Step S21 is to establish a database based on the first parameter. In some embodiments, the first parameter may include relevant normative information such as laws, regulatory orders, administrative rules, and practical explanations. The first parameter can be established by the server device 10 in FIG. 1 . For example, the server device 10 may be configured to connect to relevant websites (such as the National Law Database, the Judicial Yuan website, the Ministry of Labor website, Executive Yuan Environmental Protection Agency and other agency websites) to retrieve relevant information (such as laws and regulations) on the website, and store such relevant information in the storage module 102 through the processing module 101. In some embodiments, relevant information can be input through the input module 103 of the server device 10 . In some embodiments, the relevant information is stored in the storage module 102 or a cloud storage device. In some embodiments, the relevant information can be transmitted to the peripheral devices 11 , 12 and stored in the storage modules 112 , 122 of the peripheral devices 11 , 12 .

Step S22 is to generate inspection criteria according to the first parameter. In some embodiments, inspection items and standards to be met can be generated according to relevant laws and regulations. For example, according to the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law, water pollution prevention and control measures, and testing and reporting management regulations, the wastewater discharged from the factory should be tested and related standards (such as the concentration of chemical oxygen demand (COD) should be lower than 100ppm) ). For example, in accordance with the Air Pollution Control Law, the regulations on the establishment and operation of stationary pollution sources and the management of fuel use permits, etc., the waste gas emitted by the factory should be tested, and the relevant standards (such as nitrogen oxides (NOx) Concentration should be less than 100ppm). For example, according to the provisions of the Labor Standards Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, there are items that employees and employers should meet (such as the management of the weekly working hours of workers and the hours of labor education and training for specific operations, etc.). In some embodiments, the inspection standard can be presented in the form of text, table, graph, sound and so on.

In some embodiments, the inspection standard can be generated by the processing module 101 of the server device 10 in FIG. 1 . For example, the processing module 101 can extract keywords contained in laws and regulations (such as working hours, waste water concentration, waste gas concentration, etc.) stipulated in laws and regulations, and automatically generate inspection standards. In some embodiments, the inspection standard can be input through the input module 103 of the server device 10 . In some embodiments, the inspection criteria are stored in the storage module 102 or cloud storage device. In some embodiments, these inspection standards are transmitted to peripheral devices 11, 12 and stored In the storage modules 112 , 122 of the peripheral devices 11 , 12 .

Step S23 is to update the database based on the second parameter. In some embodiments, the second parameter is an update of the first parameter (such as modification, deletion, addition of content, etc.). For example, if relevant normative information such as laws, regulatory orders, administrative rules, and practical explanations changes (such as law amendments), the database established in step S21 can be updated by the server device 10 shown in FIG. 1 . In some embodiments, the server device 10 can be configured to connect to relevant websites (such as the national law database, the website of the Judiciary, the website of the Ministry of Labor, the website of the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan, etc.) to retrieve the information on the website. Update information. In some embodiments, the update information can be input through the input module 103 of the server device 10 . In some embodiments, the update information is stored in the storage module 102 or a cloud storage device. In some embodiments, the update information is sent to the peripheral devices 11 , 12 and stored in the storage modules 112 , 122 of the peripheral devices 11 , 12 . In some embodiments, the server device 10 may also send a reminder message to the peripheral devices 11 and 12 to inform them that the information contained in the original database has been updated.

Step S24 is to update the inspection standard according to the second parameter. In some embodiments, the inspection items that can meet the new norms and the standards that should be met can be updated according to the amendment content. In some embodiments, the updated inspection standard can be generated by the processing module 101 of the server device 10 in FIG. 1 . For example, the processing module 101 can compare the regulations before and after the amendment, extract the differences, and automatically generate updated inspection standards according to the differences. In some embodiments, the inspection standard can be updated through the input module 103 of the server device 10 . In some embodiments, the updated inspection criteria are stored in the storage module 102 or a cloud storage device. In some embodiments, the updated inspection standards are transmitted to the peripheral devices 11 , 12 and stored in the storage modules 112 , 122 of the peripheral devices 11 , 12 . In some embodiments, the server device 10 can also send a reminder message to the peripheral devices 11, 12, informing them of the information contained in the original database. news has been updated.

At present, if factories (or laboratories, companies, department stores, restaurants, etc.) want to inquire about the relevant laws and regulations that they should abide by, they must ask professionals (such as in-factory legal counsel or external lawyers) to do so, which is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also impossible to obtain in real time. Learn about updates to regulations. Therefore, it is usually only when the auditing unit comes to the factory for an audit that it is discovered that some items cannot comply with the relevant regulations, causing the factory to face legal liabilities for violations. Therefore, it involves paying an administrative penalty, and even faces the risk of suspension of work, suspension of business, and criminal liability. According to the steps shown in Figure 2 of this disclosure, the factory can immediately know the regulations and inspection standards that need to be complied with, which can greatly improve management efficiency and avoid risks caused by violations.

FIG. 3 is a flow chart showing the operation of the management system according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the steps disclosed in FIG. 3 can be executed by the management system 1 as in FIG. 1 or other suitable management systems. In some embodiments, the steps shown in FIG. 3 can be performed by factory personnel, external personnel (such as auditors) or jointly.

Step S31 is to provide the items to be tested. In some embodiments, the item to be detected can be generated by step S22 or S24 as shown in FIG. 2 . In some embodiments, the items to be detected can also be generated in other ways. In some embodiments, the items to be detected can be generated by the processing modules 111 , 121 of the peripheral devices 11 , 12 . In some embodiments, the items to be detected can be stored in the storage modules 112 , 122 of the peripheral devices 11 , 12 . In some embodiments, the items to be detected can be generated by the processing module 101 of the server device 10 and sent to the peripheral devices 11 and 12 . The items to be detected can be displayed (such as through a display module) or output (such as through a printer) by the peripheral devices 11 and 12 .

Step S32 is to test the items to be tested. In some embodiments, the user can detect the item to be detected through the capture module 113 of the peripheral device 11 . For example, the acquisition module 113 can measure the concentration of specific substances in waste water or waste gas, and the decibel value of the sound of machine operation wait. In some embodiments, users can also use other instruments or other methods to detect the items to be detected. For example, users can view the working hours of employees.

Step S33 is to record the detection result. In some embodiments, the peripheral device 11 can automatically store the detection result in step S32 in the storage module 112 , and can also transmit the detection result to the server device 10 through the network 13 . In some embodiments, the user can also input the detection result into the peripheral device 11 through the input module 114 .

Step S34 is to evaluate whether the test result complies with relevant regulations. In some embodiments, the peripheral device 11 can automatically compare the test result with the standard value (such as the test standard generated by step S22 or S24 in FIG. 2 ), and if it meets the relevant regulations, it will display that the test item is completed (step S35); Otherwise, a warning is generated for items that fail the test, and new items to be tested are generated (step S36). In addition, the new items to be tested can be tested again through steps S32-S34 until all the tested items meet the relevant regulations. In some embodiments, the warning generated in step S36 can be displayed on the management system 1 and/or sent to the relevant responsible personnel. In some embodiments, if the test result does not meet the relevant regulations, the server device 10 or the peripheral device 11 can be configured to generate a remedial method for the detected content that does not meet the relevant regulations, so that the user can re-test according to the remedial method, so that The test results meet the relevant regulations.

At present, if personnel in factories (or laboratories, companies, department stores, restaurants, etc.) want to test whether their behavior complies with relevant laws and regulations, they often do not know which items to test; if they ask professionals (such as external lawyers or technical personnel) to do it, It is time-consuming and laborious, and the results cannot be obtained immediately. Therefore, it is usually only when the audit unit arrives at the factory for an audit that some items fail to comply with the relevant regulations, causing the factory to pay an administrative penalty, and even face the risk of suspension of work, suspension of business, and criminal liability. According to the steps shown in Figure 3 of this disclosure, the system can automatically generate the items to be tested and generate remedial methods for the detected content that does not meet the relevant regulations, so that factory employees can check regularly and immediately In this way, the efficiency of management can be greatly improved, and risks caused by illegal activities can also be avoided.

FIG. 4 is a flow chart showing the operation of the management system according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the steps disclosed in FIG. 4 can be executed by the management system 1 as in FIG. 1 or other suitable management systems.

Step S41 is to input certificate data. For example, input the certificates of the factory, technicians or personnel outside the factory (suppliers, maintenance personnel, etc.) into the system. In some embodiments, the server device 10 or the peripheral devices 11 , 12 can be connected to relevant certificate issuing websites, and the data can be automatically retrieved and stored in the storage modules 102 , 112 , 122 . In some embodiments, the license information can be input by the user through the input modules 103 , 114 , 123 .

Step S42 is to detect whether the license information complies with relevant regulations. For example, check whether the factory or the type of licenses possessed by employees can perform the current business. For example, detecting whether a license has expired or is about to expire. If the license information complies with relevant laws and regulations, it will be shown that the license is valid (step S43); otherwise, a warning will be generated for the license that does not meet the requirements (step S44), and the relevant responsible personnel will be notified. In some embodiments, the server device 10 or the peripheral device 11 can automatically compare the items and period of time contained in the certificate with the regulations contained in current laws and regulations, so as to determine whether the certificate is valid.

In step S45, if the license information does not comply with relevant laws and regulations, in addition to generating warnings, a remedy is also generated based on relevant regulations. For example, the conditions required for renewal of licenses (such as payment, hours of education and training, etc.) are generated according to legal regulations. After executing relevant remedial measures, re-execute step S42 until all licenses comply with relevant regulations.

At present, most of the licenses of factories (or laboratories, companies, department stores, restaurants, etc.) are managed manually. In addition to the risk of omissions, licenses may also become invalid due to expiration or changes in regulations. According to the steps shown in Figure 4 of this disclosure, the system can automatically manage certificates and provide certificates According to the remedial method after invalidation, the efficiency of management can be greatly improved in this way, and the risk caused by illegality can also be avoided.

FIG. 5 is a flow chart showing the operation of the management system according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the steps disclosed in FIG. 5 can be executed by the management system 1 as in FIG. 1 or other suitable management systems.

Step S51 is to detect risk events. In some embodiments, risk events may include fire, power outage, mechanical failure, gas leakage, data anomaly, personal injury, etc. These risk events can be detected by peripheral devices 11, 12 or other devices.

When a risk event is detected, the peripheral devices 11 and 12 are configured to generate a warning signal and notify relevant personnel (step S52 ), and provide an elimination step for the risk type (step S53 ). In some embodiments, the warning signal can be transmitted by means of lights, sounds, and messages.

Peripheral devices 11, 12 then detect whether the risk has been eliminated (step S54), if eliminated, then turn off the warning signal and notify the relevant personnel (step S55); otherwise, continue to send the warning signal and notify the relevant personnel (step S56), and Repeat step S54 until it is confirmed that the risk has been eliminated.

At present, although factories (or laboratories, companies, department stores, banks, restaurants, etc.) have established standard operating procedures for different risks, most employees are not necessarily familiar with these standard operating procedures. When a risk or accident occurs, it is often impossible to find it immediately The corresponding treatment method will cause greater losses or casualties to the factory. According to the steps shown in Figure 5 of this disclosure, when the system detects a risk or accident, it will immediately automatically generate a corresponding standard operating procedure according to the type of risk or accident, and notify relevant personnel. Therefore, any employee can follow the standard operating procedure to eliminate the risk or accident, so that the injury caused by the risk or accident can be minimized.

FIG. 6 is a flow chart showing the operation of the management system according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the steps disclosed in FIG. 6 can be executed by the management system 1 as in FIG. 1 or other suitable management systems.

Step S61 is to establish external personnel data. For example, enter the information of suppliers, maintenance personnel and other personnel outside the factory into the system. In some embodiments, the server device 10 or the peripheral devices 11 , 12 can be connected to the system of the relevant supplier or maintenance company, and the data can be automatically retrieved and stored in the storage modules 102 , 112 , 122 . In some embodiments, the user can input through the input modules 103 , 114 , 123 .

When external personnel want to enter the factory, the peripheral devices 11 and 12 are configured to generate a standard entry process according to the attributes of the external personnel (step S62). For example, according to the entry work items of external personnel, generate relevant entry authority and steps to be executed. In some embodiments, the generated entrance standard process can be displayed (such as through a display module) or output (such as through a printer) by a peripheral device.

Step S63 is to record all the actions of the external personnel, and check whether the external personnel follow the standard procedure. In some embodiments, the behavior of external personnel can be recorded by image capture devices (such as cameras, video cameras) and sensing devices, and the processing modules 111 and 121 of peripheral devices 11 and 12 can be used to determine whether they meet the entry standard procedures (such as path traveled, steps performed, etc.). In some embodiments, the behavior of external personnel can be recorded by the personnel in the factory, and the processing modules 111 and 121 of the peripheral devices 11 and 12 can be used to determine whether the admission standard process is met.

If it is determined that the external personnel follow the standard procedure, then store the relevant records (step S62). For example, the recorded data is stored in the storage modules 112 , 122 of the peripheral devices 11 , 12 . If it is determined that the external personnel have not complied with the standard procedure, a warning signal is generated and relevant personnel are notified (step S65), and step S63 is repeated until it is confirmed that the external personnel have complied with the standard procedure.

At present, factories (or laboratories, companies, department stores, banks, restaurants, etc.) usually manage the entry of external personnel manually, which is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also difficult to record and file. According to the steps shown in Figure 6 of this disclosure, the system can automatically generate admission standard procedures for external personnel with different purposes, and track and record them by itself, which can greatly improve management efficiency and reduce labor costs.

In some embodiments, the methods or steps shown in FIGS. 2-6 can be executed by a joint resource sharing program with a plurality of program instructions (code). The joint resource sharing program is a computer program product that can be stored in a non-transitory computer readable storage medium. When these program instructions are loaded into an electronic device (the server device 10, peripheral devices 11, 12, etc. shown in FIG. 1), the computer program executes the methods or steps shown in FIGS. 2-6.

In some embodiments, if a factory (or laboratories, companies, department stores, banks, restaurants, etc. that require environmental safety management) has multiple sites (or branches, branches, branches, etc.), each site can be Have one or more peripheral devices 11, 12 to carry out the steps shown in Figure 2-6, and can integrate the data of each plant site, and the integrated data can be sent to all plant sites, designated plant sites (such as corporate headquarters) and/or server device 10 . Through the integrated data, you can view the individual information of all plant sites (such as items that do not comply with regulations in each plant site), and you can also view the aggregated information of all plant sites (such as the number of invalid licenses for all plant sites).

In some embodiments, if a factory (or laboratory, company, department store, company, restaurant, etc. any site that requires environmental safety management) has multiple sites (or branches, branches, branches, etc.), one of them can The factory site uses the peripheral devices 11 and 12 as its internal servers, and connects to the server device 10 through the network 13 to transmit data, while other factory sites use electronic devices similar to the peripheral devices 11 and 12 (such as computers, tablet computers, mobile phones, etc.) Intranet The road is connected with the internal server to transmit data. The information of other sites is integrated through the internal server and sent to all sites, designated sites (such as corporate headquarters) and/or server devices 10 . Through the integrated data, you can view the individual information of all plant sites (such as items that do not comply with regulations at each plant site), and you can also view the aggregated information of all plant sites (such as the number of invalid licenses for all plant sites). Because the information of other factory sites is transmitted from the internal network to the internal server, and will not be directly transmitted to the server device 10 through the network 13, it has higher security.
