Description
本發明係有關於一種花轂輻條組合結構。
一般來說,一車輪之中心會配置一花轂,並透過複數輻條拉伸於該車輪之輪框與該花轂之二花盤之間,以達該車輪所需之驅動性、左右張力平衡、橫向剛性。
在習知結構中,不論編配方式為何,在各該花盤上一般係設同類型之輻條,例如同為彎頭輻條、直輻條、圓輻條或扁輻條。如TW M463202、TW M435373、TW I338632號專利所揭者即為此類。
然而,此類習知結構皆未進一步全面性針對影響該車輪之驅動性、左右張力平衡、橫向剛性等因素作進一步的考量,造成該車輪無法同時具有最佳之驅動性、左右張力平衡及橫向剛性,通常都至少存在其中一項不足的缺失。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之花轂輻條組合結構,以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種花轂輻條組合結構,可具有較佳之驅動性、左右張力平衡、橫向剛性。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種花轂輻條組合結構,包括:一花轂殼,於外周間隔地徑向凸設有一小徑花盤及一大徑花盤,該小徑花盤環設有複數第一組裝孔,該大徑花盤環設有複數第二組裝孔;複數第一輻條,各該第一輻條之一端組接於其中一該第一組裝孔、另一端供組裝至一輪框;複數第二輻條,包括複數圓輻條及複數扁輻條,該複數圓輻條及該複數扁輻條之一端交替地組裝於該複數第二組裝孔、另一端供組裝至該輪框;其中,沿該花轂殼之一軸向觀之,相鄰之第二輻條交錯而界定一交錯區域,各該第一輻條延伸通過其中一該交錯區域。
以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至4,其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例,本發明之花轂輻條組合結構1包括一花轂殼10、複數第一輻條20及複數第二輻條30。該花轂殼10可為鋁合金或其他金屬或合金,該複數第一輻條20及該複數第二輻條30為白鐵、碳纖維或其他金屬或合金。
該花轂殼10於外周間隔地徑向凸設有一小徑花盤11及一大徑花盤12,該小徑花盤11環設有複數第一組裝孔111,該大徑花盤12環設有複數第二組裝孔121。各該第一輻條20之一端組接於其中一該第一組裝孔111、另一端供組裝至一輪框40,於本實施例中,該第一輻條20為直拉式金屬輻條,各該第一輻條20之一端系無間隙的崁入於其中一該第一組裝孔111,可減少各該第一輻條20與該第一組裝孔111之游離間隙,提高扭轉剛性。該複數第二輻條30包括複數圓輻條31及複數扁輻條32,該複數圓輻條31及該複數扁輻條32之一端交替地組裝於該複數第二組裝孔121、另一端供組裝至該輪框40。其中,沿該花轂殼10之一軸向觀之,相鄰之第二輻條30交錯而界定一交錯區域33,各該第一輻條20延伸通過其中一該交錯區域33。藉此,可使一車輪同時具備較佳之驅動性、左右張力平衡、橫向(花轂軸向)剛性。
詳細說,該第一組裝孔111為一側向剖槽且徑向開放於該小徑花盤11,該第二組裝孔121為一軸向貫孔。該第一輻條20為扁輻條且為直輻條,該第二輻條30為彎頭輻條且包括一供組裝至該輪框40之身段301及一彎折地連接該身段301之頭端302,該頭端302穿卡於該第二組裝孔121。其中,該複數圓輻條31及該複數扁輻條32其中一者位於該大徑花盤12之外側、另一者位於該大徑花盤12之內側。在本實施例中,各該第一輻條20延伸通過相鄰二第二輻條30的一交錯處且等分該交錯區域33,有助平衡張力。該複數圓輻條31由該大徑花盤12之內側延伸,該複數扁輻條32由該大徑花盤12之外側延伸,且各該圓輻條31壓抵於其中一該扁輻條32之外側,有助驅動力。
其中,利用彎頭輻條穩定性較佳、直輻條驅動性較佳、圓輻條橫向剛性較佳、扁輻條縱向剛性較佳的特性,配置於該小徑花盤11之扁狀的該複數第一輻條20及配置於該大徑花盤12扁狀之該複數第二輻條30之扁輻條32有助該輪框40之左右張力平衡。
該花轂殼10另包括一由該大徑花盤12軸向延伸之棘齒筒13,該棘齒筒13供一齒盤構件帶動,相對於該棘齒筒13之轉動方向R,各該圓輻條31係正向(朝前)延伸,各該扁輻條32係反向(朝後)延伸。該轉動方向R即為驅動該輪框40轉動之方向,具有較佳縱向剛性的該複數扁輻條32可提升驅動能力,同時該複數圓輻條31可提升橫向剛性。
較佳地,該大徑花盤12另間隔地環設有複數輻撐構件122,該複數輻撐構件122較佳為徑向上對稱配置,各該輻撐構件122包括複數相間隔且徑向延伸之輻肋123,各該輻撐構件122之複數輻肋123最外二者徑向地由內而外弧形漸擴,在輕量化下還具有極佳之結構強度。該小徑花盤11與該大徑花盤12之直徑比為1:1.5至1:4.5,較佳約為1:3.0,可依需要調整以助左右張力平衡及驅動性。該複數第一輻條20界定一第一假想環面21,該複數第二輻條30界定一第二假想環面34,沿該花轂殼10之徑向觀之,該第一假想環面21與該第二假想環面34具有一夾角A,該夾角A為10度至15度,可依需要調整以助橫向分力及剛性。
透過如上述之該複數第一輻條20及該複數第二輻條30之配置、以及該小徑花盤11與該大徑花盤12之直徑比選用,可使該車輪達完美之驅動性、左右張力平衡、橫向剛性。

Claims (9)
- 一種花轂輻條組合結構,包括:一花轂殼,於外周間隔地徑向凸設有一小徑花盤及一大徑花盤,該小徑花盤環設有複數第一組裝孔,該大徑花盤環設有複數第二組裝孔;複數第一輻條,各該第一輻條之一端組接於其中一該第一組裝孔、另一端供組裝至一輪框;複數第二輻條,包括複數圓輻條及複數扁輻條,該複數圓輻條及該複數扁輻條之一端交替地組裝於該複數第二組裝孔、另一端供組裝至該輪框;其中,沿該花轂殼之一軸向觀之,相鄰之第二輻條交錯而界定一交錯區域,各該第一輻條延伸通過其中一該交錯區域;其中該花轂殼另包括一由該大徑花盤軸向延伸之棘齒筒,該棘齒筒供一齒盤構件帶動,相對於該棘齒筒之轉動方向,各該圓輻條係正向延伸,各該扁輻條係反向延伸。
- 如請求項1所述的花轂輻條組合結構,其中該小徑花盤與該大徑花盤之直徑比為1:1.5至1:4.5。
- 如請求項1所述的花轂輻條組合結構,其中該第一組裝孔為一側向剖槽且徑向開放於該小徑花盤,該第二組裝孔為一軸向貫孔。
- 如請求項3所述的花轂輻條組合結構,其中該第一輻條為直輻條,該第二輻條為彎頭輻條且包括一供組裝至該輪框之身段及一彎折地連接該身段之頭端,該頭端穿卡於該第二組裝孔。
- 如請求項1所述的花轂輻條組合結構,其中該第一輻條為扁輻條。
- 如請求項1所述的花轂輻條組合結構,其中該複數第一輻條界定一第一假想環面,該複數第二輻條界定一第二假想環面,沿該花轂殼之徑向觀之,該第一假想環面與該第二假想環面具有一夾角,該夾角為10度至15度。
- 如請求項1所述的花轂輻條組合結構,其中該花轂殼為鋁合金,該複數第一輻條及該複數第二輻條為白鐵或碳纖維。
- 如請求項1所述的花轂輻條組合結構,其中該複數圓輻條及該複數扁輻條其中一者位於該大徑花盤之外側、另一者位於該大徑花盤之內側。
- 如請求項4所述的花轂輻條組合結構,其中該小徑花盤與該大徑花盤之直徑比為1:1.5至1:4.5;該大徑花盤另間隔地環設有複數輻撐構件,各該輻撐構件包括複數相間隔且徑向延伸之輻肋,各該輻撐構件之複數輻肋最外二者徑向地由內而外弧形漸擴;該第一輻條為扁輻條;沿該軸向觀之,各該第一輻條延伸通過相鄰二第二輻條的一交錯處且等分該交錯區域;該複數第一輻條界定一第一假想環面,該複數第二輻條界定一第二假想環面,沿該花轂殼之一徑向觀之,該第一假想環面與該第二假想環面具有一夾角,該夾角為10度至15度;該花轂殼為鋁合金,該複數第二輻條為白鐵;該複數圓輻條位於該大徑花盤之外側,該複數扁輻條位於該大徑花盤之內側。
