Abstract
一種聚酯系樹脂粒子,係含有聚酯系樹脂作為基材樹脂,前述基材樹脂以DSC測定顯示對應結晶熔解溫度之複數吸熱波峰,前述吸熱波峰在低溫側區域與高溫側區域中各至少存在1個,前述低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰與前述高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰顯示0.1至1.5之範圍之結晶熔解熱量比(低溫側結晶熔解熱量/高溫側結晶熔解熱量),且具有1至50μm之體積平均粒徑。
Description
本發明係關於聚酯系樹脂粒子、其製造方法及其用途。更詳細而言,本發明係關於具有微小粒徑之聚酯系樹脂粒子及其用途、以及由聚酯系原料樹脂藉由機械性粉碎而容易地製造聚酯系樹脂粒子之方法。本發明之聚酯系樹脂粒子係適合於塗層用添加劑、化妝品用添加劑等。
乙烯系單體之自由基聚合物所構成之樹脂粒子一般係藉由懸濁聚合法、乳化聚合法等而製造,可製造較微小的粒子。所得樹脂粒子係廣泛使用作為塗層用添加劑、化妝品用添加劑等。
另一方面,聚酯系樹脂、聚醯胺系樹脂、聚碳酸酯系樹脂、氟系樹脂等之縮聚物所構成之樹脂粒子,主要係以機械性粉碎法、凍結粉碎法而製造。但已知該等方法一般難以製造微小的粒子。該等縮聚物之樹脂粒子中,作為微小聚酯系樹脂粒子之製造方法係提案有下列3個方法。

1)所記載之方法,係將包括部分結晶性聚酯與其中間溶劑之混合物加熱至混合狀態的熔點以上,其後冷卻至產生固相/液相分離之溫度,藉此獲得數μm至數10μm左右之微小聚酯系樹脂粒子。
第二個方法是日本特開2006-328251號公報(專利文獻2)所記載之方法,係將聚酯系樹脂使用二醇進行部分解聚合而獲得多孔質狀錠粒,並將該多孔質狀錠粒粉碎,藉此獲得0.1至50μm之微小聚酯系樹脂粒子之方法。
第三個方法是日本特開平11-114961號公報(專利文獻3)所記載之方法,係將原料之PET樹脂加熱處理,藉此成為結晶度55%以上、且DSC分析檢測之鄰接第1波峰域之高溫側第2波峰域面積增大的結晶狀態後,在常溫下機械粉碎,藉此獲得聚酯系樹脂粒子之方法。

專利文獻1之方法中,必須加溫至超過聚酯系樹脂熔點之溫度(例如聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯為200℃以上),故有製造成本高的課題。又,粒子之精製步驟中,必
須進行萃取中間溶劑之複雜處理,有生產效率降低之課題。另外,即便經過具有該等課題之方法,也受限在僅能獲得多孔質形狀之粒子。
另一方面,專利文獻2之方法係為了容易粉碎而藉由部分解聚合形成多孔質狀錠粒。但,該方法有部分解聚合時產生之副產物(例如對苯二甲酸酯)殘留之虞,有用途受限的課題。又,必須進行部分解聚合之複雜處理,有生產效率降低之課題。
專利文獻3之方法係藉由加熱處理將結晶度提高至55%以上,並變更結晶狀態,藉此不使用一般樹脂粉碎所使用之凍結粉碎等方法也可容易在常溫粉碎。該方法中,即使進行長時間的加熱處理(為了改變結晶相所必要的加熱時間通常為3至40小時),也無法微粉碎至低於50μm。故即便重複粉碎,最高也僅能獲得85μm左右之微粒子。又,所得粒子係從原料樹脂大幅(55%以上)提高結晶度,故例如將該粒子使用在一般使用之粉體塗料時,有烘烤時粒子之熔融性降低的課題。進一步地,在塗料、其他用途中,殘存有結晶性過高導致粒子本身強度降低(脆性)等物性面的課題。
本發明之發明人等發現具有DSC測定顯示特定範圍之結晶熔解熱量比之2個吸熱波峰、以及特定範圍之體積平均粒徑之聚酯系樹脂粒子可解決上述課題,從而完成本發明。
又,根據本發明可提供一種聚酯系樹脂粒子,係含有聚酯系樹脂作為基材樹脂,
前述基材樹脂以DSC測定顯示對應結晶熔解溫度之複數吸熱波峰,前述吸熱波峰在低溫側區域與高溫側區域各至少存在1個,前述低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰與前述高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰顯示0.1至1.5之範圍之結晶熔解熱量比(低溫側結晶熔解熱量/高溫側結晶熔解熱量),且具有1至50μm之體積平均粒徑。
進一步,根據本發明可提供一種聚酯系樹脂粒子之製造方法,係上述聚酯系樹脂粒子之製造方法,係包括將固有黏度為0.5至1.3dl/g、DSC測定之結晶度為30至50%之聚酯系原料樹脂與二醇醚系溶劑接觸之步驟,以及在接觸後粉碎之步驟,
前述接觸係在聚酯系原料樹脂之結晶化溫度以上之溫度下進行,
前述二醇醚系溶劑為3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇。
又,根據本發明可提供一種塗層材料,係摻配有上述聚酯系樹脂粒子。
又,根據本發明可提供一種化妝品,係摻配有上述聚酯系樹脂粒子。
根據本發明可提供由原料樹脂的結晶度不會大幅改變,且具有微小粒徑之聚酯系樹脂粒子。
以下任一種情形,可提供由原料樹脂的結晶度不會大
幅改變,且更微小的聚酯系樹脂粒子。
(1)聚酯系樹脂為聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯。
(2)低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰在230℃以上且未滿250℃之範圍顯示最大波峰值,高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰在高於250℃且260℃以下之範圍顯示最大波峰值。
(3)低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰顯示5至35J/g之結晶熔解熱量,高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰顯示20至50J/g之結晶熔解熱量。
又,根據本發明可提供可用簡便微粉碎法製作上述聚酯系樹脂粒子之製造方法。

(聚酯系樹脂粒子)
聚酯系樹脂粒子係含有聚酯系樹脂作為基材樹脂,並具有下列各種物性。
(1)各種物性
(a)基材樹脂之結晶熔解熱量比
低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰與高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰顯示0.1至1.5之範圍之結晶熔解熱量比(低溫側結晶熔解熱量/高溫側結晶熔解熱量)。
在此,吸熱波峰係對應基材樹脂以DSC測定顯示的結晶熔解溫度之波峰。基材樹脂係顯示複數吸熱波峰。又,低溫側區域與高溫側區域為以250℃為界的區域,且在各別的區域存在至少1個吸熱波峰。
結晶熔解熱量比未滿0.1時及大於1.5時,無法顯示充分微粉碎性。結晶熔解熱量比可為0.1、0.12、0.13、0.15、0.18、0.3、0.5、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.3、1.4、1.45、1.5。結晶熔解熱量比較佳為0.12至1.45,更佳為0.13至1.40。
又,低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰較佳為在230℃以上且未滿250℃之範圍顯示最大波峰值。另一方面,高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰較佳為在高於250℃且260℃以下之範圍顯示最大波峰值。藉由在該等範圍內具有最大波峰值,而可在不改變基材樹脂之結晶性下賦予所謂微粉碎性的性質。低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰可為230℃、235℃、240℃、245℃、249℃。另一方面,高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰可為251℃、253℃、255℃、257℃、260℃。
又,低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰較佳為顯示5至35J/g之結晶熔解熱量。另一方面,高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰較佳為顯示20至50J/g之結晶熔解熱量。藉由使結晶熔解熱量在該等範圍內,可對基材樹脂賦予所謂微粉碎性的性質。低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰可為5J/g、10J/g、15J/g、20J/g、25J/g、30J/g、35J/g。另一方面,高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰可為20J/g、25J/g、30J/g、35J/g、40J/g、45J/g、50J/g。
(b)體積平均粒徑
聚酯系樹脂粒子具有1至50μm之體積平均粒徑。體積平均粒徑未滿1μm時,即使以本發明之製造法也不易獲得。大於50μm時,即使用以下說明方法以外的方法也可獲得粒子,故本發明的好處會減少。體積平均粒徑可為1μm、10μm、15μm、20μm、25μm、30μm、35μm、40μm、45μm、50μm。雖依用途不同,但體積平均粒徑較佳為1至45μm,更佳為1至40μm。
(c)外形
聚酯系樹脂粒子之外形並無特別限定。可舉例如球狀、圓柱狀、不定型狀等。其中較佳為盡可能接近球狀。
(2)基材樹脂
作為基材樹脂之聚酯系樹脂較佳為聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯。
在此,聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯具體而言較佳為包括90莫耳%以上,更佳為95莫耳%以上,又更佳為98莫耳%以
上之對苯二甲酸乙二酯單元。作為其他成分可舉例有間苯二甲酸、萘二羧酸、癸二酸等之酸成分;二乙二醇、丙二醇等之二醇成分。更具體而言,可舉例如間苯二甲酸乙二酯單元、萘二羧酸乙二酯單元、對苯二甲酸二乙二酯單元等。亦即原料聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯較佳為均聚物,但可為相對於全二羧酸成分使用10莫耳%以下之間苯二甲酸、萘二羧酸等對苯二甲酸以外之二羧酸成分、及/或二乙二醇等乙二醇以外之二醇成分的共聚合物。又,也可為相對於全質量混合10質量%以下之其他縮合樹脂之混合聚合物。
又,也可利用使用單乙二醇所得之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯,該單乙二醇係將源自植物之生物乙醇作為原料所合成。
聚酯系樹脂較佳為具有0.5至1.3dl/g之固有黏度。固有黏度未滿0.5dl/g時,分子量低,故不具有充分樹脂物性。大於1.3dl/g時,即便使用本發明之製造法,亦會使易粉碎化所需溶劑接觸時間需要長時間。固有黏度可為0.5dl/g、0.6dl/g、0.7dl/g、0.9dl/g、1.0dl/g、1.1dl/g、1.2dl/g、1.3dl/g。固有黏度較佳為0.6至1.2dl/g,更佳為0.7至1.1dl/g。
(3)其他添加劑
聚酯系樹脂粒子中除了基材樹脂以外可視需要含有其他添加劑。其他添加劑可舉例如塑化劑、阻燃劑、阻燃助劑、抗靜電劑、展著劑、氣泡調整劑、充填劑、著色劑、耐候劑、抗老化劑、滑劑、防霧劑、香料等。
(聚酯系樹脂粒子之製造方法)
上述聚酯系樹脂粒子之製造方法係包括:將固有黏度為0.5至1.3dl/g、DSC測定之結晶度為35至50%之聚酯系原料樹脂與二醇醚系溶劑接觸之步驟(接觸步驟);以及在接觸後粉碎之步驟(粉碎步驟)。在此,所使用聚酯系原料樹脂其形狀並無特別限定。例如一般常使用之直徑及長度為1至數mm左右之所謂錠粒狀形狀者,係適合使用。
固有黏度可為0.5dl/g、0.6dl/g、0.7dl/g、0.9dl/g、1.0dl/g、1.1dl/g、1.2dl/g、1.3dl/g。結晶度可為35%、37%、40%、43%、45%、47%、50%。
(1)接觸步驟
接觸一般在聚酯系原料樹脂之結晶化溫度以上之溫度下進行。藉由在該溫度下之接觸而可有效率降低固有黏度。接觸溫度較佳為較結晶化溫度高20℃以上,更具體而言較佳為高25至60℃之範圍,可以高25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃、50℃、55℃、60℃。在此,使用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂時,已知結晶化溫度通常在140℃附近,因此接觸溫度之較佳範圍為165至200℃之範圍。接觸後一般冷卻至室溫(約25℃)。
接觸步驟中,係在二醇醚系溶劑存在下將聚酯系樹脂加溫至聚酯系樹脂之結晶化溫度以上之溫度,其後冷卻。藉由該一連串操作,可在不產生生成單體等級之部分解聚合下,將聚酯系原料樹脂低固有黏度化,且可在不大幅改變聚酯系樹脂之結晶度下,提升DSC測定之結晶熔解波峰溫度。發明人等認為該提升的理由是結晶重排
所導致之結晶成長,藉由該上昇而改變機械性強度,可容易地機械性粉碎。又,發明人等以電子顯微鏡觀察實施例之接觸步驟後之聚酯系原料樹脂,確認並未產生如專利文獻2所記載之多孔質化。因此,部分解聚合所產生低分子量成分之溶出會導致錠粒強度降低,該錠粒強度降低會造成易粉碎性,而本發明之製造方法並非利用該易粉碎性者。又,從結晶度幾乎沒改變、以及未見接觸步驟前後比重上昇來看,認為並非為結晶度上昇所造成的易粉碎性。
與二醇醚系溶劑接觸前之聚酯系原料樹脂係具有上述範圍之固有黏度及結晶度。
固有黏度未滿0.5dl/g時,與二醇系溶劑接觸所造成的分子量降低顯著,有粉碎所得樹脂粒子不具充分樹脂物性的情形。大於1.3dl/g時,即使使用本發明之製造法,易粉碎化所需之溶劑接觸時間係需要長時間。固有黏度較佳為0.6至1.3dl/g,更佳為0.7至1.1dl/g。結晶度較佳為35至50%,更佳為35至45%。結晶度未滿30%時,會因樹脂彈性導致粉碎效果不充分,會因成為絲狀粒子等而使微粉碎化變得困難。大於50%時,結晶性高,故難以獲得溶劑接觸所致改質效果。
二醇醚系溶劑可使用3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇。
接觸只要將欲接觸之聚酯系原料樹脂全表面與二醇醚系溶劑接觸即可。因此,可藉由將聚酯系原料樹脂浸漬在裝滿於容器之二醇醚系溶劑的方法及將二醇醚系溶劑噴霧
於聚酯系原料樹脂的方法等而進行接觸。其中,以可確實進行接觸之觀點而言,較佳為前者之浸漬方法。
接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂可視需要實施從二醇醚系溶劑的過濾步驟、水洗步驟、乾燥步驟。
(2)粉碎步驟
粉碎只要可從接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂獲得聚酯系樹脂粒子,則無特別限定。粉碎方法可使用利用各種粉碎機之方法。
粉碎步驟中,例如可在以壓碎機、槌粉碎機、刀片式粉碎機之類之粉碎機進行粗粉碎後,又再以例如KRYPTRON SYSTEM(川崎重工業公司製)、SUPER ROTER(Nisshin Engineering公司製)、Turbo Mill(Turbo工業製)、PULVERIZER(細川密克朗公司製)等之機械式粉碎機,或CURRENTJET粉碎機、SUPERJET粉碎機(Nisshin Engineering公司製)之噴氣式微粉碎機進行微粉碎。
其後可視需要進一步使用慣性分級方式之ELBOWJET(日鐵礦業公司製)、離心力分級方式之Turboplex(細川密克朗公司製)、TSP SEPARATOR(細川密克朗公司製)、FACULTY(細川密克朗公司製)等之分級機或篩分機進行分級,而獲得目的之聚酯系樹脂粒子。
又,也可視需要在粉碎後使用HYBRIDIZATION SYSTEM(奈良機械製作所製)、MECHANO FUSION SYSTEM(細川密克朗公司製)、FACULTY(細川密克朗公司製)、Meteorainbow MR Type(Nippon Pneumatic公司製)進行球形
化處理等。
粉碎所得之聚酯系樹脂粒子,較佳為低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰與前述高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰顯示0.1至1.5之範圍之結晶熔解熱量比(低溫側結晶熔解熱量/高溫側結晶熔解熱量),且顯示聚酯系原料樹脂之30至100%之固有黏度。藉由改變固有黏度及結晶性至該等範圍,而可改變聚酯系原料樹脂之機械性強度,並容易進行機械性粉碎。結晶熔解熱量比可為0.1、0.3、0.5、0.8、1.0、1.3、1.5。粉碎所得之聚酯系樹脂粒子之固有黏度可為聚酯系原料樹脂之固有黏度之30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%。
粉碎所得之聚酯系樹脂粒子可視需要分級至所求粒徑。
(用途)
聚酯系樹脂粒子係可使用於塗層材料、化妝品等用途。
(1)塗層材料
塗層材料可視需要含有黏合劑樹脂、紫外線硬化樹脂、溶劑等。黏合劑樹脂可使用可溶於有機溶劑或水之樹脂、或可分散於水中之乳液型水性樹脂。
黏合劑樹脂可舉出丙烯酸樹脂、醇酸樹脂、聚酯樹脂、聚胺甲酸乙酯樹脂、氯化聚烯烴樹脂、非晶質聚烯烴樹脂等,紫外線硬化樹脂可舉出多元醇多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯等之類之多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂;由具有二異氰酸酯、
多元醇、及羥基之(甲基)丙烯酸酯等所合成之類的多官能胺甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯樹脂等。
紫外線硬化性樹脂較佳為多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂,更佳為1分子中具有3個以上(甲基)丙烯醯基之多元醇多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂。1分子中具有3個以上(甲基)丙烯醯基之多元醇多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯樹脂具體而言可舉出三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羥甲基乙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,2,4-環己烷四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、五甘油三丙烯酸酯、新戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二新戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、二新戊四醇五丙烯酸酯、二新戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二新戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三新戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、三新戊四醇六丙烯酸酯等,可單獨使用或併用二種以上。
使用紫外線硬化性樹脂時,可在紫外線硬化性樹脂添加光聚合起始劑而作為黏合劑樹脂。光聚合起始劑並無特別限定。
光聚合起始劑可例如苯乙酮類、安息香類、二苯基酮類、膦氧化物類、縮酮類、α-羥基苯烷酮類、α-胺基苯烷酮、蒽醌類、噻噸酮類、偶氮化合物、過氧化物類(記載於日本特開2001-139663號公報等)、2,3-二烷基二酮化合物類、二硫化物化合物類、氟胺化合物類、芳香族鋶類、鎓鹽類、硼酸鹽、活性鹵素化合物、α-醯基肟酯等。
該等黏合劑樹脂或紫外線硬化樹脂可依照對塗裝基材之塗料密著性、使用環境等而適當選擇。
黏合劑樹脂或紫外線硬化樹脂及聚酯系樹脂粒子之添加量,係因所形成塗膜之膜厚、聚酯系樹脂粒子之平均粒徑及塗裝方法而異。黏合劑樹脂之添加量較佳為相對黏合劑樹脂(使用乳液型水性樹脂時為固形分)及聚酯系樹脂粒子之合計為5至50質量%。更佳之含有量為10至50質量%,又更佳之含有量為20至40質量%。
溶劑並無特別限定,但較佳為使用可溶解或分散黏合劑樹脂或紫外線硬化樹脂之溶劑。例如若為油系塗料,可舉出甲苯、二甲苯等之烴系溶劑;甲乙酮、甲基異丁基酮等之酮系溶劑;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等之酯系溶劑;二烷、乙二醇二乙基醚、乙二醇單丁基醚等之醚系溶劑等。若為水系塗料,可使用水、醇類等。該等溶劑可單獨使用或混合2種以上使用。塗層材料中之溶劑含有量一般相對於塗料組成物全量為20至60質量%左右。
在塗層材料中可視需要含有公知之塗面調整劑、流動性調整劑、紫外線吸收劑、光安定劑、硬化觸媒、體質顏料、著色顏料、金屬顏料、雲母粉顏料、染料等。
使用塗層材料之塗膜形成方法並無特別限定,可使用任意公知方法。可舉例如噴霧塗裝法、輥塗裝法、刷塗法等方法;又,於膜等基材塗層薄層之方法可舉出塗層逆輥塗層法、凹板塗層法、模塗層法、逗點刮刀塗層法、噴霧塗層法。塗料組成物可視需要稀釋而調整黏度。稀釋劑可舉出甲苯、二甲苯等之烴系溶劑;甲基乙酮、甲基異丁酮
等之酮系溶劑;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等之酯系溶劑;二烷、乙二醇二乙基醚等之醚系溶劑;水;醇系溶劑等。該等稀釋劑可單獨使用或混合2種以上使用。
在基材等之任意塗布面塗布而製作塗布膜,乾燥該塗布膜後視需要硬化塗布膜,藉此可形成塗膜。又,使用塗層材料之塗膜可塗層於各種基材而使用,並不特別限定於金屬、木材、玻璃、塑膠等。又,可塗層於PET、PC、壓克力等之透明基材而使用。
(化妝品)
化妝品較佳為含有1至40質量%之範圍之聚酯系樹脂粒子。
化妝品可舉出肥皂、沐浴乳、洗面乳、磨砂洗面乳等之洗淨用化妝品、化妝水、乳霜、乳液、面膜類、白粉類、粉底、口紅、護唇膏、腮紅、眉眼化妝品、美甲化妝品、洗髮用化妝品、染毛料、整髮料、芳香性化妝品、牙膏、沐浴用劑、制汗劑、防曬製品、曬黑製品、爽身粉、嬰兒粉等之身體用化妝品、刮鬍用乳霜、剃鬚液、鬚後液、潤膚液等之乳液等。
又,在不損及本發明效果之範圍內,可因應目的在化妝品摻配一般使用之成分。如此成分可舉例如水、低級醇、油脂及蠟類、烴、高級脂肪酸、高級醇、固醇、脂肪酸酯、金屬肥皂、保濕劑、界面活性劑、高分子化合物、色材原料、香料、防腐/殺菌劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、特殊摻配成分。
油脂及蠟類可舉出鱷梨油、扁桃油、橄欖油、可可脂、牛脂、芝麻脂、小麥胚芽油、紅花油、牛油樹油脂、海龜油、山茶花油、杏油、蓖麻油、葡萄油、夏威夷核果油、貂油、蛋黃油、木蠟、椰子油、玫瑰果油、硬化油、矽油、大西洋胸棘鯛油、棕櫚蠟、堪地里拉蠟、鯨蠟、荷荷巴油、褐碳蠟、蜜蠟、羊毛脂等。
烴可舉出流動石蠟、凡士林、石蠟、純地蠟、微晶蠟、鯊烯等。高級脂肪酸可舉出月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、油酸、二十二酸、十一烯酸、羥硬脂酸、亞麻油酸、羊毛脂脂肪酸、合成脂肪酸。
高級醇可舉出月桂醇、鯨蠟醇、鯨蠟硬脂醇、硬脂醇、油醇、二十二烷醇、羊毛脂醇、氫化羊毛脂醇、己基癸醇、辛基癸醇、異硬脂醇、荷荷巴醇、癸基十四烷醇等。
固醇可舉出膽固醇、二氫膽固醇、植物性膽固醇等。脂肪酸酯可舉出亞麻油酸乙酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、羊毛脂脂肪酸異丙酯、月桂酸己酯、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、肉豆蔻酸鯨蠟酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷酯、油酸癸酯、油酸辛基十二烷酯、二甲基辛酸十六烷酯、異辛酸鯨蠟酯、棕櫚酸癸酯、三肉豆蔻酸甘油、三(辛/癸酸)甘油、二油酸丙二醇、三異硬脂酸甘油、三異辛酸甘油、乳酸鯨蠟酯、乳酸肉豆蔻酯、蘋果酸二異硬脂酯;或異硬脂酸膽固醇酯、12-羥基硬脂酸膽固醇酯等之環狀醇脂肪酸酯等。
金屬肥皂可舉出月桂酸鋅、肉豆蔻酸鋅、
肉豆蔻酸鎂、棕櫚酸鋅、硬脂酸鋅、硬脂酸鋁、硬脂酸鈣、硬脂酸鎂、十一烯酸鋅等。保濕劑可舉出甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、聚乙二醇、dl-吡咯啶酮羧酸鈉、乳酸鈉、山梨醇、玻尿酸鈉、聚甘油、木糖醇、麥芽糖醇等。
界面活性劑可舉出高級脂肪酸肥皂、高級醇硫酸酯、N-醯基麩胺酸鹽、磷酸酯鹽等之陰離子性界面活性劑;胺鹽、第4級銨鹽等之陽離子性界面活性劑;甜菜鹼型、胺基酸型、咪唑啉型、卵磷脂等之兩性界面活性劑;脂肪酸單甘油酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、氧化乙烯縮合物等之非離子性界面活性劑。
高分子化合物可舉出阿拉伯膠、黃蓍膠、瓜爾膠、刺槐豆膠、刺梧桐膠、紅藻膠、榲桲籽、明膠、蟲膠、松脂、酪蛋白等之天然高分子化合物;羧基甲基纖維素鈉、羥基乙基纖維素、甲基纖維素、乙基纖維素、海藻酸鈉、酯膠、硝基纖維素、羥基丙基纖維素、結晶纖維素等之半合成高分子化合物;聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯啶酮、聚丙烯酸鈉、羧基乙烯聚合物、聚乙烯基甲基醚、聚醯胺樹脂、聚矽氧油、耐綸粒子、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粒子、交聯聚苯乙烯粒子、矽粒子、胺甲酸乙酯粒子、聚乙烯粒子、二氧化矽粒子等之樹脂粒子等之合成高分子化合物。
色材原料可舉出氧化鐵、群青、亞鐵氰化鐵、氧化鉻、氫氧化鉻、碳黑、錳紫、氧化鈦、氧化鋅、滑石、高嶺土、雲母、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、雲母、矽酸鋁、
矽酸鋇、矽酸鈣、矽酸鎂、二氧化矽、沸石、硫酸鋇、燒成硫酸鈣(燒石膏)、磷酸鈣、羥磷灰石、陶瓷粉末等之無機顏料;偶氮系、硝基系、亞硝基系、氧雜蒽系、喹啉系、蒽喹啉系、靛藍系、三苯基甲烷系、酞青素系、芘系等之焦油色素。
在此,可對上述高分子化合物、色材原料等之粉體原料預先實施表面處理。表面處理方法可利用以往公知之表面處理技術。可舉例如藉由烴油、酯油、羊毛脂等之油劑處理;藉由二甲基聚矽氧烷、甲基氫基聚矽氧烷、甲基苯基聚矽氧烷等之聚矽氧處理;藉由含有全氟烷基之酯、全氟烷基矽烷、全氟聚醚、具有全氟烷基之聚合物等之氟化合物處理;藉由3-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、3-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷等之矽烷耦合劑處理;藉由異丙基三異硬脂醯基鈦酸酯、異丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酯)鈦酸酯等之鈦耦合劑處理;金屬肥皂處理、藉由醯基麩胺酸等之胺基酸處理、藉由氫化蛋黃卵磷脂等之卵磷脂處理、膠原蛋白處理、聚乙烯處理、保濕性處理、無機化合物處理、機械化學處理等之處理方法。
香料可舉出薰衣草油、薄荷油、萊姆油等之天然香料;苯基乙酸乙酯、香葉醇、乙酸對第三丁基環己酯等之合成香料。防腐/殺菌劑可舉出對羥苯甲酸甲酯、對羥苯甲酸乙酯、對羥苯甲酸丙酯、苯扎氯銨(benzalkonium)、本索寧(benzethonium)等。
抗氧化劑可舉出二丁基羥基甲苯、丁基羥基苯甲醚、
沒食子酸丙酯、生育酚等。紫外線吸收劑可舉出微粒子氧化鈦、微粒子氧化鋅、微粒子氧化鈰、微粒子氧化鐵、微粒子氧化鋯等之無機系吸收劑;安息香酸系、對胺基安息香酸系、鄰胺苯甲酸系、水楊酸系、桂皮酸系、二苯基酮系、二苯甲醯基甲烷系等之有機系吸收劑。
特殊摻配成分可舉出雌二醇、雌酮、乙炔雌二醇、可體松、氫基可體松、普賴松等之荷爾蒙類;維生素A、維生素B、維生素C、維生素E等之維生素類;檸檬酸、酒石酸、乳酸、氯化鋁、硫酸鋁/鉀、氯羥尿囊素鋁(aluminium chlorohydroxy allantoinate)、對苯酚磺酸鋅、硫酸鋅等之皮膚收斂劑;斑螫酊、辣椒酊、薑酊、當藥萃取物、蒜萃取物、日本扁柏油、卡普氯銨(Carpronium chloride)、十五烷酸甘油酯、維生素E、雌性素、感光素等之生毛促進劑;磷酸-L-抗壞血酸鎂、麴酸等之美白劑等。
以下藉由實施例更具體說明本發明,但本發明並不限定於該等者。首先說明實施例及比較例中之測定方法及評價方法。
(結晶度、結晶化溫度(吸熱波峰之最大波峰值)、結晶熔解熱量、結晶熔解熱量比之測定)
以JIS K7122:2012「塑膠之轉移熱測定方法」所記載之方法測定。但取樣方法、溫度條件係用以下方式進行。使用示差掃描熱量計裝置DSC6220型(SII Nano Technology公司製),以鋁製測定容器底部無空隙之方式充填試料約
10mg,在氮氣流量20mL/min下以30℃保持2分鐘,以速度10℃/min從30℃升溫至290℃,而獲得DSC曲線。此時基準物質使用氧化鋁。
本發明中所算出的結晶度,是指由熔解波峰之面積所求熔解熱量(J/g)與由結晶化波峰之面積所求結晶化熱量(J/g)之差除以聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯完全結晶之理論熔解熱量140.1J/g所求的比例。
熔解熱量及結晶化熱量係使用裝置附屬之解析軟體而計算。
具體而言,將DSC曲線離開低溫側基線的點與該DSC曲線再次回到高溫側基線的點兩點連結成直線,由該直線與DSC曲線所圍起的部分算出熔解熱量。將DSC曲線離開低溫側基線的點與該DSC曲線再次回到高溫側的點兩點連結成直線,由該直線與DSC曲線部分所圍起部分之面積算出結晶化熱量。
亦即以下式求結晶度。
結晶度(%)=((熔解熱量(J/g)-結晶化熱量(J/g))/140.1(J/g))×100
有關於部分熔解熱量,在所得熔解波峰至少存在2個以上波峰時,以熔解波峰中所存在上凸之波峰頂溫度為基準而設置界線,由其界線將熔解熱量分割為高溫側及低溫側,並讀取個別面積(部分熔解熱量)。
(體積平均粒徑之測定)
聚合物粒子之體積平均粒徑係藉由Coulter
MultisizerTM3(BeckmanCoulter公司製測定裝置)而測定。測定係使用根據BeckmanCoulter公司發行之MultisizerTM3 Users Manual所校正的細孔而實施。
又,有關於選擇測定所使用之細孔,在所測定樹脂粒子之假設體積平均粒徑為1μm以上10μm以下時係選擇具有50μm尺寸之細孔,在所測定樹脂粒子之假設之體積平均粒徑大於10μm且30μm以下時係選擇具有100μm尺寸之細孔,在樹脂粒子之假設體積平均粒徑大於30μm且90μm以下時係選擇具有280μm尺寸之細孔,在樹脂粒子之假設體積平均粒徑大於90μm且150μm以下時係選擇具有400μm尺寸之細孔等,而適當進行。測定後之體積平均粒徑與假設體積平均粒徑不同時,係變更為具有適當尺寸之細孔並再次測定。
又,選擇具有50μm尺寸之細孔時,Current(細孔電流)設定為-800、Gain(增益)設定為4,選擇具有100μm尺寸之細孔時,Current(細孔電流)設定為-1600、Gain(增益)設定為2,選擇具有280μm及400μm尺寸之細孔時,Current(細孔電流)設定為-3200、Gain(增益)設定為1。
測定用試料使用將聚合物粒子0.1g使用TOUCHMIXER(TAMATO科學公司製,「TOUCHMIXER MT-31」)及超音波洗淨器(VELVO-CLEAR公司製,「ULTRASONICCLEANER VS-150」)分散於0.1質量%非離子性界面活性劑水溶液10ml中的分散液。測定中以燒杯
內無氣泡之程度緩慢攪拌,在測定10萬個聚合物粒子之時間點結束測定。聚合物粒子之體積平均粒徑係10萬個粒子之體積基準粒度分布之算術平均。
(固有黏度(IV)之測定)
將聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂0.5g於四氯乙烷/苯酚=50/50(wt%/wt%)混合溶液100ml中加熱溶解後冷卻,並由25℃所測定之溶液黏度而算出固有黏度。
(實施例1)
將作為聚酯系原料樹脂之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(三井化學公司製、商品名SA135,IV=0.82dl/g,結晶度39.4%,比重1.413)之錠粒50g、作為二醇醚系溶劑之3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇(kuraray公司製,商品名:solfit)100g投入附有攪拌機之容量300ml之高壓釜,在185℃之條件下攪拌2小時。在2小時後迅速冷卻至室溫,將內容物經過過濾、水洗、80℃烘箱之乾燥,而獲得與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂之錠粒49g。該處理前後幾乎未觀察到質量減少,又,以掃描型電子顯微鏡觀察乾燥後之錠粒表面,但未見多孔質形狀,可確認未產生部分解聚合。與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂錠粒之IV係0.41dl/g(降低至50%),結晶度為38.1%(降低至97%)。
將所得接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂以桌上型粉碎機(OSAKA CHEMICAL公司、小型粉碎機LABO MILLSER PLUS LMPLUS)粗粉碎後,以Nisshin Engineering公司製Current Jet Mill CJ-10(粉碎空氣壓0.5MPa)進行微粉
碎處理,結果獲得體積平均粒徑7.5μm之微細聚酯系樹脂粒子。
將與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂錠粒之電子顯微鏡照片示於第1圖(a)至(f)。第1圖(a)及(d)分別為錠粒中長方形錠粒與圓形錠粒之照片(35倍)。第1圖(b)及第1圖(c)為第1圖(a)之150倍及300倍之照片。第1圖(e)及第1圖(f)為第1圖(d)之150倍及300倍之照片。該等照片中表示粒子未成為多孔質。因此可知聚酯系樹脂粒子並非為粉碎多孔質狀錠粒所得者。
(實施例2)
除了攪拌時溫度由185℃變更為175℃以外,以與實施例1相同方式而獲得聚酯系樹脂粒子。與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂錠粒之IV為0.55dl/g(降低至67%),結晶度為40.8%(上升至104%)。
將所得接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂以桌上型粉碎機(OSAKA CHEMICAL公司、小型粉碎機LABO MILLSER PLUS LMPLUS)粗粉碎後,以Nisshin Engineering公司製Current Jet Mill CJ-10(粉碎空氣壓0.5MPa)進行微粉碎處理,結果獲得體積平均粒徑15.8μm之微細聚酯系樹脂粒子。
(實施例3)
除了攪拌時之溫度從185℃變更為175℃、攪拌時間從2小時變更為8小時以外,以與實施例1相同之方式獲得聚酯系樹脂粒子。與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂錠粒之IV係0.22dl/g(降低至27%),結晶度為38.6%(降低至98%)。
將所得接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂以桌上型粉碎機(OSAKA CHEMICAL公司、小型粉碎機LABO MILLSER PLUS LMPLUS)粗粉碎後,以Nisshin Engineering公司製Current Jet Mill CJ-10(粉碎空氣壓0.5MPa)進行微粉碎處理,結果獲得體積平均粒徑10.9μm之微細聚酯系樹脂粒子。
(實施例4)
除了將攪拌時之溫度由185℃變更為170℃以外,以與實施例1相同之方式獲得聚酯系樹脂粒子(比重1.406)。又,與其他實施例相比,與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系樹脂粒子之粉碎稍微困難。與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂錠粒之IV係0.70dl/g(降低至85%),結晶度為39.6%(上升至101%)。
將所得接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂以桌上型粉碎機(OSAKA CHEMICAL公司、小型粉碎機LABO MILLSER PLUS LMPLUS)粗粉碎後,以Nisshin Engineering公司製Current Jet Mill CJ-10(粉碎空氣壓0.5MPa)進行微粉碎處理,結果獲得體積平均粒徑45.9μm之微細聚酯系樹脂粒子。
(實施例5)
將作為聚酯系原料樹脂之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(遠東紡公司製、商品名CH-611,IV=1.04dl/g,結晶度42.8%,比重1.415)之錠粒50g、作為二醇醚系溶劑之3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇(kuraray公司製,商品名:solfit)100g投入附有攪拌機之容量300ml之高壓釜,在185℃之條件下攪拌5小時。在5小時後迅速冷卻至室溫,將內容物經過過濾、水洗、80℃烘箱之乾燥,而獲得與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系原
料樹脂之錠粒49g。與溶劑接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂錠粒之IV係0.74dl/g(降低至73%),結晶度為39.1%(降低至91%)。
將所得接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂以桌上型粉碎機(OSAKA CHEMICAL公司、小型粉碎機LABO MILLSER PLUS LMPLUS)粗粉碎後,以細川密克朗公司製微粉碎裝置PULVERIZER ACM-15H型進行微粉碎處理,結果獲得體積平均粒徑42.2μm之微細聚酯系樹脂粒子。
實施例1至4及5所使用之聚酯系原料樹脂(第2圖及第3圖)、實施例1之聚酯系樹脂粒子、實施例2之聚酯系樹脂粒子、實施例3之聚酯系樹脂粒子、及實施例4之聚酯系樹脂粒子、實施例5之聚酯系樹脂粒子個別之DSC曲線係示於第4圖至第8圖。
第2圖中在241.1℃與247.8℃存在有2個波峰,前者之結晶熔解熱量為47.33J/g,後者之結晶熔解熱量為7.87J/g,結晶熔解熱量比為6.01(實施例1至4所使用之聚酯系原料樹脂)。
第3圖中在248.7℃存在有1個波峰,結晶熔解熱量為58.7J/g(實施例5所使用之聚酯系原料樹脂)。
第4圖中在237.0℃與254.0℃存在有2個波峰,前者之結晶熔解熱量為14.87J/g,後者之結晶熔解熱量為38.56J/g,結晶熔解熱量比為0.386(實施例1)。
第5圖中在238.9℃與253.0℃存在有2個波峰,前者之結晶熔解熱量為26.68J/g,後者之結晶熔解熱量為
30.50J/g,結晶熔解熱量比為0.875(實施例2)。
第6圖中在232.1℃與251.0℃存在有2個波峰,前者之結晶熔解熱量為7.093J/g,後者之結晶熔解熱量為47.03J/g,結晶熔解熱量比為0.151(實施例3)。
第7圖中在239.6℃與252.3℃存在有2個波峰,前者之結晶熔解熱量為32.06J/g,後者之結晶熔解熱量為23.39J/g,結晶熔解熱量比為1.371(實施例4)。
第8圖中在236.8℃與258.0℃存在有2個波峰,前者之結晶熔解熱量為17.72J/g,後者之結晶熔解熱量為37.09J/g,結晶熔解熱量比為0.478(實施例5)。
(比較例1至3)
除了將實施例1中的二醇醚系溶劑分別變更為丙二醇單甲基醚(比較例1)、丙二醇丙基醚(比較例2)、丙二醇丁基醚(比較例3)以外,以相同方式將聚酯系原料樹脂與溶劑接觸。
將接觸後之聚酯系原料樹脂以桌上型粉碎機粗粉碎處理,但皆未能粉碎。
〔塗層材料之製造例〕
(塗料製造例1、2)
將實施例1、2個別所得之樹脂粒子2質量份、市售之壓克力系水性光澤塗料(Kanpe Hapio公司製、商品名SUPERHIT)20質量份使用攪拌脫泡裝置混合3分鐘,並脫泡1分鐘,藉此獲得塗料。
使用設置有間隙75μm之刮刀的塗布裝置,將所得塗
料塗布於ABS樹脂(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯樹脂)板上後乾燥,藉此獲得塗膜。所得塗膜使用HORIBA公司製GLOSS CHECKER IG-330測定之光澤度(60°)分別為10、12。
(PET膜用塗層材料製造例1)
將實施例1所得之樹脂粒子7.5質量份、丙烯酸樹脂(DIC公司製,製品名ACRYDIC A811)30質量份、交聯劑(DIC公司製,製品名VM-D)10質量份、作為溶劑之乙酸丁酯50質量份使用攪拌脫泡裝置混合3分鐘,並脫泡1分鐘,藉此獲得塗液。
使用設置有間隙50μm之刮刀的塗布裝置,將所得塗液塗佈於厚度125μm之PET膜上後,以70℃乾燥10分鐘,藉此獲得膜。所得膜之霧度為79.6%,全光線穿透率為88.8%。
(PET膜用塗層材料製造例2)
將實施例1所得之樹脂粒子5質量份、光聚合性多官能聚合物之新戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(共榮社化學公司製,製品名:PE-3A)85質量份、作為光自由基聚合起始劑之1-羥基環己基苯基酮(商品名「IRGACURE(註冊商標)184」、BASF JAPAN公司製)0.5質量份、作為溶劑之甲苯68質量份使用攪拌脫泡裝置混合3分鐘,並脫泡1分鐘,藉此獲得塗液。
於作為透明基材之PET膜(厚度125μm)上,將所得塗布液以棒塗布器No.07(第一理化公司製)塗布,將塗布之塗布液以80℃乾燥1分鐘,接著於該塗布層以紫外線照度3W/cm2之紫外線照射裝置照射5分鐘紫外線,藉此硬化乾
燥之塗布層並製作塗膜。所得膜之霧度為19.4%,全光線穿透率為90.1%。
(化妝品之處方例)

將樹脂粒子、紅色氧化鐵、黃色氧化鐵、黑色氧化鐵、氧化鈦、雲母、滑石以亨舍爾混合機(henschel mixer)混合,於其中添加混合溶解流動石蠟、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷酯、凡士林及防腐劑者並均勻混合。於其中添加香料並混合後,粉碎並過篩。將其以金屬製盤壓縮成形並獲得粉末粉底。
(摻配例2)
化妝乳液之製造

首先將硬脂酸、鯨蠟醇、凡士林、流動石蠟、聚乙烯單油酸酯加熱溶解,於其中添加/混合樹脂粒子,保溫於70℃(油相)。又,在精製水中添加聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺並加熱溶解,保溫於70℃(水相)。將油相添加於水相並進行預備乳化,其後以均質機均勻乳化,乳化後一邊攪混一邊冷卻至30℃,藉此獲得化妝乳液。
Claims (1)
- 一種聚酯系樹脂粒子之製造方法,其中,該聚酯系樹脂粒子,係含有聚酯系樹脂作為基材樹脂;前述基材樹脂以DSC測定顯示對應結晶熔解溫度之複數吸熱波峰;前述吸熱波峰在低溫側區域與高溫側區域各至少存在1個;前述低溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰與前述高溫側區域之最大吸熱波峰顯示0.1至1.5之範圍之結晶熔解熱量比(低溫側結晶熔解熱量/高溫側結晶熔解熱量),且具有1至50μm之體積平均粒徑;該製造方法係包括將固有黏度為0.5至1.3dl/g、以DSC測定之結晶度為30至50%之聚酯系原料樹脂與二醇醚系溶劑接觸之步驟;以及在接觸後粉碎之步驟;前述接觸係在聚酯系原料樹脂之結晶化溫度以上之溫度下進行;前述二醇醚系溶劑為3-甲氧基-3-甲基-1-丁醇。
