Abstract
本發明關於一種複合輪圈製程,包括以下步驟:覆設一複合材料於一氣袋之外表面形成一半成型輪圈,其中該氣袋係為完全封閉之環管狀且內部容設有一熱膨脹物;將該半成型輪圈置入一模具中;加熱該熱膨脹物使該熱膨脹物膨脹撐張該氣袋並固化成型該半成型輪圈。
Description
本發明係有關於一種複合輪圈製程。
習知複合輪圈製程,例如傳統內壓法製程,需要在複合材(如碳纖維)預浸布內放置尼龍/乳膠/矽膠氣袋,氣袋需預留(或增加)吹氣口,在加熱固化樹脂的過程中,對氣袋進行充氣,以造成內外壓力差,把多餘的樹脂擠出,並以內壓往外將複合材預浸布向模具推擠,增加各層複合材預浸布之間的緊密接合。在固化過程中,氣壓需要被控制在合理的內外壓差範圍,氣壓太低則會造成最終產品的樹脂含量過高,并且降低各層複合材預浸布之間接合密度,降低强度及性能;氣壓太高,則會讓樹脂流出過多,造成最終產品的樹脂含量過低,同樣會造成强度及性能降低。
習知複合輪圈製程的缺點為,設置吹氣口需要人工作業,良率高低則依賴於人員的經驗與手法細膩與否,一旦設置吹氣口的過程有瑕疵,可能造成吹氣的氣壓不足,或是漏氣造成產品報廢。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之複合輪圈製程,以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種複合輪圈製程,精度高、良率佳、複合輪圈結構強度高。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種複合輪圈製程,包括以下步驟:覆設一複合材料於一氣袋之外表面形成一半成型輪圈,其中該氣袋係為完全封閉之環管狀且內部容設有一熱膨脹物;將該半成型輪圈置入一模具中;加熱該熱膨脹物使該熱膨脹物膨脹撐張該氣袋並固化成型該半成型輪圈。

以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至9,其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例,本發明之複合輪圈製程包括以下步驟:覆設一複合材料10於一氣袋20之外表面形成一半成型輪圈30,其中該氣袋20係為管壁一體平整完全封閉而無任何連通外界的開孔之環管狀且內部容設有一熱膨脹物40;將該半成型輪圈30置入一模具50中;加熱該熱膨脹物40使該熱膨脹物40膨脹撐張該氣袋20並固化成型該半成型輪圈30。藉此,可精確提供撐張該氣袋20,精度高、良率佳、該複合材料10緊密結合而結構強度高。
該複合材料10為碳纖維複合材料,亦可為其他類型之強化纖維複合材料。該熱膨脹物40為臘,該熱膨脹物40膨脹撐張該氣袋之體積變化約為15%。較佳地,在固化成型該半成型輪圈30後,另包括一移除該氣袋20及該熱膨脹物40之步驟(如圖9)。在本實施例中,在固化成型該半成型輪圈30後,可另移除該半成型輪圈30外環部分而形成一供安裝輪胎之胎槽31。
在如圖10及11所示之另一較佳實施例中,該熱膨脹物40a在膨脹過程中產生氣體41。該熱膨脹物40a膨脹撐張該氣袋20之壓力較佳為每平方公分1至20公斤(kg/cm2)。該熱膨脹物40a例如為碳酸銨。在該熱膨脹物40a膨脹過程後,該氣袋20內包括部分之固態的該熱膨脹物40a及所產生之該氣體41,當然,若經過計算,該熱膨脹物40a可全部分解。在該熱膨脹物40a為碳酸銨之例子中,碳酸銨遇熱,約在60℃時,分解為二氧化碳、氨和水,其中1克碳酸銨可分解約0.25克的二氧化碳,1克的二氧化碳約為0.5公升的氣體,加入碳酸銨比例可依照模具50預留空間以及設定的膨脹率來做調配。
要說明的是,該氣袋內所容設之該熱膨脹物初始即可為氣體,例如惰性氣體,氣體膨脹體積變化之範圍較大,而惰性氣體較安定、較安全,然亦可採用其他適當氣體。可理解的是,該氣袋內所容設之該熱膨脹物初始亦可
為液體,液體膨脹亦可提供極為精確、體積變化足、有效率的撐張效果。氣體或液體之熱膨脹物在固化成型該半成型輪圈後,亦較為方便快速移除。

Claims (10)
- 一種複合輪圈製程,包括以下步驟:覆設一複合材料於一氣袋之外表面形成一半成型輪圈,其中該氣袋係為管壁一體平整完全封閉而無任何連通外界的開孔之環管狀且內部容設有一熱膨脹物;將該半成型輪圈置入一模具中;加熱該熱膨脹物使該熱膨脹物膨脹撐張該氣袋並固化成型該半成型輪圈。
- 如請求項1所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該複合材料為碳纖維複合材料。
- 如請求項1所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該熱膨脹物膨脹撐張該氣袋之壓力為每平方公分1至20公斤(kg/cm2)。
- 如請求項3所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該熱膨脹物在膨脹過程中產生氣體。
- 如請求項4所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該熱膨脹物為碳酸銨。
- 如請求項5所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該複合材料為碳纖維複合材料;在該熱膨脹物膨脹過程後,該氣袋內包括部分之固態的該熱膨脹物及所產生之該氣體;在固化成型該半成型輪圈後,另包括一移除該氣袋及該熱膨脹物之步驟。
- 如請求項1所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該熱膨脹物膨脹撐張該氣袋之體積變化為15%。
- 如請求項7所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該熱膨脹物為臘。
- 如請求項8所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該複合材料為碳纖維複合材料;在固化成型該半成型輪圈後,另包括一移除該氣袋及該熱膨脹物之步驟。
- 如請求項1所述的複合輪圈製程,其中該熱膨脹物為氣體。
