美國專利6,967,188披露了一般類別的雜芳氧基-乙醯胺與廣泛的除草劑組分的組合。該專利聲稱該廣泛的混合物具有增效作用。
氟噻草胺(Flufenacet)和雙氟磺草胺(Florasulam)是兩種已知的具除草活性的化合物,其用於防治非所欲的植株生長。現已驚異發
現,在防治植株生長時,氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺的組合施用時,例如包含這兩種化合物的組成物或一起施用至欲處理的位置時,會產生增效作用。
構成本發明除草組成物並於方法中使用的除草活性成分分別於本領域已知其在植物生長上的效果,而英國農作物保護委員會出版的《殺蟲劑手冊》(2000年第十二版)對這兩種物質已披露,它們亦為商業上可獲得。
較分別使用組分(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺而言,基於氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺所製備的本發明的增效作用可提供一種或多種優點。當組合使用時能明顯減少各組分的施用率,同時保持高效除草性能。同時施用氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺兩者比單獨施用兩種組分的任一者具有明顯更寬的除草譜。使用氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺之組合具有在低施用率下防治雜草的可能性,特別是各別組分單獨在該施用率下並無效果。使用上述兩種活性組分的組成物比單獨施用各組分所預期的作用速度更快。
在第一方面,本發明提供一種包含除草有效量的組分(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺的組成物。
該組成物含有除草有效量的(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺的組合物。本文中所用「除草劑」一詞是指具防治植株生長的一種化合物。本文中「除草有效量」是指該種化合物或該類化合物的組合能產生防治植株生長效果的量。防治效果包括偏離標的植株的自然發育的所有
偏差,例如殺死、植株的發育和生長的一種或多種方面的阻礙、葉焦病、白化現象、植株矮小等。本文中「植株」一詞是指一株植物的所有身體部分,包括芽、葉、針葉、莖、枝、子實體、果實、種子、根、塊莖及根莖。
氟噻草胺(IUPAC名稱:4'-氟-N-異丙基-2-(5-三氟甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基氧基)乙醯苯胺)的化學結構式如下:
氟噻草胺是一種細胞生長和細胞分裂的選擇性抑制劑。它影響標的植株中分生組織的細胞膜,干擾細胞膜的選擇性和滲透性,這繼而阻礙細胞分裂,從而阻止非所欲的植物生長。氟噻草胺對於某些品種的雜草尤其有效。
雙氟磺草胺(IUPAC名稱:2',6',8'-三氟-5-甲氧基-[1,2,4]三唑[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-磺醯苯胺)的化學結構式如下:
雙氟磺草胺是一種標的植株中的乙醯乳酸合成酶(ALS)的抑制劑,它能抑制標的植株中支鏈胺基酸的合成,如亮胺酸、異亮胺酸及纈胺酸。
如上文所述,本發明涉及一種包含除草有效量的(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺之增效除草劑組成物,用於防治非所欲植物的生長。
本發明亦提供一種防治植株中非所欲植物生長的方法,包括對植物或其所在位置施用除草有效量的本發明第一方面之除草劑組成物。
在另一方面,本發明提供一種在所在位置上防治植株生長的方法,包括向所在位置施用除草有效量的氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺。
在另一方面,本發明提供氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺之組合在所在位置上防治植株生長的用途。
本發明的組成物和方法可用於防治非所欲的植物在多種農作物中的生長,包括穀物、棉花、馬鈴薯、向日葵、花生和大豆。藉由向該所在位置施用適量的氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺,可達成防治非所欲的植物在這些農作物中生長。這些活性組分可以一起或分別施用於所在位置。如果分別施用,則可同時及/或連續施用氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺。防治方法包括在植物或其所在位置上施用除草有效量的除草劑組成物。

(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺兩種成分在其較寬範圍重量比內組合或同時使用時,顯示出增效作用。在多個具體實施例中,採用的氟噻草胺的重量超過雙氟磺草胺。在本發明組成物中或其用途上,(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺的重量比較佳為高達1000:1,更佳為高達500:1,再更佳為高達450:1,更佳為高達360:1,在許多數實施例中較佳的重量比為高達150:1,再特佳為高達120:1。(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺的重量比較佳大於1:20,更佳大於1:15,再更佳大於1:10,更佳大於1:5,而對於許多實施例適合約1:1的重量比。較佳地,氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺的重量比範圍介於約1000:1至約1:20。較佳地,(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺的重量比介於約500:1至約1:15,更佳介於約450:1至約1:1,再更佳介於約360:1至約1:1,再更佳介於約150:1至約1:1,特佳介於約120:1至約5:1。

一般情況下,本發明組成物或方法中活性組分(A)氟噻草胺和(B)雙氟磺草胺總量的施用率為約0.01千克/公頃至約5.0千克/公頃。較佳地,活性成分的施用率介於約0.05千克/公頃至約3.0千克/公頃。
本發明一些實施例中,活性成分的施用率為80-500克/公頃之(A)氟噻草胺和1-20克/公頃之(B)雙氟磺草胺。本發明一些實施例中,活性成分的施用率為120-360克/公頃之(A)氟噻草胺和1-7.5克/公頃之(B)雙氟磺草胺。
如上文所述,本發明中,氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺可以作為兩部分除草劑系統的各部分分別或組合施用,如本發明的組成物。
本發明的組成物可以用傳統方法製備,例如將氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺與合適助劑混合。將根據如根據製劑類型之因素來來決定合適的助劑,且將為本領域的技術人員所熟知。

用於施用氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺組合物之適合製劑包括溶液(SL)、乳劑(EC)、水基乳劑(EW)、微乳劑(ME)、水懸劑(SC)、水分散性油懸劑(OD)、種子處理用水懸劑(FS)、水分散粒劑(WG)、水溶性粒劑水溶性粒劑(SG)、可濕性粉劑(WP)、水溶性粉劑(SP)、粒劑(GR)、膠囊粒劑(CG)、細粒劑(FG)、大粒劑(GG)、濃懸乳劑(SE)、膠囊懸著液(CS)及微粒劑(MG)。優選劑型為膠囊懸著液(CS)、乳劑(EC)、粒劑(GR)、水懸劑(SC)、水分散粒劑(WG)及可濕性粉劑(WP)。
在一個實施例中,除乳劑(EC)外,本發明可採用上述任何一種劑型。在該實施例中,較佳製劑類型為水懸劑(SC)、水分散粒劑(WG)、可濕性粉劑(WP)及膠囊懸著液(CS)。
本發明組成物可包含一種或多種的惰性填充劑。此類惰性填充劑為本領域技術人員所熟知且可可於市面上購得。合適的填充劑包括,例如,粉狀天然礦物,如高嶺土、氧化鋁、滑石粉、白堊土、石英、綠坡縷、蒙脫土,及矽藻土或合成礦粉,如高分散矽酸、氧化鋁、矽酸鹽、磷酸鈣及磷酸氫鈣。合適粒劑的惰性填充劑包括研磨粉碎的天然礦物,如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石及白雲石或合成無機和有機礦粉顆粒,以及有機材料顆粒,如木屑、椰子殼碎塊、玉米芯及煙草秸稈。
本發明組成物可選擇性包含一種或多種表面活性劑,其較佳為本質上的非離子、陽離子型及/或陰離子型,以及根據被配製活性化合物的,具有良好乳化性、分散性及濕潤性性質的表面活性劑混合物。合適的表面活性劑為本領域所熟知且可購得。

本發明組成物還可以選擇性的包含一種或多種的聚合穩定劑。適合用於本發明的聚合穩定劑包括但不限於聚丙烯、聚異丁烯、烯烴共聚物及二烯類、丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚氨酯或聚醯胺。合適的穩定劑為本領域所熟知且可購得。
上文中所述的表面活性劑和聚合穩定劑一般能提高本發明組成物的穩定性,從而便於本發明組成物的製備、儲存、運輸和施用。
適合用於本發明組成物中的抗發泡劑包括農化組成物中常用於此目的之所有物質。合適的抗發泡劑為本領域所熟知且可購得。特別較佳的抗發泡劑為聚二甲基矽氧烷和全氟烷基膦酸的混合物,例如GE公司和Compton公司的有機矽抗發泡劑。
適合用於本發明組成物中的溶劑包括所有可完全溶解於採用的
活性化合物的常用有機溶劑。同樣,適合氟唑草胺和雙氟磺草胺的有機溶劑為本領域已知。以下列舉可為較佳物質:N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、環己基-1-吡咯烷酮;或者為石蠟烴、異烷烴、環烷烴及芳香烴的混合物(可購買SOLVESSOTM200)。合適的溶劑可以在市場上購買。
合適的防腐劑包括於農化組成物中常用於此目的之所有物質,亦為本領域所熟知,可以提及的適合例子包括PREVENTOL®防腐劑(來自拜耳AG公司)和PROXEL®(來自拜耳AG公司)。
本發明組成物可以包含一種抗氧化劑。合適的抗氧化劑包括於農化組成物中常用於此目的之所有物質,且為本領域所熟知。較佳的抗氧化劑為丁基化羥基甲苯。
適合用於本發明組成物中的增稠劑包括於農化組成物中常用於此一目的之所有物質,實例包括黃原膠、聚乙烯醇、纖維素及其衍生物、水合矽酸鹽粘土、鎂鋁矽酸鹽或其混合物。同樣,此類增稠劑為本領域所熟知且可以購得。
本發明組成物還可以包含一種或多種固體粘合劑。此類粘合劑為本領域所熟知且可購得。它們包括有機粘合劑,包括增粘樹脂,如纖維素或經取代之纖維素、以粉末、顆粒或結晶形態的天然及合成聚合物,以及無機粘合劑,如石膏、矽石或水泥。
本發明之方法及用途中,活性組分氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺的組合可施加在所欲防治之位置,例如植株的葉子及/或周圍的土壤。「所在位置」(locus)是指植株生長的地方,播種植物體之繁殖材料的地方,或將要播種植物體之繁殖材料的地方。

在一個較佳實施例中,本發明之組成物及/或方法用於防治非所欲植物在穀類、棉花、馬鈴薯、向日葵、花生及大豆中的生長。
適合用本發明組成物和方法處理之適當作物包括耐受氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺的作物。耐藥性可以是選擇育種產生的天然耐藥性,或通過基因改造作物人工引入的耐藥性。就此而言,「耐藥性」是指對特定除草劑產生傷害的敏感性。
本發明中採用組成物可以按照本領域技術人員所熟悉的方法,以不同的濃度施用。藉由在種植前、出芽前或出芽後,於所欲防治之位置施用本發明方法和組成物能有效防治非所欲植物的生長。活性成分氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺可以藉由傳統方法施用於非所欲植物的葉面上。傳統方法包括塗覆、噴霧、噴灑、浸漬、浸泡、注入、灌溉及類
似方法。
除氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺的組合物外,本發明方法中還可採用其他農藥。例如,本發明組成物可包含或混入其他農藥,如殺真菌劑、殺昆蟲劑和殺線蟲劑、生長因子和化肥,以增強本發明的活性或擴大其活性譜。與此類似,本發明的方法中可與前文所述的一種或多種活性組分組合使用,也是為了增強藥效和擴寬活性譜。
儘管本發明以優選實施例和案例來說明,但本發明的適用範圍並不局限於所述的實施例。如本領域技術人員所熟悉,在不背離本發明申請專利範圍所載定義之目的和範圍的情況下,可以對上述發明進行修改和改良。

- 如請求項16中任何一項所述的方法,其中生長受防治的植株屬於以下其中一種或多種:狗尾草(狗尾草屬)(Setaria spp.)、野生龍爪稷(龍爪稷屬)(Eleusine spp.)、茅草(馬唐屬)(Digitaria spp.)、黑麥草(黑麥草屬)(Lolium spp.)、薺菜(薺菜)(Capsella bursapastories)、羊腿藜(藜)(Chenopodium album)、雙棘(翼蓼)(Oxygonum sinuatum)、蔓首烏(卷莖蓼)(polygonum convolvulus)、印加孔雀草(印加孔雀草)(Tagetes minuta)、辣子草(牛膝菊)(Galinsoga parviflora)、野蘿蔔(野蘿蔔)(Raphanus raphanastrium)、黑草(看麥娘屬)(Alopecurus spp.)、早熟禾(早熟禾屬)(Poa spp.)、阿拉伯草(阿披拉草屬)(Apera spp.)、稗草(稗屬)(Echinochloa spp.)、豬殃殃(豬殃殃)(Galium aparine)、繁縷(繁縷)(Stellaria media)、大蒜芥(大蒜芥)(Sisymbrium officinale)、野鬥蓬草、甘菊(西洋甘菊)(Matricaria chamomilla)、淡甘菊(淡甘菊)(Matricaria perforate),白花鬼針草(shephard’s-needle)、薺菜(shepherd’s-purse)、自生油菜(西洋油菜)(Brassica napus)、野蘿蔔(野蘿蔔)(Raphanus raphanastrium)、野芥菜(白芥子)(Sinapis arvensis)及罌粟(虞美人)(Papaver rhoeas)。

- 如請求項16所述的方法,其中氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺的施用率為0.01千克/公頃至約5.0千克/公頃之活性成分氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺的施用總量。
- 如請求項24所述的方法,其中氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺的施用率為80至500克/公頃之氟噻草胺及1至20克/公頃之雙氟磺草胺。
- 如請求項16至25中任一項所述的方法,其中氟噻草胺和雙氟磺草胺於種植前、發芽前及/或發芽後施用。
