In addition to fixing the blocking member 500 at the front end of the middle rail 16, a pusher 600 is fixed therein. The front end of the rail 16 is opposite the actuating portion 42 of the actuator 30 of the interlocking lock 26. Preferably, the pusher member 600 has an inclined push surface 602 relative to the actuating portion 42 of the actuating member 30 of the chain lock 26 such that the actuating portion 42 of the actuating member 30 is acted upon by the pusher member 600. Push surface 602 pushes the displacement.
