Description
本發明係關於一種電聲轉換器之用途,且更特定言之,係關於一種結合一在麥克風之狀況下減小風雜訊的效應之電子電路的配置。
與麥克風有關之關於風雜訊的問題為吾人所熟知且已提出許多解決方案。此等提議通常已要求使用複雜信號處理裝備,其相當顯著地增大麥克風之成本。亦已提出諸如使麥克風具備某種類之風屏的較簡單解決方案,其可為有效的,然而其極其巨大。
本發明提供一種電聲轉換器配置,其包含藉由一薄聲阻性材料覆蓋之複數個全向型轉換器元件。將元件之輸出加在一起以提供一具有增大之信號雜訊比的輸出信號。
實務上,較佳使用三或四個元件。
本發明之一優勢為不存在對於本發明將存在一所要聲源來工作的要求。
本發明之實施例包含複數個全向型轉換器元件。一全向型轉換器元件為其中外殼(轉換器之振動膜安置於外殼內)中存在一單一埠之轉換器元件。元件關於彼此之部署不重要,因為本發明之優勢可不管元件關於聲源所面向的方向而獲得。換言之,風雜訊去除效應未受元件之埠關於聲源之定位或受風吹的方向顯著影響。
然而,可存在元件相對於彼此經定位以使得其埠與一所要源等距之情形。在一此配置中,元件可位於一虛球之表面上以使得其皆與所要聲源等距。麥克風可安裝於一封閉容器中且經由一共同孔而曝露。此外,麥克風應用一可包圍其或至少置放於所有麥克風元件所共有的所曝露之孔上的薄聲阻性材料屏蔽風。此材料可為薄毛氈或類似於用以覆蓋頭戴耳機之聽筒的聲發泡體之聲發泡體。材料不應顯著不利地影響元件之頻率回應。
現參看圖1,此展示一配置,其包含用一可為薄毛氈或類似於用以覆蓋頭戴耳機之聽筒的聲發泡體之聲發泡體的聲阻性材料之層覆蓋之兩個全向型轉換器元件A及B。因而,材料10不影響元件A及B之頻率回應。元件A及B之輸出加在一起(不減)。應注意,元件A及B之埠a、b面向非常不同的方向但仍不影響配置之效能。
若吾人考慮圖2,存在三個全向型麥克風元件且其相對於彼此經安置以使得其實體處於三維空間中且可指向一共同聲源。如在圖1中,元件用材料10覆蓋。圖1中之B及D元件實體安置於相同平面中,但元件B及D之埠大體上指向一含有聲源的區。換言之,兩個元件之埠處於相同平面中但成不同角度。中間元件C如元件B及D而實體位於平面之上,但其為傾斜的。因此,其指向含有聲源之區。
現轉至圖3,將看見,用圖1及圖2中所展示之麥克風元件的配置,可能算術相加所有麥克風元件的輸出且可存在兩個或兩個以上。
可使用諸如數位信號處理之任何合適類比或數位程序而以具有相等信號加權或增益之任何便利方式將電輸出相加在一起。
儘管較佳實施例利用三個全向型麥克風,但是可使用三個以上麥克風元件。
應注意,全向型元件可位於一具備一聲阻型材料之層或由一聲阻型材料之層形成的外殼內。或者,元件可位於一具有一或多個孔之殼體中,在此狀況下僅孔需要用一聲阻性材料之層覆蓋。另外,此材料可具有一非常稀少的多樣性(諸如通常與頭戴耳機相關聯之材料),且因此不負擔本發明之實際可製造性。
一預期用途為麥克風元件將以某方式安裝以使得陣列關於所要聲源處於一相對固定之位置中。在一麥克風供人使用之狀況下,麥克風可附接至一吊架之末端,該吊架自身為一聽筒或耳機之部分。或者,麥克風可安裝於一可具有一充當非所要風雜訊之一內部源之氧氣饋入的頭盔中,或其可用以替代現存室外廣播配置中的現存麥克風,其中麥克風位於一經配置以相抵使用者之臉保持的罩內,同時麥克風自身與使用者的口部間隔一距離。應用包括供一行動電話使用之有線或藍芽PHF(個人免持)。麥克風可與一數位或視訊攝影機一起使用以使得所要聲音近似來自攝影機之前方。人說話可為非靜止的或移動的,而不會影響風雜訊去除之預期效果。
應強調,無論所要聲源是否實體位於元件之一或多者之一埠的前方,關於圖1及圖2所描述之麥克風元件將增強任何聲音。因此,麥克風相對於(比如)口部之精確位置不作要求,且已發現,如關於圖1或圖2所描述的麥克風元件之陣列將令人滿意地起作用,即使該陣列在一合適的聲源附近搖擺且因此僅接收離軸信號。
圖4展示一麥克風陣列之方塊圖,該麥克風陣列具有用於進行信號處理之電子電路,若此為任何特殊應用所希望的,則(例如)元件之一或多者應產生一不合適之信號且希望排除不合適之信號。存在用於使用類比或數位解決方案來達成此目的的許多其他方法。在此圖中,麥克風元件B、C及D經展示由一共同的聲阻性發泡材料50之薄層覆蓋。元件之輸出饋入至一選擇器電路51,其中比較信號且抑制來自受最壞影響之元件的信號。其後,將信號經由位準及頻率控制電路52、信號調節電路53而饋入且接著加在一起,且在一應用200 Hz以下之帶通濾波的濾波器電路54中處理之後饋入至一輸出55。可提供其他陷波(notch)及帶通濾波以補償語音頻帶中之輕微低頻降落。
麥克風元件之陣列替代一習知麥克風且因此可藉由在製造期間倂入裝備中來用作此一麥克風之一直接替代。此可藉由在製造期間倂入麥克風元件及相關聯之信號加法電路作為較大裝備之組件來達成。或者,麥克風元件可以具有或不具有其相關聯之信號加法電路之此便利方式封裝且可提供至製造商作為一模組。
全向型轉換器元件之陣列(無論是否以模組形式)可安裝於一可為防水但具備一由一聲阻性材料之薄層覆蓋的穿孔之陣列的外殼中。外殼可具備用於將元件之陣列(例如,借助於一彈簧夾頭)附接至使用者上之另一件裝備的構件。本發明具有廣泛應用,或者作為一較大件裝備之組件部分或作為較大裝備之一模組。為了給出各種應用之一些指示,現將描述若干不同實施例。此並非一窮舉清單。
一實施例為替代一如先前所指示之室外廣播麥克風。另一實施例為替代一行動電話中之麥克風或一行動電話之一個人免持套組的部分。另一實施例為替代攜帶型錄音設備中之麥克風。
又一實施例為替代一數位攝影機或視訊攝影機、視訊攝影機電話或另一攜帶型通信設備中之麥克風。此或可為指向使用者之麥克風以使得使用者可在正攝影之螢幕上評論。雖然上文之配置皆關於風及麥克風來揭示,但是相同原理可應用於諸如水之其他流體,在該狀況下,轉換器通常被稱作一水中聽音器。
另外,全向型轉換器元件可使用允許元件之陣列佔據非常少之空間的半導體技術來製造。一有時被稱作一SiMIC(矽麥克風)之MEM麥克風將要求添加一後部孔或多個孔以致能雙向性。
在一合適之陣列中使用小型全向型麥克風元件允許將本發明之一型式用於一適用於室外及微風或有風的條件中之助聽器。

Claims (21)
- 一種風雜訊去除裝置,其包含複數個全向型轉換器元件、用於接收該等元件之輸出且用於將該等輸出加在一起的構件、及一聲阻性材料,其中將所有該等轉換器曝露至風,且該複數個全向型轉換器元件係容納於包含一或多個孔之一外殼內,其中該等轉換器元件之每一者包含一輸入埠且每一輸入埠經排列以指向一遠離該一或多個孔之方向,且該至少一輸入埠經排列以指向一遠離提供該孔之表面之平面之方向,且其中該聲阻性材料係至少置於該一或多個孔之上以完全覆蓋該一或多個孔。
- 如請求項1之裝置,其中存在位於一形成一虛球或抛物線之部分的陣列中之至少三個轉換器元件。
- 如請求項1或2之裝置,其中該等元件為麥克風元件且位於一附接至一使用者之頭部的吊架上以經定位指向該使用者之口部。
- 如請求項1或2之裝置,其中該等元件為麥克風元件且位於一頭盔上以指向一使用者之口部。

- 如請求項1或2之裝置,其中該複數個元件係使用半導體微製造技術來製造。
- 一種轉換器模組,其包含一外殼,該外殼內提供一如前述請求項1至6中任一項之風雜訊去除裝置,其中該外殼 之一外表面在一方向上為半滲透的且為防水的。
- 如請求項7之模組,其中一穿孔之陣列係提供於鄰近每一麥克風之該防水外殼中。
- 如請求項8之模組,其在與麥克風面正交之所有平面方向的方向上為可調整的,該方位完全可調整,且用充分摩擦力自定位。
