Abstract

一種多件式輪框,包含一輪圈,及一輪盤。該輪圈包括一筒體部、一連接於該筒體部外周緣的內凸緣部,及一由該筒體部與該內凸緣部之連接處向外凸伸的外輪緣部。該內凸緣部形成一法線方向平行該筒體部之中心軸線的平檯面。該外輪緣部形成一連接該平檯面外緣的斜整面,及一連接該斜整面外的環立面。該輪盤包括一盤芯部、複數輪輻部,及一連接該等輪輻部且固定於該外輪緣部上的強化環部,該強化環部貼抵該斜整面與該環立面至少其中之一,此一設計可使本發明整體具有較佳的強度,從而具備較高的耐衝擊性。

Description

多件式輪框
本發明是有關於一種輪框,特別是指一種異材質結合的多件式輪框。
參閱圖1,一般的多件式輪框包含一用於設置輪胎的輪圈11,及一鎖固於該輪圈11上且用於連接輪軸的輪盤12。該輪圈11包括一呈直筒狀的筒體部111、一連接於該筒體部111外周緣的外輪緣部112,及一由該筒體部111與該外輪緣部112的連接處向內凸伸的內凸緣部113。該內凸緣部113形成一與該筒體部111之中心軸線垂直且朝向外側延伸的平檯面114。該輪盤12的外周緣貼抵該平檯面114,且透過螺栓14將該輪盤12鎖固於該內凸緣部113上,但此種設計對於外輪緣部112的內側面並未有任何補強結構而有整體結構強度不足之情形,故尚有改善之空間。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種強度較佳的多件式輪框。
於是,本發明多件式輪框,包含一輪圈,及一固定於該輪圈上的輪盤。該輪圈包括一筒體部、一連接於該筒體部外周緣且沿徑向朝內凸伸的內凸緣部,及一由該筒體部與該內凸緣部之連接處向外凸伸的外輪緣部。該內凸緣部形成一法線方向平行該筒體部之中心軸線的平檯面。該外輪緣部形成一連接該平檯面外緣且與該平檯面夾設出鈍角的斜整面,及一連接該斜整面外緣且與該斜整面夾設出鈍角的環立面。
該輪盤包括一盤芯部、複數由該盤芯部沿徑向朝外延伸且彼此環狀間隔排列的輪輻部,及一連接該等輪輻部且固定於該外輪緣部上的強化環部,該強化環部貼抵該斜整面與該環立面至少其中之一。
本發明之功效在於:透過該強化環部貼抵該斜整面及該環立面至少其中之一的設計,可使本發明整體具有較佳的強度,從而具備較高的耐衝擊性。
參閱圖2及圖3,本發明多件式輪框之一實施例,包含一輪圈2,及一透過鎖設或其它方式固定於該輪圈2上的輪盤3。該輪圈2以碳纖維材料製成,並包括一概呈直筒狀的筒體部21、一連接於該筒體部21外周緣且沿徑向朝內凸伸的內凸緣部22,及一由該筒體部21與該內凸緣部22之連接處向外凸伸的外輪緣部23。該內凸緣部22形成一法線方向平行該筒體部21之中心軸線的平檯面221,該平檯面221是面向該多件式輪框的外側(即安裝於車輛後遠離車輛的一側)。該外輪緣部23形成一連接該平檯面221外緣且與該平檯面221夾設出鈍角的斜整面231,及一連接該斜整面231外緣且與該斜整面231夾設出鈍角的環立面232。該環立面232之法線方向垂直該平檯面221之法線方向。
該輪盤3包括一盤芯部31、複數由該盤芯部31沿徑向朝外延伸且彼此環狀間隔排列的輪輻部32,及一連接該等輪輻部32且固定於該外輪緣部23上的強化環部33。該輪盤3可以是以鋁合金或其它金屬材質透過鍛造或鑄造等方式一體成型或組裝而成,另外也可以是該盤芯部31及該輪輻部32以鋁合金一體成型或組裝而成,而該強化環部33以不同的異材質(例如其它金屬材質或複合材料)製成,並透過焊接、黏接、嵌設、包覆或其它方式與該輪輻部32相連接。該強化環部33具有一與該斜整面231呈面接觸的斜環面331,及一連接該斜環面331的外緣並與該環立面232呈面接觸的環周面332。
接著針對本實施例與習知輪框結構進行衝擊測試,在Road Traffic No. 287, Section 30 StVZO標準的衝擊測試下,本實施例能通過測試,而習知輪框結構則無法通過,另外下方表一,是本發明進行TUV規範標準的徑向衝擊測試之結果,其主要是模擬車輛行駛經過坑洞或障礙物的輪圈狀態,故需於輪圈裝胎後架設在衝擊測試設備上,以進行氣嘴孔方向的徑向衝擊測試,本實施例中設定的輪圈負載重量為650kg,由表一的結果可發現本發明在衝擊後的60秒內壓降不為0,達到判定標準而通過測試。

參閱圖4至圖7,該強化環部33也可以如圖4及圖5所示地僅具有與該斜整面231呈面接觸的該斜環面331,或如圖6及圖7所示地僅具有與該環立面232呈面接觸的該環周面332,從而增加設計上的彈性及泛用性。
綜上所述,透過該強化環部33貼抵該斜整面231及該環立面232至少其中之一的設計,將受衝擊的部份轉為碳纖維-鋁的複合結構,因此能增強該處可承受衝擊的能力,並提升整體強度及耐用度,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種多件式輪框,包含: 一輪圈,包括一筒體部、一連接於該筒體部外周緣且沿徑向朝內凸伸的內凸緣部,及一由該筒體部與該內凸緣部之連接處向外凸伸的外輪緣部,該內凸緣部形成一法線方向平行該筒體部之中心軸線的平檯面,該外輪緣部形成一連接該平檯面外緣且與該平檯面夾設出鈍角的斜整面,及一連接該斜整面外緣且與該斜整面夾設出鈍角的環立面;及 一輪盤,固定於該輪圈上,該輪盤包括一盤芯部、複數由該盤芯部沿徑向朝外延伸且彼此環狀間隔排列的輪輻部,及一連接該等輪輻部且固定於該外輪緣部上的強化環部,該強化環部貼抵該斜整面與該環立面至少其中之一。
  2. 如請求項1所述的多件式輪框,其中,該輪圈之環立面的法線方向垂直該平檯面之法線方向。
  3. 如請求項1所述的多件式輪框,其中,該輪盤之強化環部貼抵該斜整面,並具有一與該斜整面呈面接觸的斜環面。
  4. 如請求項1所述的多件式輪框,其中,該輪盤之強化環部貼抵該環立面,並具有一與該環立面呈面接觸的環周面。
  5. 如請求項1所述的多件式輪框,其中,該輪盤之強化環部貼抵該斜整面與該環立面,並具有一與該斜整面呈面接觸的斜環面,及一連接該斜環面的外緣並與該環立面呈面接觸的環周面。
  6. 如請求項1所述的多件式輪框,其中,該輪圈以碳纖維材料製成,該輪盤以金屬材質製成。
  7. 如請求項1所述的多件式輪框,其中,該輪盤之該盤芯部及該等輪輻部以金屬材質製成,該強化環部以不同於該盤芯部及該輪輻部的異材質製成。
