Abstract
本發明課題在於:獲得接合強度優異之異種含鹵橡膠(聚合體)的積層體;而,本發明的積層體係由下述層(1)與下述層(2)直接接合而成。
層(1):係由含有:鹵系橡膠(A)[其中,氟系橡膠除外]:100質量份、以及含有從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇至少1種元素、與氧的無機化合物(B):1~30質量份之組成物構成的層。
層(2):由含鹵聚合體(C)[其中,層(1)的鹵系橡膠除外]構成的層。
Description
本發明係關於由接著性優異的異種含鹵橡膠接合而成的積層體及其製造方法。
氟系橡膠係耐熱性、耐油性、耐藥性、及耐候性等均優異,有效使用於工業用材料、其他領域。但是,因為氟系橡膠係屬於高價位,若廣泛使用於該等領域則經濟效益無法忽視,現況為雖具卓越性能卻無法期待大幅增加使用量。
另一方面,例如丙烯酸酯的單聚物、或屬於丙烯酸酯與2-氯乙基乙烯醚之共聚合體的丙烯酸橡膠(ACM)、氯醚橡膠(ECO)等含鹵橡膠,因為耐油性、耐熱性、及耐候性等優異,因而以汽車用為中心廣泛使用於各種密封材、襯墊、迫緊(packing)、貨油軟管、送風軟管等耐熱‧耐油軟管等等機能零件。
近年來,在汽車的性能提升與燃油效率提升目的下,引擎室內的溫度已益形高溫化,要求較習知耐熱‧耐油軟管更加提升耐熱性能的材料。
針對該耐熱‧耐油軟管等工業用軟管,要求例如:強度、柔軟性、耐熱性、耐彎曲性、耐溶劑性等各種物性,因而頗難利用僅1種橡膠便可滿足所有的要求特性。所以,嘗試將具不同性質的橡膠(例如上述氟系橡膠、與含鹵橡膠)積層使用。
然而,因為氟系橡膠與含鹵橡膠的接著性差,因而有提案例如:在丙烯酸系彈性體中,摻合過氧化物、溴化四級銨鹽、環氧化脂肪酸酯等的方法(專利文獻1);在氟系橡膠中摻合二氧化矽系填充劑及有機過氧化物,或者在丙烯酸橡膠中摻合二氧化矽系填充劑、有機過氧化物及矽烷偶合劑的方法(專利文獻2);在氟系橡膠或含鹵橡膠任一者中摻合金屬氧化物的方法(專利文獻3)等;各種方法。
然而,不管採用何種方法,若使用於耐熱‧耐油軟管時,就氟系橡膠與含鹵橡膠間之接著強度尚不充分。

本發明目的在於:獲得接合強度優異之異種含鹵橡膠(聚合體)的積層體。
本發明的積層體,係由下述層(1)與下述層(2)直接接合而成。
層(1):係由含有:鹵系橡膠(A)[其中,氟系橡膠除外]:100質量份、以及含有從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇至少1種元素、與氧的無機化合物(B):1~30質量份之組成物構成的層。
層(2):由含鹵聚合體(C)[其中,層(1)的鹵系橡膠除外]構成的層。
習知即便將含有氯醚橡膠(ECO)與丙烯酸橡膠(ACM)等鹵系橡膠(A)的層、與含有氟系橡膠等含鹵聚合體(C)的層予以直接接合,仍無法獲得具牢固接著強度(剝離強度)的積層體,但本發明的積層體,因為將含有氯醚橡膠(ECO)與丙烯酸橡膠(ACM)等鹵系橡膠(A)的層、與含有氟系橡膠等含鹵聚合體(C)的層予以牢固接合,而適用於耐熱‧耐油軟管等用途。
構成本發明積層體的層(1)係由:鹵系橡膠(A)與相對於鹵系橡膠(A):100質量份,含有:含從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇至少1種元素、與氧的無機化合物(B)[以下亦簡稱「無機化合物(B)」]1~30質量份之組成物構成的層。
形成本發明積層體之層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A),係分子中含有鹵原子的橡膠[其中,氟系橡膠除外],較佳係具有源自含鹵單體之構成單元的橡膠。
鹵原子係可例如:氯原子、溴原子、碘原子等,鹵系橡膠較佳係含氯原子的橡膠。
本發明的鹵系橡膠(A)具體係可舉例如:氯醚橡膠(ECO)、丙烯酸橡膠(ACM)、氯化聚乙烯、氯丁二烯橡膠(CR)、氯化丁基橡膠(CIIR)、溴化丁基橡膠(BIIR)等。
該等鹵系橡膠(A)之中,因為氯醚橡膠(ECO)與丙烯酸橡膠(ACM)能獲得耐熱‧耐油性優異的積層體,故較佳。
在形成本發明積層體之層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A)中,所摻合的無機化合物(B)係含有:從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇至少1種元素、與氧的無機化合物。
本發明的無機化合物(B)係在含有:從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇至少1種元素、與氧的無機化合物前提下,其餘並無特別的限制,係可例如含有從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇至少1種元素的氧化物、氫氧化物、碳酸鹽、水滑石(hydrotalcite)類化合物。
從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇至少1種的元素,係可舉例如從Mg、Ca、Ba、及Al中選擇至少1種的元素。
本發明的無機化合物(B)亦可使用市售物,例如:「KYOWAMAG 150」(協和化學工業股份有限公司製、氧化鎂)、「DHT-4A」(協和化學工業股份有限公司製、水滑石類化合物:Mg4.3Al2(OH)12.6CO3‧mH2O)。
本發明的無機化合物(B)係相對於上述鹵系橡膠 (A):100質量份,依1~30質量份、較佳2~30質量份、更佳5~30質量份的範圍含有。
形成層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A),藉由依上述範圍含有無機化合物(B),便可獲得與層(2)間之接著強度(剝離強度)優異的積層體。
再者,形成層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A)亦可更進一步含有無機化合物(B)10~30質量份、更佳係15~30質量份範圍。若無機化合物(B)含有10質量份以上,則就熱安定性而言屬較佳,又若含有15質量份以上,則就熱安定性與加工性而言屬較佳。
形成本發明層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A)中,除上述無機化合物(B)之外,尚可添加通常摻合於橡膠中的各種添加劑。
其他添加劑係可例示如以下添加劑。
更具體係可舉例如:有機過氧化物、碳黑、抗老化劑、軟化劑、金屬氧化物、交聯助劑、鎓鹽等。
本發明有機過氧化物的具體例係可舉例如:過氧化二異丙苯、過氧化二第三丁基、2,5-二(過氧化第三丁基)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(過氧化第三丁基)己烷、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(過氧化第三丁基)己炔-3、1,3-雙(過氧化第三丁基異丙基)苯、1,1-雙(過氧化第三丁基)-3,3,5-三甲基環己烷、4,4-雙(過氧化第三丁基)戊酸正丁酯、過氧化苯甲醯、對對氯過氧化苯甲醯、過氧化-2,4-二氯化苯甲醯、過 氧化苯甲酸第三丁酯、碳酸過氧化第三丁基異丙酯、過氧化二乙醯基、過氧化月桂醯基、過氧化第三丁基異丙苯等。
本發明的有機過氧化物係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。
將本發明的有機過氧化物摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)時,通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,較佳係使用0.1~5質量份、更佳係0.5~5質量份、特佳係0.5~4質量份範圍。若有機過氧化物的摻合量在上述範圍內,則朝積層體表面的暈開(bloom)少、層(1)呈優異交聯特性,故較佳。
本發明的碳黑具體係可舉例如:SRF、GPF、FEF、MAF、HAF、ISAF、SAF、FT、MT等各種碳黑;該等碳黑經利用矽烷偶合劑等施行表面處理過的表面處理碳黑等。
將本發明的碳黑摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)時,碳黑的摻合量通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,可設為10~300質量份、較佳10~200質量份、更佳10~100質量份程度。
若依上述範圍內含有碳黑,則可獲得拉伸強度與耐磨損性等機械性質獲提升的積層體,不會損及積層體的其他物性、且能提高硬度,故較佳。
形成本發明層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A),若含有抗老化劑,便可延長所獲得積層體的製品壽命。本發明的抗老化劑係可使用習知公知的 抗老化劑,例如:胺系抗老化劑、酚系抗老化劑、硫系抗老化劑等。
本發明的抗老化劑具體係可舉例如:苯基丁胺、N,N-二-2-萘基-對伸苯二胺、4,4'-雙(α,α-二甲基苄基)二苯胺(另稱:4,4'-二異苯丙基-二苯胺)等芳香族二級胺系抗老化劑;2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氫喹啉聚合體等胺系抗老化劑;二丁基羥甲苯、四[亞甲基(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥)氫化肉桂酸酯]甲烷等酚系抗老化劑;雙[2-甲基-4-(3-正烷硫基丙醯氧基)-5-第三丁基苯基]硫醚等硫醚系抗老化劑;二丁基二硫胺基甲酸鎳等二硫胺基甲酸鹽系抗老化劑;2-巰基苯甲醯咪唑、2-巰基苯并咪唑的鋅鹽、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、硫代二丙酸二硬脂酯等硫系抗老化劑等等。
該等抗老化劑係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。
若將本發明的抗老化劑摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)中之時,抗老化劑的摻合量通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,較佳係0.5~5.0質量份、更佳係0.5~4.5質量份、特佳係0.5~4.0質量份。若在上述範圍內,則所獲得積層體的耐熱老化性優異,故較佳。
本發明的軟化劑係可廣泛使用習知橡膠中摻合的軟化劑、加工助劑等周知成分。
具體係可舉例如:烷烴系加工處理油、萘環類加工處理油、芳香類加工處理油等石油系軟化劑;合成油系軟化劑;乙烯與α-烯烴的共寡聚物;石蠟;液態石蠟;白油(white oil);凡士林;煤焦、煤焦油瀝青等煤焦系軟化劑;蓖麻油、棉籽油、亞麻仁油、 菜籽油、椰子油、棕櫚油、大豆油、花生油、木蠟、松脂、松油、二戊烯、松焦油、松脂油等植物油系軟化劑;黑油膏、白油膏、黃油膏等油膏(硫化油膏);蜜蠟、棕櫚蠟、羊毛脂等蠟類;蓖麻油酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、亞麻油酸、月桂酸、肉荳蔻酸、硬脂酸鋇、硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、硬脂酸鋅、月桂酸鋅等脂肪酸;脂肪酸鹽及酯類;酞酸二辛酯、己二酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯等酯系可塑劑;香豆酮‧茚樹脂;酚‧甲醛樹脂;萜烯‧酚樹脂;聚萜烯樹脂;合成聚萜烯樹脂、芳香族系烴樹脂、脂肪族系烴樹脂、脂肪族系環狀烴樹脂、脂肪族‧脂環族系石油樹脂、脂肪族‧芳香族系石油樹脂、氫化改質脂環族系烴樹脂、氫化烴樹脂、液狀聚丁烯、液狀聚丁二烯、無規聚丙烯等石油系烴樹脂等等。
該等之中,較佳係脂肪酸、石油系軟化劑、酚‧甲醛樹脂、石油系烴樹脂,更佳係脂肪酸、石油系軟化劑、石油系烴樹脂,特佳係脂肪酸、石油系軟化劑。
上述石油系軟化劑之中,較佳係石油系加工處理油,其中更佳係烷烴系加工處理油、萘環類加工處理油、芳香類加工處理油等,特佳係烷烴系加工處理油。又,石油系烴樹脂之中,較佳係脂肪族系環狀烴樹脂。該等軟化劑之中,較佳係烷烴系加工處理油。
該等軟化劑係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。
將本發明的軟化劑摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)中之時,通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,通常未滿200質量份的量、較佳係0~100質量份、更佳係0~80質量份、特佳係0~70質量份、最 佳係0~60質量份。
本發明的金屬氧化物係可依照積層體的用途再行適當選擇,可單獨使用、或混合使用2種以上。金屬氧化物的具體例係可舉例如:鋅華(例如META-Z102)(商品名:井上石灰工業股份有限公司製等氧化鋅)、氧化鎂等。
若將本發明的金屬氧化物摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)中之時,通常對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,較佳係0.5~20質量份、更佳係0.5~15質量份、特佳係0.5~10質量份、最佳係0.5~5質量份。
本發明的交聯助劑係可舉例如:硫;對醌二肟等醌二肟系化合物;多官能基性單體,例如:三羥甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二(甲基丙烯酸酯)等(甲基)丙烯酸酯系化合物;酞酸二烯丙酯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯等烯丙系化合物;間苯雙順丁烯二醯亞胺等順丁烯二醯亞胺系化合物;二乙烯苯等。本發明的交聯助劑係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。
若將本發明的交聯助劑摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)中之時,通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,較佳係0~4.0質量份、更佳係0~3.5質量份、特佳係0~3.0質量份、最佳係0.1~3.0質量份。又,交聯助劑的摻合量相對於上述有機過氧化物1莫耳,較佳係0.5~2莫耳、更佳係幾近等莫耳的量。
本發明的鎓鹽係可舉例如:四級銨鹽、四級鏻鹽、氧鎓鹽、鋶鹽、環狀胺、單官能基性胺化合物等,該等之中較佳係四級銨鹽、四級鏻鹽。
本發明的鎓鹽係可單獨使用1種、亦可組合使用2種以上。
上述四級銨鹽並無特別的限定,係可舉例如:氯化二烷基(C14-18)二甲銨、1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-十一碳烯鎓鹽、8-甲基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氯化十一碳烯鎓、8-甲基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-碘化十一碳烯鎓、8-甲基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氫氧化十一碳烯鎓、8-甲基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-十一碳烯鎓甲基硫酸鹽、8-乙基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-溴化十一碳烯鎓、8-丙基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-溴化十一碳烯鎓、8-十二烷基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氯化十一碳烯鎓、8-十二烷基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氫氧化十一碳烯鎓、8-廿烷基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氯化十一碳烯鎓、8-廿四烷基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氯化十一碳烯鎓、8-苄基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氯化十一碳烯鎓(以下稱「DBU-B」)、8-苄基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氫氧化十一碳烯鎓、8-苯乙基-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氯化十一碳烯鎓、8-(3-苯基丙基)-1,8-二氮雜雙環[5,4,0]-7-氯化十一碳烯鎓等。該等之中較佳係氯化二烷基(C14-18)二甲銨。
再者,四級鏻鹽並無特別的限定,可例如:氯化四丁鏻、氯化苄基三苯鏻(以下稱「BTPPC」)、氯化苄基三甲鏻、氯化 苄基三丁鏻、三丁基烯丙基氯化鏻、三丁基-2-甲氧基丙基氯化鏻、氯化苄基苯基(二甲基胺基)鏻等,該等之中,就從硫化性、硫化物物性的觀點,較佳係氯化苄基三苯鏻(BTPPC)。
再者,亦可使用四級銨鹽、四級鏻鹽與雙酚AF的固溶體、日本專利特開平11-147891號公報所揭示的化合物。
再者,胺化合物係可舉例如:己二胺胺基甲酸酯(hexamethylenediamine carbamate)、N,N'-二亞肉桂基-1,6-己二胺、4,4'-雙(胺基環己基)甲烷胺基甲酸酯等。該等之中,較佳係N,N'-二亞肉桂基-1,6-己二胺。
本發明的鎓鹽亦可使用市售物,可使用例如「LIPOQUAD 2HT FLAKE」[LION SPECIALTY CHEMICALS股份有限公司製、氯化二烷基(C14-18)二甲銨)。
當將本發明的鎓鹽摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)中之時,通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,較佳係0.2質量份以上、更佳係0.2質量份以上且10質量份以下、特佳係0.5質量份以上且8質量份以下。若依上述範圍使用本發明的鎓鹽,並與上述無機化合物(B)併用,便可更進一步改善與層(2)間之接著強度。
在形成本發明層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A)中,除上述添加劑外,尚亦可摻合以下的添加劑。
本發明的其他成分係可舉例如:填充劑、發泡劑、抗氧化劑、加工助劑、界面活性劑、耐候劑等,通常添加於橡膠組成物中的各種添加劑成分。又,視需要亦可含有鹵系橡膠(A)以外的 樹脂或橡膠成分。
本發明的填充劑係可舉例如:二氧化矽、活化碳酸鈣、輕質碳酸鈣、重質碳酸鈣、微粉滑石、滑石、微粉矽酸、黏土等無機填充劑等等。該等填充劑通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,可設為0~300質量份、較佳係0~200質量份程度。藉由使用填充劑,便可獲得拉伸強度、撕裂強度及耐磨損性等機械性質獲提升的積層體,可在不致損及積層體其他物性的情況下提高硬度。
本發明的抗氧化劑具體係可舉例如:苯基萘胺、4,4'-(α,α-二甲基苄基)二苯胺、N,N'-二-2-萘基-對伸苯二胺等芳香族二級胺系安定劑;2,6-二第三丁基-4-甲基酚、四[亞甲基-3-(3',5'-二第三丁基-4'-羥苯基)丙酸酯]甲烷等酚系安定劑;雙[2-甲基-4-(3-正烷硫基丙醯氧基)-5-第三丁基苯基]硫醚等硫醚系安定劑;2-巰基苯并咪唑等苯并咪唑系安定劑;二丁基二硫胺基甲酸鎳等二硫胺基甲酸鹽系安定劑;2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氫喹啉的聚合物等喹啉系安定劑等等。該等係可單獨使用、或組合使用2種以上。
若將本發明的抗氧化劑摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)中時,通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,可使用例如5質量份以下、較佳3質量份以下的量。
本發明的界面活性劑具體係可舉例如:二正丁胺、二環己胺、單乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、「ACTING B」(吉富製藥股份有限公司製)、「ACTING SL」(吉富製藥股份有限公司製)等胺類;聚乙二醇、二乙二醇、卵磷脂、1,2,4-苯三酸三烯丙酯、脂肪族及芳香族羧酸的鋅化合物(例如:「Struktol activator 73」、「Struktol IB 531」、「Struktol FA 541」Schill & Seilacher公司製);「ZEONETZP」(日本ZEON股份有限公司製);十八烷基三甲基溴化銨、合成水滑石、特殊四級銨化合物(例如:「LIPOQUAD 2HTF」(LION SPECIALTY CHEMICALS股份有限公司製)、氯化二烷基(C14-18)二甲銨)等。界面活性劑特佳係LIPOQUAD 2HTF。
若將本發明的界面活性劑摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)中之時,通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,可設為例如0.2~10質量份、較佳0.3~8質量份、更佳0.3~7質量份、特佳0.5~7質量份、最佳1~6質量份。界面活性劑係依照用途再行適當選擇,可單獨使用、亦可混合使用2種以上。
本發明的抗類凝膠劑係可例如:「NHM-007」(三井化學公司製)。
若將本發明的抗類凝膠劑摻合於上述鹵系橡膠(A)中之時,通常相對於鹵系橡膠(A)100質量份,可設為0.1~15質量份、較佳0.5~12質量份、特佳1.0~10質量份。
在形成本發明層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A)中,視需要亦可摻合其他添加劑。其他添加劑係可舉例如:耐熱安定劑、耐候安定劑、抗靜電劑、著色劑、滑劑及增黏劑等。
形成本發明積層體之層(2)的含鹵聚合體(C),係除形成上述層(1)的鹵系橡膠(A)外之聚合體。
本發明的含鹵聚合體(C)係指分子中含有鹵原子的聚合體,較佳係具有源自含鹵單體之構成單元的聚合體。
本發明的含鹵聚合體(C)較佳係含氟原子的聚合體、更佳係氟系橡膠。
若形成層(2)的含鹵聚合體(C)係使用氟系橡膠,便可獲得耐熱‧耐油性優異的積層體,故較佳。
本發明的氟系橡膠係可舉例如:偏二氟乙烯(VdF)/六氟丙烯(HFP)共聚合體、VdF/四氟乙烯(TFE)/HFP共聚合體、VdF/TFE/全氟(烷基乙烯醚)(PAVE)共聚合體、VdF/三氟氯乙烯(CTFE)共聚合體等VdF/全鹵烯烴系彈性體;TFE/丙烯/VdF共聚合體、HFP/乙烯/VdF共聚合體等VdF/非全鹵烯烴系彈性體;TFE/PAVE共聚合體等全氟彈性體;TFE/丙烯共聚合體、HFP/乙烯共聚合體等非全氟彈性體;氟化聚矽氧橡膠等。
上述氟(烷基乙烯醚)亦可含有複數個醚鍵。又,氟系 橡膠的分子量依數量平均分子量計係20,000~300,000、較佳係50,000~200,000。
該等之中,就從耐熱性、耐油性、耐藥性的觀點,較佳係VdF/HFP共聚合體、VdF/TFE/HFP共聚合體、VdF/TFE/PAVE共聚合體、TFE/丙烯/VdF共聚合體、HFP/乙烯/VdF共聚合體、TFE/丙烯共聚合體、HFP/乙烯共聚合體的彈性體,更佳係VdF/HFP共聚合體、VdF/TFE/HFP共聚合體的彈性體。
本發明的氟系橡膠亦可由含交聯性基單元之具複數乙烯基或烯丙基的多官能基單體、或含有碘、溴的單體進行共聚合。又,亦可藉由施行熱處理等而促進脫氫氟酸,使分子中生成將成為交聯點的雙鍵。更佳係交聯性單元係使用碘化烯烴、溴化烯烴,具有源自碘化烯烴之構成單元、或源自溴化烯烴之構成單元的氟系橡膠。
再者,氟系橡膠中的交聯點含有量(例如交聯性單元係使用溴化烯烴時,便為源自溴化烯烴之構成單元的含有量)較佳係0.05~5莫耳%、更佳係0.15~3莫耳%、特佳係0.25~2莫耳%。若交聯點較少於此,則密封性、接著強度嫌不足;反之,若多於此,則因延伸與柔軟性降低等會有導致喪失橡膠彈性的可能性。
形成本發明層(2)的含鹵聚合體(C),較佳係含有多元醇系交聯劑。
本發明的多元醇系交聯劑較佳係雙酚類。具體係可舉例如:2,2'-雙(4-羥苯基)丙烷[雙酚A]、2,2-雙(4-羥苯基)六氟丙烷[雙酚AF]、雙(4-羥苯基)碸[雙酚S]、雙酚A雙(二苯基磷酸酯)、4,4'- 二羥二苯基、4,4'-二羥二苯基甲烷、2,2-雙(4-羥苯基)丁烷[雙酚B]等聚羥芳香族化合物。
本發明的多元醇系交聯劑較佳係使用雙酚A、雙酚AF。又,多元醇系交聯劑亦可使用上述聚羥芳香族化合物的鹼金屬鹽或鹼土族金屬鹽。
再者,多元醇系交聯劑亦可使用含有原料橡膠與多元醇系交聯劑的市售母料(master batch)。市售母料係可舉例如CURATIVE VC#30(DuPont Elastomers公司製:含交聯劑[雙酚AF]50wt%)等。
本發明的多元醇系交聯劑係可單獨使用1種或組合使用2種以上。
若在形成本發明層(2)的上述含鹵聚合體(C)中有摻合上述多元醇系交聯劑的情況,相對於含鹵聚合體(C)100質量份,較佳係使用0.5~10質量份、更佳係1.0~8.0質量份、特佳係1.5~6.0質量份的範圍。
若形成層(2)的上述含鹵聚合體(C)係含有上述多元醇系交聯劑,則所獲得積層體便可獲得與層(1)間之剝離強度更優異的積層體。
本發明的層(2)係可使用含有:屬於含鹵聚合體之氟系橡膠、與上述多元醇系交聯劑的市售組成物形成。含有氟系橡膠與多元醇系交聯劑的市售組成物,係可例如:DAIEL DC-2270F、DAIEL DC-4070(均為大金工業製)。DAIEL DC-2270F係除氟系橡膠之外,尚含有多元醇系交聯劑、填充劑、受酸劑的組成物,而DAIEL DC-4070係除氟系橡膠之外,尚含有有機過氧化物、填充劑的組成 物。
再者,形成本發明層(2)的含鹵聚合體(C)中,係與上述鹵系橡膠(A)同樣,可依上述所記載的量添加通常摻合於橡膠中的各種添加劑。
在形成本發明層(2)的含鹵聚合體(C)中,填充劑亦可使用例如:氫氧化鎂、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鈣等金屬氫氧化物;碳酸鎂、碳酸鋁、碳酸鈣、碳酸鋇等碳酸鹽;矽酸鎂、矽酸鈣、矽酸鈉、矽酸鋁等矽酸鹽;硫酸鋁、硫酸鈣、硫酸鋇等硫酸鹽;合成水滑石、二硫化鉬、硫化鐵、硫化銅等金屬硫化物;濕式二氧化矽、乾式二氧化矽、石英微粉末、玻璃纖維等氧化矽類;矽藻土、石綿、鋅鋇白(硫化鋅/硫化鋇)、石墨、碳黑、氟化碳、氟化鈣、焦碳、滑石、雲母粉末、矽鈣石、碳纖維、芳醯胺纖維、各種晶鬚等無機填充劑,此外尚亦可使用有機補強劑、有機填充劑等。
再者,在含鹵聚合體中亦可任意摻合其他成分,例如:受酸劑、紫外線吸收劑、難燃劑、耐油性提升劑、抗焦劑、賦黏劑等。
本發明的積層體係由上述層(1)與上述層(2)直接接合而形成的積層體。
構成本發明積層體的層(1)與層(2)之厚度並無特別的限定,層(1)通常係1~30mm、較佳係1~5mm,層(2)通常係1~30mm、較佳係1~5mm。又,積層體全體厚度並無特別的限定,通常係5~31mm、較佳係5~20mm。
本發明的積層體係在設有由上述層(1)與上述層(2)直接接合形成的層前提下,並無特別僅侷限於該層而已,在層(1)的外側[未接合著層(2)之一面]、或層(2)的外側[未接合著層(1)之一面],亦可積層著其他層。
本發明積層體的製造方法並無特別的限定,可例如依照以下方法(a)~(c)獲得積層體的方法。另外,亦可在依照方法(a)~(c)獲得積層體之後,再施行交聯步驟,或經一次硫化後再利用烤箱等施行二次硫化步驟,便可獲得設有含經交聯聚合體、或含橡膠之層的積層體。
(a)將構成層(1)的材料、及構成層(2)的材料,分別利用捏和機、滾筒、班布瑞混合機、密閉混合器(internal mixer)等混合機進行混練,再利用擠出機同時擠出,而獲得由層(1)與層(2)直接接著之積層體的方法。
(b)將構成層(1)的材料,利用捏和機、滾筒、班布瑞混合機、密閉混合器等混合機施行混練,再利用擠出機施行擠出而形成層(1),再將構成層(2)的材料利用捏和機、滾筒、班布瑞混合機、密閉混合器等混合機施行混練,再利用擠出機施行擠出於層(1)上,而獲得由層(1)與層(2)直接接著之積層體的方法。
(c)將構成層(2)的材料,利用捏和機、滾筒、班布瑞混合機、密閉混合器等混合機施行混練,再利用擠出機施行擠出而形成層(2),再將構成層(1)的材料,利用捏和機、滾筒、班布瑞混合機、密閉混合器等混合機施行混練,再利用擠出機施行擠出於層 (2)上,而獲得由層(1)與層(2)直接接著之積層體的方法。
另外,製造積層體之際,就從提高層(1)與層(2)的剝離強度觀點,較佳係針對由層(1)與層(2)直接接合的積層體施行衝壓成形。
交聯步驟或一次硫化係係可例如:在構成上述層(1)、層(2)的材料中,預先摻合交聯劑等在交聯時所必要的成分,再利用加熱(例如150~240℃)施行交聯的步驟;藉由將電子束(例如具0.1~10MeV能量的電子束)照射於積層體,而施行交聯的步驟。另外,上述電子束的照射係依積層體的吸收線量通常成為0.5~36Mrad、較佳0.5~20Mrad、更佳1~10Mrad的方式實施。
另外,上述交聯步驟或一次硫化在利用加熱施行交聯之際,就從提高層(1)與層(2)間之剝離強度的觀點,較佳係一邊施行衝壓成形一邊施行加熱。
二次硫化係在上述一次硫化之後才施行的步驟,藉由施行加熱(例如150~200℃),而充分促進硫化(交聯)的步驟。
本發明的積層體可使用於各種用途。本發明的積層體可使用為例如汽車用、摩托車用、工業機械用、建築機械用或農業機械用的構件。該構件的具體例係可舉例如:工業用輥、迫緊(例如冷凝器迫緊)、墊圈、皮帶(例如:絕熱皮帶、影印機皮帶、搬送皮帶)、汽車用軟管等軟管類(例如:渦輪增壓器冷卻軟管(turbocharger hose)、水軟管、制動軟管(brake reservoir hose)、散熱器軟管、送風軟管)、防振橡膠、防振材料或減震制振材料(例如:引擎吊架、發動機架(motor mount))、消音器架、電纜(高壓線組(ignition cable)、包膠電纜(cabtire cable)、高壓電纜(high tension cable))、電線被覆材(高壓電線被覆材、低電壓電線被覆材、船舶用電線被覆材)、汽車玻璃窗條(glass run channel)、彩色表皮材料、進紙輥、屋頂板等。
該等之中,本發明積層體頗用於汽車用內外裝零件、要求耐熱性的用途。積層體的用途係可例如至少其中一部分設有本發明積層體的軟管。軟管的用途並無限定,較佳係使用於汽車用、摩托車用、工業機械用、建築機械用或農業機械用等任何用途。更具體係可例如:渦輪增壓器軟管、制動軟管、散熱器軟管(radiator hose)等,更佳係使用為汽車用渦輪增壓器軟管。
本發明的軟管係只要至少其中一部分設有本發明積層體便可,亦可為僅由本發明積層體形成的軟管。
本發明的積層體較佳係使用為渦輪增壓器冷卻軟管。
本發明渦輪增壓器冷卻軟管的製造方法並無特別的限定,例如藉由擠出成形、共擠出成形、片狀物捲繞或該等的組合,形成具有層狀構造之未硬化渦輪增壓器冷卻軟管(積層體),再使用蒸氣等施行加熱,而獲得渦輪增壓器冷卻軟管(積層體)的方法。未硬化的渦輪增壓器冷卻軟管最好不會發生收縮、變形,且形狀維持能力高。
其次,針對本發明例示實施例並進行更進一步詳細說明,惟本發明並不因該等而受限定。
以下的製造例、實施例及比較例中,各特性的測定及評價方法係如下述。
積層體的剝離強度係依以下方法測定。
將實施例、比較例所獲得積層體,依測定溫度:23.0℃、試驗速度:200.0mm/min、試驗片寬度:25.0mm,實施T型剝離測試,測定剝離強度。
本發明實施例與比較例所使用的鹵系橡膠(A)等,係如下示。
Nipol AR-12:以丙烯酸酯為骨架主成分的丙烯酸橡膠、日本ZEON公司製
EPICHLOMER H:氯醚橡膠、OSAKA SODA股份有限公司製
DAIEL DC-2270F:Full Compound、二元多元醇硫化系、比重1.85、ML(1+10)100℃:約115、大金工業(股)製
另外,DAIEL DC-2270F亦稱「多元醇系FKM」。
第一階段係使用BB-2型班布瑞混合機(神戶製鋼所製),將100質量份的ACM施行30秒鐘解膠,接著在其中添加60質量份的HAF碳黑(旭#70G、Asahi Carbon(股)公司製)、1質量份的硬脂酸、及2質量份的4,4'-雙(α,α-二甲基苄基)二苯胺(NOCRAC CD、大內新興化學(股)製),依140℃施行2分鐘混練。然後,使衝桿上升施行清掃,更進一步施行1分鐘混練,在約150℃下排出,獲得第一階段的摻合物。
其次,第二階段係將第一階段所獲得摻合物,捲繞於8吋輥(Nippon Roll(股)公司製、前輥表面溫度50℃、後輥表面溫度50℃、前輥轉速16rpm、後輥轉速18rpm)上,添加20質量份的水滑石(DHT-4A、協和化學工業股份有限公司製)、1質量份的聚氧伸烷基硬脂醚磷酸(PHOSPHANOL RL-210:東邦化學工業(股)製)、0.5質量份的(6-胺基己基)胺甲酸(Diak No.1:DuPont公司製)、2質量份的1,3-二鄰甲苯基胍(Nocceler DT、大內新興化學工業(股)製),並混練10分鐘,獲得未交聯的橡膠組成物(橡膠摻合物)(含ACM的組成物)。
氟系橡膠組成物係使用DAIEL DC-2270F(大金工業製:多元醇交聯型氟系橡膠化合物)。DAIEL DC-2270F係除氟系橡膠之外,尚含有多元醇系交聯劑(雙酚AF)、交聯促進劑(四級鎓鹽)、填充劑、及受酸劑的組成物。
分別將含ACM的組成物、及上述氟系橡膠組成物呈薄片狀擠出。接著將所擠出的未硫化橡膠片(含ACM的組成物薄片、及氟系橡膠組成物)50g,分別個別利用LUMIRROR®(延伸聚酯(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)薄膜)砂磨上下面。經LUMIRROR®砂磨上下面的各未硫化橡膠片,使用50噸衝壓成形機,依120℃施行2分鐘壓合,而製得t(厚度)=1mm、20cm四方的未硫化橡膠片。
其次,從經施行上述壓合後的含ACM的組成物所獲得未硫化橡膠片[層(1)]、及從氟系橡膠組成物所獲得未硫化橡膠片[層(2)],分別裁剪為後述正式衝壓尺寸(15cm×15cm×t=1mm)。經裁剪後剝離上下的LUMIRROR®,其次將各未硫化橡膠片重疊。重疊時,依在未硫化橡膠片其中一部分(寬3cm、長15cm:剝離測試時的抓持部(exposed core)),夾入鐵氟龍(註冊商標)樹脂片(t=0.2mm)的狀態,重疊上述未硫化橡膠片。
將上述其中一部分夾入鐵氟龍(註冊商標)樹脂片、且呈重疊的未硫化橡膠片,使用100噸衝壓成形機,依180℃施行10分鐘壓合(正式衝壓),而製備得厚2mm的交聯橡膠片(積層體)。
從交聯橡膠片(積層體)上卸除鐵氟龍(註冊商標)樹脂 片,再針對交聯橡膠片(積層體)依照上述記載方法施行T型剝離測試。
結果如表1所示。
除取代實施例1所使用形成層(1)的ACM組成物,改為由使用依表1所記載摻合量添加各種摻合劑而獲得的ACM組成物之外,其餘均依照與實施例1同樣地實施而製得積層體,並依照實施例1所記載方法施行T型剝離測試。
結果如表1-1及表1-2所示。
除取代實施例1所使用形成層(1)的ACM組成物,改為表1-2所記載摻合量[未摻合水滑石等無機化合物(B)]之外,其餘均依照與實施例1同樣地實施而製得積層體,並依照實施例1所記載方法施行T型剝離測試。
結果如表1-2所示。
除取代實施例1所使用形成層(1)的ACM組成物,改為表1-2所記載摻合量[未摻合水滑石等無機化合物(B)]之外,其餘均依照與實施例1同樣地實施而製得積層體,並依照實施例1所記載方法施行T型剝離測試。

除取代實施例1所使用形成層(1)的ACM組成物,改為使用由依照以下方法所製備含ECO組成物構成的層(1)之外,其餘均依照與實施例1同樣地實施而製得積層體,並依照實施例1所記載方法施行T型剝離測試。

第一階段係使用BB-2型班布瑞混合機(神戸製鋼所製),將100質量份的ECO施行30秒鐘解膠,接著在其中添加40質量份的MAF碳黑(Shiest 116:Tokai Carbon(股)製)、1質量份的硬脂酸(STEARIC ACID CAMELLIA:日油公司製)、3質量份的氧化鎂(KYOWAMAG 150:協和化學工業公司製)、1質量份的二丁基二硫胺基甲酸鎳(NOCRAC NBC:大內新興化學工業(股)製)、5質量份的碳酸鈣(WHITON SB(紅):備北粉化工業(股)製),依140℃施行2分鐘混練。然後,使衝桿上升施行清掃,更進一步施行1分鐘混練,在約150℃下排出,獲得第一階段的摻合物。
其次,第二階段係將第一階段所獲得摻合物,捲繞於8吋輥(Nippon Roll(股)公司製、前輥表面溫度50℃、後輥表面溫度50℃、前輥轉速16rpm、後輥轉速18rpm)上,添加20質量份的水滑石(DHT-4A、協和化學工業股份有限公司製)、1.2質量份的2,4,6-三巰基-S-三(Nocceler TCA:大內新興化學工業(股)製)、0.5質量份的四甲基二硫化甲硫碳醯胺(Nocceler TT:大內新興化學工業(股)製),並混練10分鐘,獲得未交聯的橡膠組成物(橡膠摻合物)(含ECO的組成物)。
除取代實施例13所使用形成層(1)的ECO組成物,改為使用依表2所記載摻合量添加各種摻合劑而獲得的ECO組成物之外,其餘均依照與實施例13同樣地實施而製得積層體,並依照實施例13所記載方法施行T型剝離測試。
結果如表2所示。

使用2台擠出機,朝雙層成形用模具內,依成為內層(實施例1的氟系橡膠組成物)厚度=1mm、外層(實施例1的ACM組成物)厚度=2mm、軟管內徑=10mm、軟管外徑=16mm的方式,依照擠出頭溫度=80℃、擠出速度2m/分~5m/分的條件擠出積層軟管。然後,依蒸氣硫化(150℃~160℃、30分鐘~50分鐘)加熱而使積層軟管交聯,確認到軟管外觀平滑、且內層與外層牢固接著。
針對實施例2~8所記載的各ACM組成物或ECO組成物,亦同樣地形成與氟系橡膠構成的積層軟管,確認到軟管外觀平滑、且內層與外層牢固接著。
Claims (8)
- 一種積層體,係由下述層(1)與下述層(2)直接接合而成的積層體;其中,層(1):由含有:鹵系橡膠(A):100質量份、含有從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇之至少1種元素與氧的無機化合物(B):1~30質量份、及碳黑:10~300質量份之組成物構成的層;層(2):由含鹵聚合體(C)構成的層;該含鹵聚合體(C)為選自偏二氟乙烯(VdF)/六氟丙烯(HFP)共聚合體、VdF/四氟乙烯(TFE)/HFP共聚合體、VdF/TFE/全氟(烷基乙烯醚)(PAVE)共聚合體、TFE/丙烯/VdF共聚合體、HFP/乙烯/VdF共聚合體、TFE/丙烯共聚合體及HFP/乙烯共聚合體中之任一種彈性體之氟系橡膠,且含有多元醇系交聯劑;於此,上述鹵系橡膠(A)不包含氟系橡膠,且上述含鹵聚合體(C)不包含層(1)的鹵系橡膠。
- 如請求項1之積層體,其中,鹵系橡膠(A)係從氯醚(epichloro-hydrin)橡膠(ECO)及丙烯酸橡膠(ACM)中選擇1種以上。
- 如請求項1之積層體,其中,無機化合物(B)係含有從鎂、鈣、鋇及鋁中選擇1種以上元素的化合物。
- 如請求項1之積層體,其中,無機化合物(B)係從氧化鎂與水滑石中選擇1種以上的化合物。

- 一種積層體之製造方法,係將下述層(1)與下述層(2)直接接合的積層體之製造方法;其中,層(1):係由含有:鹵系橡膠(A):100質量份、含有從第2族元素與第13族元素中選擇之至少1種元素與氧的無機化合物(B):1~30質量份、及碳黑:10~300質量份之組成物構成的層;層(2):由含鹵聚合體(C)構成的層;該含鹵聚合體(C)為選自偏二氟乙烯(VdF)/六氟丙烯(HFP)共聚合體、VdF/四氟乙烯(TFE)/HFP共聚合體、VdF/TFE/全氟(烷基乙烯醚)(PAVE)共聚合體、TFE/丙烯/VdF共聚合體、HFP/乙烯/VdF共聚合體、TFE/丙烯共聚合體及HFP/乙烯共聚合體中之任一種彈性體之氟系橡膠,且含有多元醇系交聯劑;於此,上述鹵系橡膠(A)不包含氟系橡膠,且上述含鹵聚合體(C)不包含層(1)的鹵系橡膠。
