Description

非等長辨識開啟容器
本發明係關於一種容器，尤指一種具有開啟後不易復原，並能夠以肉眼辨識出已遭開啟的容器。
在超市裡，藉由真空成型之各式塑膠容器，像是盒體、杯體或碗體，皆非常適合用來盛裝食物以保持食物之新鮮，這類的產品通常會使用透明的材質，使得消費者在購買產品時一目了然，以避免售後之爭端，但雖如此，卻尚有許多消費者，為更確定盒內的食物是否完整新鮮，而私自開啟該塑膠容器查看，而在看完之後，卻未將該產品回復原狀，以致該塑膠容器內的食物失鮮，且造成該塑膠容器損壞而影響容器外觀，再者，若未及早發現該包裝盒已被開啟，則容易使該包裝盒內的食物變質，因此造成食物的浪費且增加商家的成本負擔。
此外目前習用的塑膠容器也逐漸設計有開啟後易於辨識的結構，此種結構多是利用撕除後的點斷線產生的毛邊與撕除的部件再次嵌合，導致使用者以肉眼不易分辨出塑膠容器是否被開啟過，因此習用的塑膠容器仍有改善之必要。
有鑒於上述之缺點，本發明非等長辨識開啟容器，其包括：一蓋體，其頂面一側延伸出一具有彈性的片體，並具有一預定外推長度，且其末端具有一朝下的第一結合件；一盒體，其頂面一側朝外水平延伸出一凸緣，並具有一缺口，該凸緣上設有一止擋部，以該蓋體結合在該盒體的頂部，使該片體的底面與該止擋部的頂面接觸；及一第二結合件，其係具有一凹槽，該第二結合件係以一點斷線與該缺口結合，該蓋體與該盒體結合後，該第一結合件係與該凹槽錯位，將該片體下壓，使該第一結合件與該凹槽卡掣結合，該第二結合件沿各該點斷線撕除後，該片體具有彈性而復位，使該第二結合件位於該缺口上方，且該片體外推至該缺口外側。
本發明之優點在於：第一結合件與第二結合件結合後不易被拆開，且當第二結合件被撕開後，仍然與第一結合件結合，並受到片體復位，使得第二結合件位於缺口上方，且該片體外推至該缺口外側，無法再被嵌合在缺口中，因此使用者能夠清楚看出第二結合件已被撕開。
為便於說明本發明之內容及所能達成之功效，茲配合圖式列舉具體實施例，請參照第一圖，本發明非等長辨識開啟容器，其包括有：
一蓋體10，其頂面的一側延伸出一具有彈性的片體11，該片體11具有一預定外推長度，在本實施例中預定外推長度為2mm，但並不局限於此，且其末端具有一朝下的第一結合件12，該蓋體10的底面環繞設有一密封壁13。
一盒體20，其頂面的一側朝外水平延伸出一凸緣21，該凸緣21具有一缺口211，該凸緣21上凸設有一止擋部22，該盒體20的內壁上設有一第一階級部23及一第二階級部24。
請參照第三圖及第四圖，一第二結合件30，其係具有一凹槽31，該第二結合件30上設有一環狀的平台部32，該凹槽31係位於該平台部32內，其中該凹槽31係為上窄下寬狀。
該第二結合件30係以一點斷線A與該缺口211結合；第二結合件30與該缺口211相對的周緣上係間隔凸設有複數凸塊301，並以各該凸塊301與該缺口211結合，因此以各該凸塊301與缺口211結合方式即稱為點斷線A，藉此以利於撕除第二結合件30。
請參照第五圖，該蓋體10與該盒體20結合時，該密封壁13的底面與該第一階級部23接觸，該密封壁13的頂面與該第二階級部24齊平，請參照第六圖，同時該片體11的底面與該止擋部22的頂面接觸；蓋體10與盒體20結合後，該第二結合件30位於該片體11下方，且該第一結合件12與該凹槽31錯位，由於片體11具有彈性，因此仍能將將該片體11下壓，使第一結合件12改變方向而與凹槽31對應，該第一結合件12與該凹槽31卡掣結合，當該第一結合件12與該凹槽31結合時，該平台部32的頂面與該片體11的底面接觸。
請參照第七圖，該第二結合件30沿各該點斷線A撕除後，該第二結合件30仍然與第一結合件12結合，該片體11因具有彈性而復位，使該第二結合件30位於該缺口211上方而形成斷差，無法再被嵌合在缺口211中，因此使用者能夠清楚看出第二結合件30已被撕開。
上列詳細說明係針對本發明之一可行實施例之具體說明，惟實施例並非用以限制本發明之專利範圍，凡未脫離本發明技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更，均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種非等長辨識開啟容器，其包括有：一蓋體，其頂面的一側延伸出一具有彈性的片體，該片體具有一預定外推長度，且其末端具有一朝下的第一結合件；一盒體，其頂面的一側朝外水平延伸出一凸緣，該凸緣具有一缺口，該凸緣上凸設有一止擋部，以該蓋體結合在該盒體的頂部，使該片體的底面與該止擋部的頂面接觸；以及一第二結合件，其係具有一凹槽，該第二結合件係以一點斷線與該缺口結合，該蓋體與該盒體結合後，該第一結合件係與該凹槽錯位，將該片體下壓，使第一結合件改變方向而與凹槽對應，使該第一結合件與該凹槽卡掣結合，該第二結合件沿各該點斷線撕除後，該片體具有彈性而復位，使該第二結合件位於該缺口上方而形成斷差，且該片體外推至該缺口外側，藉此該第二結合件無法再被嵌合在缺口中。
  2. 如請求項1所述之非等長辨識開啟容器，其中該第二結合件上設有一環狀的平台部，該凹槽係位於該平台部內，當該第一結合件與該凹槽結合時，該平台部的頂面與該片體的底面接觸。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之非等長辨識開啟容器，其中該凹槽為上窄下寬狀，使該第一結合件與該凹槽緊迫結合。
  4. 如請求項1所述之非等長辨識開啟容器，其中該蓋體的底面環繞設有一密封壁，該盒體的內壁上設有一第一階級部及一第二階級部，該蓋體與該盒體結合時，該密封壁的底面與該第一階級部接觸，該密封壁的頂面與該第二階級部齊平。
