion extends outward from the bottom end of the abutting arm, wherein when the box cover is opened to the angle, the outer surface of the hinge portion will contact the convex portion at the bottom end of the abutting arm.

In one embodiment, when the box cover is closed on the box bottom, the lower end of the hinge is located above the bottom end of the abutment arm in height.

In one embodiment, the wall panels on both sides of the hinge slot are provided with two opposite coupling slots, and an extension arm is extended downward from the surrounding walls on both sides of the abutment arm, and each extension arm is provided with a buckle portion, and the two buckle portions are respectively located in the two coupling slots of the bottom of the box.

In one embodiment, the periphery of the bottom plate is provided with two separated guide surfaces at positions corresponding to the hinge grooves, and the surrounding wall of the middle layer is provided with two separated abutment arms. When the middle layer is accommodated in the box bottom, the bottom end of each abutment arm abuts against a corresponding guide surface.

In one embodiment, a guide block protruding upward is provided on the periphery of the base plate at a position corresponding to the hinge groove, and the guide surface is provided on the guide block.

In one embodiment, the box cover further includes a cover plate, and the wall plate extends downward from the edge of the cover plate, wherein when the box cover is opened so that the cover plate is turned about 180 degrees, the hinge portion will contact the supporting arm of the middle layer.

Now, the preferred structural contents of the present invention will be described as follows with reference to the attached drawings by way of example only but not limitation: Fig. 1 to Fig. 4b show a cosmetic case 10 of the first embodiment of the present invention, which comprises a case bottom 12, a middle layer 14 and a case cover 16. The case bottom 12 defines a chamber 18 inside and comprises a bottom plate 20 and a wall plate 22 extending upward from the periphery of the bottom plate 20, a hinge groove 24 is provided at the rear of the wall plate 22, and an inwardly inclined guide surface 25 is provided at the periphery of the bottom plate 20 at a position corresponding to the hinge groove 24, and the inclination angle A of the guide surface 25 relative to the horizontal plane of the bottom plate 20 is 45-85 degrees (see Fig. 4b). The wall panels 22 located on both sides of the hinge groove 24 are provided with two opposite hinge holes 26 and two opposite coupling grooves 27. In this embodiment, the coupling grooves 27 are provided at the upper ends of the wall panels 22 on both sides of the hinge groove 24 (see FIG. 1).

The middle layer 14 is accommodated in the chamber 18 of the box bottom 12 and includes a seat plate 28 and an annular surrounding wall 30, so that the middle layer 14 defines a chamber 32 for containing makeup powder. In this embodiment, the surrounding wall 30 extends upward from the edge of the seat plate 28. A supporting arm 34 is provided at the rear of the surrounding wall 30, and a gap 35 is provided between the supporting arm 34 and the surrounding wall 30 (see FIG. 4a), so that the supporting arm 34 has elasticity. An extension arm 36 is extended downward from the surrounding wall 30 on both sides of the supporting arm 34, and a buckle portion 38 is provided at the top of each extension arm 36. When the middle layer 14 is accommodated in the chamber 18 of the box bottom 12, the bottom end 40 of the abutting arm 34 of the middle layer 14 abuts against the guide surface 25 of the box bottom 12 (see FIG. 4a), and the two buckling parts 38 of the middle layer 14 are located in the coupling groove 27 of the box bottom 12 (see FIG. 3), so that the middle layer 14 is detachably coupled to the box bottom 12. In this embodiment, the bottom end 40 of the abutting arm 34 extends a protrusion 42 outward.

The box cover 16 includes a cover plate 44 and an annular wall plate 46. In the present embodiment, the wall plate 46 extends downward from the edge of the cover plate 44. A protruding hinge portion 48 is provided at the rear of the wall plate 46, and a transverse through hole 50 is provided on the hinge portion 48. The hinge portion 48 of the box cover 16 is located in the hinge groove 24 of the box bottom 12, and the through hole 50 of the hinge portion 48 is aligned with the two hinge holes 26 of the box bottom 12, so that two pivots 52 can pass through the two hinge holes 26 of the box bottom 12 to the through hole 50 of the box cover 16, so that the box cover 16 is hinged above the box bottom 12 and can be opened or closed relative to the box bottom 12. In this embodiment, the box cover 16 is hinged to the box bottom 12 using two hinges 52. In a feasible embodiment, the box cover 16 can be hinged to the box bottom 12 using a single hinge 52 (not shown).

According to the cosmetic case 10 of the present invention, when the box cover 16 is closed on the box bottom 12, the inner surface 54 of the hinge 48 is separated from the abutment arm 34 of the middle layer 14, and the lower end 56 of the hinge 48 is located above the bottom end 40 of the abutment arm 34 in height (see FIG. 4a). When the box cover 16 is opened to make the cover plate 44 turn 180 degrees, the outer surface 58 of the hinge 48 will contact the bottom end 40 of the abutment arm 34 (see FIG. 4b). In the state of FIG. 4b, when the box cover 16 is pressed down, the abutment arm 34 will move upward relative to the box bottom 12 under the guidance of the guide surface 25, so that the buckle portion 38 of the middle layer 14 is disengaged from the coupling groove 27 of the box bottom 12, so as to achieve the effect of conveniently separating and disassembling the middle layer 14 from the box bottom 12.

FIG. 5a and FIG. 5b show a cosmetic case 10 of the second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that a guide block 60 protruding upward is provided at the periphery of the bottom plate 20 at a position corresponding to the hinge groove 24. The guide block 60 has an inwardly inclined guide surface 25. The guide surface 25 has an inclination angle A of 45-85 degrees relative to the horizontal plane of the bottom plate 20. In the state of FIG. 5b, when the box cover 16 is pressed down, the abutment arm 34 will move upward relative to the box bottom 12 under the guidance of the guide surface 25, so that the middle layer 14 can be easily removed from the box bottom 12.

FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 show a cosmetic box 10 of the third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the middle layer 14 does not have the base plate 28 of the first embodiment, and a plurality of powder pans 62 are accommodated between the middle layer 14 and the box bottom 12, and each powder pan 62 has a chamber 64 for accommodating makeup powder. Furthermore, two separated guide surfaces 25 are provided on the periphery of the bottom plate 20 at positions corresponding to the hinge grooves 24, and two separated abutment arms 34 are provided at the rear of the surrounding wall 30 of the middle layer 14. When the middle layer 14 is accommodated in the box bottom 12, the bottom end 40 of each abutment arm 34 abuts against a corresponding guide surface 25. The cosmetic box 10 of this embodiment can also achieve the effect of facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the box cover 16 and the middle layer 14.

FIG8 shows a cosmetic box 10 of the fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the box bottom 12, the middle layer 14 and the box cover 16 of the cosmetic box 10 are individually rectangular, while the box bottom 12, the middle layer 14 and the box cover 16 of the first embodiment are individually circular. In addition, in this embodiment, a plurality of chambers 66 are defined inside the middle layer 14 for containing makeup powder. Furthermore, the periphery of the bottom plate 20 is provided with two separated guide surfaces 25 at positions corresponding to the hinge grooves 24, and the rear part of the surrounding wall 30 of the middle layer 14 is provided with two separated abutment arms 34. When the middle layer 14 is contained in the box bottom 12, the bottom end 40 of each abutment arm 34 abuts against a corresponding guide surface 25.

In the above description, the present invention is only described in terms of a specific embodiment, and there are still many variations or modifications based on the features of the present invention. Therefore, obvious substitutions and modifications that can be made by those familiar with this technology will be incorporated into the scope of the patent claimed by the present invention.

Claims (9)

A cosmetic box, comprising: A box bottom, comprising a bottom plate and a wall plate extending upward from the periphery of the bottom plate, the wall plate being provided with a hinge groove, and the periphery of the bottom plate being provided with at least one inwardly inclined guide surface at a position corresponding to the hinge groove; A middle layer, which is detachably coupled to the box bottom and comprises an annular surrounding wall, the surrounding wall being provided with at least one abutting arm, the abutting arm abutting against at least one guide surface of the box bottom; and A box cover is openably covered on the box bottom and includes an annular wall plate, the wall plate is provided with a hinge portion, the hinge portion is hinged in a hinge groove of the box bottom, wherein when the box cover is covered on the box bottom, the hinge portion is separated from the abutment arm of the middle layer, wherein when the box cover is opened at an angle, the hinge portion will contact the abutment arm of the middle layer, so that when the box cover is pressed down, the abutment arm will move upward relative to the box bottom under the guidance of the guide surface. A makeup box as described in claim 1, wherein the guide surface is inclined at an angle of 45-85 degrees relative to the horizontal plane of the base plate. A makeup box as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the bottom end of the supporting arm is against the guide surface of the box bottom, and a convex portion extends outward from the bottom end of the supporting arm, wherein when the box cover is opened to the angle, the outer surface of the hinge portion will contact the convex portion at the bottom end of the supporting arm. A cosmetic box as described in claim 3, wherein when the box cover is closed on the box bottom, the lower end of the hinge is located above the bottom end of the supporting arm in height. A makeup box as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the wall panels on both sides of the hinge slot are provided with two opposite coupling slots, and an extension arm is extended downward from the surrounding walls on both sides of the supporting arm, each extension arm is provided with a buckling portion, and the two buckling portions are respectively located in the two coupling slots on the bottom of the box. A makeup box as described in claim 1, wherein there is a gap between the supporting arm and the surrounding wall of the middle layer, so that the supporting arm has elasticity. As described in claim 1, the periphery of the bottom plate is provided with two separated guide surfaces at positions corresponding to the hinge grooves, and the surrounding wall of the middle layer has two separated support arms. When the middle layer is accommodated in the bottom of the box, the bottom end of each support arm rests on a corresponding guide surface. As described in claim 1, a cosmetic box is provided with an upwardly protruding guide block at a position corresponding to the hinge groove on the periphery of the base plate, and the guide surface is provided on the guide block. A makeup box as described in claim 1, wherein the box cover further includes a cover plate, and the wall plate extends downward from the edge of the cover plate, wherein when the box cover is opened and the cover plate is flipped about 180 degrees, the hinge portion will contact the supporting arm of the middle layer.
