Abstract
This invention relates to a drainage valve which can be secured and applied to a drainage aperture of a drainage space of an ordinary domestic door/window frame (e.g. aluminum door/window, fixed door/window, frame of sliding door/window, etc.). When water is accumulated in the door/window frame, the drainage space of the frame can drain away the water from the outdoor drainage aperture of the frame and the drainage valve connected to the drainage aperture. The drainage valve can ensure that, during the typhoon or heavy rain, the drainage aperture can be protected from the entry of rainwater into the drainage space within the door/window frame, and control the drainage discharge rate of the drainage aperture. In addition, extraneous matters (e.g. soil, etc.) can be avoided from obstructing the drainage aperture so as to ensure a smooth water drainage effect of the drainage aperture.
