Abstract

一種兩件式輪框,包含一主體單元、複數呈環狀排列地設置於該主體單元上的鎖附單元,及複數分別對應該等鎖附單元設置的補強單元。該主體單元包括一輪輻,及一圍繞該輪輻的輪圈。每一鎖附單元包括一穿設該輪輻及該輪圈的鎖附螺絲,及一位於該輪圈外側且被該鎖附螺絲穿設的墊片。每一補強單元包括一貼設於相對應鎖附螺絲外側的外膠層,及一貼設於該輪圈上且夾設於該輪圈及相對應墊片之間的內膠層。透過該等外膠層及該等內膠層可對於該等鎖附螺絲的鎖合處產生氣密及防水之效果,並達到防止電位腐蝕及在煞車時協助散熱之功效。

Description

兩件式輪框
本發明是有關於一種輪框,特別是指一種結構補強後的兩件式輪框。
車輪的歷史源遠流長,且一直在運輸及交通上佔有重要的一席之地,也是目前最普及的交通工具:汽車的重要零件。傳統的車輪由連接輪軸的輪框及套設於輪框上的輪胎所構成,作為支承輪胎及接合輪軸的骨架,輪框對於防水、氣密及承受衝擊等性能都有其要求,但現時輪框的結構在前述性能上都還有可加強之處;此外,目前的輪框尚有散熱不佳及容易產生電位腐蝕之問題。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種能改善前述問題的兩件式輪框。
於是,本發明兩件式輪框,包含一主體單元、複數呈環狀排列地設置於該主體單元上的鎖附單元,及複數分別對應該等鎖附單元設置的補強單元。該主體單元包括一輪輻,及一圍繞該輪輻的 輪圈。
每一鎖附單元包括一穿設該輪輻與該輪圈的鎖附螺絲,及一位於該輪圈外側且被該鎖附螺絲穿設的墊片。每一補強單元包括一貼設於相對應鎖附螺絲外側的外膠層,及一貼設於該輪圈上且夾設於該輪圈與相對應墊片之間的內膠層。
本發明之功效在於:透過該等外膠層及該等內膠層可對於該等鎖附螺絲的鎖合處產生氣密及防水之效果,同時也強化了整體的吸震能力,並能達到防止電位腐蝕之效果,此外,貼設於該等鎖附螺絲外側的外膠層還能將煞車時的熱均勻地傳導至外界。

本發明之其它的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是一立體圖,說明本發明兩件式輪框之一實施例;及圖2是一剖視圖,說明該實施例各元件間的連接關係。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明兩件式輪框之一實施例,包含一主體單元1、複數呈環狀排列地設置於該主體單元1上的鎖附單元2,及複數分別對應該等鎖附單元2設置的補強單元3。該主體單元1包括一輪輻11、一圍繞該輪輻11的輪圈12,及一位於該輪輻11內側 的異材質環13。該輪輻11具有複數彼此呈環狀排列的通孔111,每一通孔111沿自身徑向延伸且由內而外逐漸向上傾斜。該輪圈12具有複數彼此呈環狀排列且分別連通該等通孔111的穿孔121,與該等通孔111相同,每一穿孔121也是沿自身徑向延伸且由內而外逐漸向上傾斜,這種開孔方式讓該輪輻11在設計上能獲得較大的彈性及自由度。該異材質環13位於該等通孔111的內側。在本實施例中,該輪輻11可為鋁合金或碳纖維複合材料,該輪圈12為碳纖維複合材料,而該異材質環13則以與該輪輻11不同的材質製成,例如能以矽膠、鐵氟龍,或複合材料纖維製成,該異材質環13能達到提升整體結構強度之功效。
每一鎖附單元2包括一穿過其中一通孔111及相對應穿孔121的鎖附螺絲21(圖1中未顯示)、一位於該輪圈12外側且被該鎖附螺絲21穿設的墊片22、一位於該穿孔121內且被該鎖附螺絲21穿設的墊圈23、一位於該穿孔121內且被該鎖附螺絲21穿設的矽膠圈24,及一鎖設於該鎖附螺絲21上且位於該輪輻11內側的螺帽25。該鎖附螺絲21貫穿該輪輻11、該輪圈12,及該異材質環13,本實施例將該鎖附螺絲21鎖設在該輪圈12的一凸緣122之下方,但實際應用上並不以此為限。該穿孔121中具有一孔徑較大的區段,其用於置放該墊圈23及該矽膠圈24,該墊圈23及該矽膠圈24相互疊合,兩者緊套該鎖附螺絲21以保持該穿孔121之密封性。該螺帽25鎖設 於該鎖附螺絲21的末端且緊抵該異材質環13。
每一補強單元3包括一貼設於該輪圈12外表面且位於相對應鎖附螺絲21之螺頭部分外側的外膠層31、一貼設於該輪圈12上且夾設於該輪圈12及相對應墊片22之間的內膠層32、一夾設於該鎖附螺絲21及該墊片22之間的矽膠套33、一夾設於該輪輻11及該輪圈12之間的密封圈34,及一塗佈於相對應通孔111內且黏合該鎖附螺絲21的螺絲膠35。該外膠層31、該內膠層32、該矽膠套33,及該密封圈34都被該鎖附螺絲21穿設,且藉由這些元件能強化該通孔111及該穿孔121的密封性。該外膠層31遮覆該鎖附螺絲21及該墊片22,從而避免該鎖附螺絲21及該墊片22顯露於外,在本實施例中,該外膠層31及該內膠層32的材質為丁基膠,除了可達到水密及氣密之功效外,還可以防止電位腐蝕,而該外膠層31還能更進一步地將該輪圈12在煞車時於內側所產生的熱均勻地傳導至外側,達到散熱之功效。需要特別說明的是,該外膠層31也可以與其它外膠層31相互連接而呈圈環狀,該密封圈34也可視需求改為一補強膠層(圖未示)。
綜上所述,透過該外膠層31、該內膠層32、該矽膠套33、該密封圈34,及該螺絲膠35可大幅強化本發明的水密性及氣密性,該外膠層31、該內膠層32,及該螺絲膠35可額外產生防止電位腐蝕之功效,此外,該外膠層31還能將煞車時於該輪圈12內側產生的熱 均勻地傳導至外側,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種兩件式輪框,包含:一主體單元,包括一輪輻,及一圍繞該輪輻的輪圈;複數鎖附單元,呈環狀排列地設置於該主體單元上,每一鎖附單元包括一穿設該輪輻與該輪圈的鎖附螺絲,及一位於該輪圈外側且被該鎖附螺絲穿設的墊片;及複數補強單元,分別對應該等鎖附單元設置,每一補強單元包括一貼設於相對應鎖附螺絲外側的外膠層,及一貼設於該輪圈上且夾設於該輪圈與相對應墊片之間的內膠層。
  2. 如請求項1所述的兩件式輪框,其中,該外膠層及該內膠層為丁基膠。
  3. 如請求項1所述的兩件式輪框,其中,每一鎖附單元還包括一鎖設於該鎖附螺絲上且位於該輪輻內側的螺帽。
  4. 如請求項3所述的兩件式輪框,其中,該主體單元還包括一位於該輪輻內側且被該鎖附螺絲穿設的異材質環,該異材質環位於該輪輻及該等螺帽之間。
  5. 如請求項1所述的兩件式輪框,其中,每一補強單元之該外膠層貼設於該輪圈上且遮覆相對應鎖附螺絲及相對應墊片,從而避免該鎖附螺絲及該墊片顯露於外。
  6. 如請求項1所述的兩件式輪框,其中,該主體單元之輪圈具有複數彼此呈環狀排列且分別被該等鎖附單元之鎖附螺絲穿設的穿孔,每一鎖附單元還包括一位於相對應穿孔內且被該鎖附螺絲穿設的墊圈,及一位於該穿孔內且被該 鎖附螺絲穿設的矽膠圈。
  7. 如請求項1所述的兩件式輪框,其中,該主體單元之輪輻具有複數彼此呈環狀排列且分別被該等鎖附單元之鎖附螺絲穿設的通孔,每一補強單元還包括一塗佈於相對應通孔內且黏合該鎖附螺絲的螺絲膠。
  8. 如請求項1所述的兩件式輪框,其中,每一補強單元還包括一被相對應鎖附單元之鎖附螺絲穿設,且位於該鎖附螺絲與該墊片之間的矽膠套。
  9. 如請求項1所述的兩件式輪框,其中,每一補強單元還包括一位於該輪輻與該輪圈之間,且被相對應鎖附單元之鎖附螺絲穿設的密封圈。
  10. 如請求項1所述的兩件式輪框,其中,每一補強單元還包括一位於該輪輻與該輪圈之間,且被相對應鎖附單元之鎖附螺絲穿設的補強膠層。
