Abstract
一種應用於不含氟化物表面塗層之容器製備方法,製備方法的步驟包含:首先提供一容器結構基材與熔覆材料,熔覆材料為一氮化硼粉末材料,其化學成分的重量百分比包括硼43wt%、三氧化二硼0.1wt%、碳0.03wt%及水0.15wt%,其氮化硼粉末材料純度為99.5%、氮化硼粉末材料顆粒平均尺寸為60μm~160μm、氮化硼粉末材料密度為0.4g/cm3;再應用熔覆技術,將氮化硼粉末材料熔覆於本體內表面,而形成一熔覆層;應用於不含氟化物的表面塗層之容器,其結構包括:本體,具有一內表面;熔覆層,成形於內表面,熔覆層係由前述氮化硼粉末材料經熔覆技術加工成形。
Description
本發明係有關於一種容器及其製備方法,特別是有關於一種應用於不含氟化物表面塗層之容器製備方法。
不沾粘容器例如不沾鍋(不粘鍋)之所以不沾粘,全在於容器內(如鍋底)有一層叫“鐵氟龍(Teflon)”的塗料。鐵氟龍物質是含氟樹脂包括聚四氟乙烯、聚全氟乙丙烯及各種含氟共聚物。研究發現鐵氟龍在高溫下,塗層會分解及釋放出對人體有害氣體。依據2016年4月11日衛生福利部食品藥物管理署公告資訊:不沾鍋鍋內塗有一層聚四氟乙烯俗稱「鐵氟龍(Teflon)」的塗料,具有耐高低溫(-190~260℃)、耐蝕性(抗酸抗鹼)等性能。惟塗料中含有全氟辛酸(PFOA),此物質加熱至327℃時,溶出機率增加。全氟辛酸(PFOA)可能造成肝臟損傷、影響內分泌系統,目前已被國際癌症研究機構(IARC)列為第2A類可能致癌物質。另外中國醫藥學院的研究指出,不沾鍋放入熱油(125℃)十五分鐘,未測到全氟辛酸(一種助劑,在動物實驗證實對肝臟等有毒性),但是但若遇高溫或酸性食物,就有可能會促進溶出。
不沾鍋塗層主要原料是聚四氟乙烯含鐵氟龍,從現有鐵氟龍不沾鍋的塗料成型技術來看,其技術缺點是:1)使用溫度要限制在250℃以下,鐵氟龍在高溫下塗層會分解及會釋放出對人體有害氣體的問題;四氟乙烯結合強度不高,使用金屬用具刮碰不粘廚具表面,導致塗層大面積脫落;2)不沾鍋不能製作酸性食品、酸性物質容易腐蝕金屬機體,在清洗不粘
廚具時注意避免磨損的問題,若採用鐵氟龍不沾鍋的塗料成型技術,都存在著上述問題。
然而,市場上銷售的不沾鍋的鍋體主要是3種材質:鋁合金,表面有一層較厚氧化鋁;不銹鋼,表面有一層氧化鉻,抗腐蝕性較強,腐蝕緩慢;還有鐵,鐵很容易被酸大面積腐蝕,從而把塗層掀起。
本發明的目的在於,本發明應用熔覆技術提供一種應用於不含氟化物表面塗層之容器及其製備方法,可將不同材料的容器基材及熔覆材料進行冶金結合。
本發明完成上述容器目的的技術手段為,本發明提供一種應用於不含氟化物的表面塗層之容器,其結構包括:一本體,其具有一盛裝食材的內表面;一熔覆層,係成形於該內表面,該熔覆層係以食品級氮化硼粉末材料經熔覆技術加工成形,該食品級氮化硼粉末材料的重量百分比係包括硼(B)43wt%、三氧化二硼(B2O3)0.1wt%、碳(0.03wt%)、水(H2O)0.15wt%,食品級氮化硼粉末材料的純度99.5%、食品級氮化硼粉末材料顆粒平均尺寸為60μm~160μm、食品級氮化硼粉末材料的密度0.4g/cm3組成。
在一實施例中,該本體係為金屬或陶瓷材料所製成。

在一實施例中,該熔覆技術處理係選自於由熱噴塗、化學鍍、物理鍍、及雷射熔覆所組成之群組,經熔覆該本體內表面植孔結構形成複合陶瓷結構之熔覆層。
在一實施例中,該容器結構基材係為金屬或陶瓷材料所製成,且需覆層的表面加工精度不低於IT7。
在一實施例中,該熔覆技術係為雷射熔覆(Laser Cladding),其送粉方式係採用同步送粉或預置送粉方式,送粉氣體為惰性氣體,該雷射熔覆技術的參數範圍是:雷射功率1000~3500W、掃描速度3~12mm/S、送粉量6~20g/min。該雷射熔覆技術的類型,係選自於由單道軌跡成型、多道軌跡搭接、多層軌跡層疊及封閉曲線軌跡對接所組成的群組。
在一實施例中,該熔覆材料為硬質合金陶瓷材料或硬質合金陶瓷材料粉末。
在一實施例中,其中在進行該熔覆技術步驟之前,該本體內表面以噴砂或滾壓或是壓花方式處理,形成為分佈均勻的植孔結構。
本發明之特點在於:本發明之熔覆物件的材料選擇方面,氮化硼材料具有改善現有“鐵氟龍”的塗料缺陷如毒性,不耐蝕與物/化性安定差及不耐磨性能的缺點。本發明採用同步/預置送粉技術方式,以及與熔覆技術屬性相對應的優化熔覆技術參數選擇。技術實施過程中涉及搭接、層疊等四類技術方法,並通過雷射熔覆技術,獲得了熔覆材料和基體之間的冶金方式結合。本發明可有效強化金屬或陶瓷容器表層性能,進而可長效維持容器具化性安定及無毒安全表層之完整能力者。本發明製備的不沾粘容器技術簡單,製備過程安全環保,所製得的容器具有不含氟化物、無損人體健康、耐磨性好和使用壽命長的特點,很好解決了目前現有以鐵氟龍不粘鍋的塗料存在如具毒性,不耐蝕與物/化性安定差及不耐磨等缺點;也解決了不粘鍋使用溫度不可超過攝氏250度、不粘鍋不能製作盛放酸性食
品等問題。本發明充分利用了熔覆技術優勢,實現了一種應用於不含氟化物表面塗層及製備方法:1.不同材料(金屬或陶瓷容器基體)及熔覆材料的冶金結合,稀釋率小,保持了熔覆層材料具抗高溫、耐蝕與物/化性安定、熱傳導性佳、超硬耐磨及自潤滑性佳、化學安定性佳,美國FDA核准為食品工業添加劑,不沾粘特性以及有效強化金屬或陶瓷容器表層性能;2.本發明實現熔覆層形狀近淨成型,減少後序精密加工量;3.本發明之技術可長效維持容器內表面表層具物/化性安定及無毒安全且不含氟化物的特性。

請參照圖1所示。本實施例之應用於不含氟化物的表面塗層之容器,其結構包括:一本體10,其具有一盛裝食材的內表面11,該本體10可為金屬或陶瓷材料所製成;一熔覆層30,係成形於該內表面11,該熔覆層30係由氮化硼粉末材料經熔覆技術加工成形,該氮化硼粉末材料包含硼(B)43wt%、三氧化二硼(B2O3)0.1wt%、碳(0.03wt%)、水(H2O)0.15wt%,該氮化硼粉末材料純度99.5%、該氮化硼粉末材料顆粒平均尺寸為60μm~160μm、該氮化硼粉末材料密度0.4g/cm3。
請參照圖2至圖4所示。本實施例之容器之不含氟化物表面塗層的製備方法,其步驟包括:
步驟S10,提供一容器結構基材之本體10與熔覆材料,該熔
覆材料為一氮化硼粉末材料20,其化學成分的重量百分比包括硼(B)43wt%、三氧化二硼(B2O3)0.1wt%、碳0.03wt%、水(H2O)0.15wt%,氮化硼粉末材料20的純度99.5%該氮化硼粉末材料顆粒平均尺寸為60μm~160μm、該氮化硼粉末材料的密度0.4g/cm3。
步驟S20,應用熔覆技術,將該氮化硼粉末材料20熔覆於該容器結構基材之本體10內表面11,而形成一熔覆層30。
一種容器之不含氟化物表面塗層的製備方法,其步驟包括:步驟S10,提供一容器結構基材之本體10與熔覆材料,該熔覆材料為一氮化硼粉末材料20,其化學成分的重量百分比包括硼(B)43wt%、三氧化二硼(B2O3)0.1wt%、碳0.03wt%、水(H2O)0.15wt%,該氮化硼粉末材料的純度99.5%、該氮化硼粉末材料顆粒平均尺寸為60μm~160μm、該氮化硼粉末材料的密度0.4g/cm3;步驟S20,應用熔覆技術,將該氮化硼粉末材料20熔覆於該容器結構基材之本體10內表面11,而形成一熔覆層30。
在一實施例中,該熔覆技術處理係選自於由熱噴塗、化學鍍、物理鍍、及雷射熔覆所組成之群組,經熔覆該本體內表面植孔結構形成複合陶瓷結構之熔覆層。
在一實施例中,該容器結構基材係為金屬或陶瓷材料所製成,且需覆層的表面加工精度不低於IT7。
在一實施例中,該熔覆技術係為雷射熔覆(Laser Cladding),其送粉方式係採用同步送粉或預置送粉方式(同步送粉方式是將粉末直接輸送在雷射輻射所形成的移動熔池上,塗層一次性形成,預置送粉方式是將粉末預先鋪設在雷射頭移動路徑的區域,再完成雷射光束照射),送粉氣體為惰性氣體,該雷射熔覆技術的參數範圍是:雷射功率1000~3500W、掃描速度3~12mm/S、送粉量6~20g/min。該雷射熔覆技術的類型,係選自於由單道軌跡成型、多道軌跡搭接、多層軌跡層疊及封閉曲線軌跡對接所組成的群組。
圖3為上述實施例所使用之熔覆技術為同步送粉法中之同軸送粉式雷射熔覆之示意圖,圖中,雷射頭C行進方向D移動,雷射光束A通過注入保護氣體B及氮化硼粉末材料20的雷射頭C,並通過雷射頭C照射在本體10表面上,而將氮化硼粉末材料20熔覆於其上,以形成熔覆層30;圖4為本發明的熔覆技術為預置送粉方式的雷射熔覆之示意圖,圖中,雷射頭C’行進方向D’移動,該氮化硼粉末材料20預先鋪設在該雷射光束A’照射的本體10表面的加工區域上,再以雷射光束A’通過注入保護氣體B’的雷射頭C’,並照射在本體10表面的加工區域上,以將氮化硼粉末材料20熔覆形成熔覆層30。
在一實施例中,該熔覆材料為硬質合金陶瓷材料或硬質合金陶瓷材料粉末,該粉末顆粒平均尺寸為60μm~160μm。
在一實施例中,其中在進行該熔覆技術步驟之前,該本體內表面以噴砂或滾壓或是壓花方式處理,形成為分佈均勻的植孔結構。
Claims (6)
- 一種食物容器之表面具有氮化硼的熔覆層的製備方法,其步驟包括:提供一食物容器結構基材之一本體與熔覆材料,該熔覆材料為一氮化硼粉末材料,其化學成分的重量百分比包括硼(B)43wt%、三氧化二硼(B2O3)0.1wt%、碳0.03wt%、水(H2O)0.15wt%,該氮化硼粉末材料的純度99.5%、該氮化硼粉末材料顆粒平均尺寸為60μm~160μm、該氮化硼粉末材料密度0.4g/cm3;以及應用冶金結合連接方式的熔覆技術,將該氮化硼粉末材料熔覆於本體之盛裝食材的內表面,而形成一冶金結合的熔覆層,該熔覆技術係為雷射熔覆,其送粉方式係採用同步送粉或預置送粉方式,送粉氣體為惰性氣體,該雷射熔覆技術的參數範圍是:雷射功率1000~3500W、掃描速度3~12mm/S、送粉量6~20g/min。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之食物容器之表面具有氮化硼的熔覆層的製備方法,其中經熔覆該本體內表面植孔結構形成複合陶瓷結構之熔覆層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之食物容器之表面具有氮化硼的熔覆層的製備方法,其中該容器結構基材之該本體係為金屬或陶瓷材料所製成,且需覆層的盛裝食材的內表面加工精度不低於IT7。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之食物容器之表面具有氮化硼的熔覆層的製備方法,其中該熔覆材料為硬質合金陶瓷材料或硬質合金陶瓷材料粉末。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之食物容器之表面具有氮化硼的熔覆層的製備方法,其中在進行該熔覆技術步驟之前,該本體內表面以噴砂或滾壓或是壓花方式處理,形成為分佈均勻的植孔結構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之食物容器之表面具有氮化硼的熔覆層的製備方法,其中該雷射熔覆技術的類型,係選自於由單道軌跡成型、多道軌跡搭接、多層軌跡層疊及封閉曲線軌跡對接所組成的群組。
