Abstract
This invention relates to a structure of a pressure container of the nano composite material and a method for manufacturing the same which utilize the properties such as light weight, great strength and great gas tightness of nano composite material. The preformation includes an inner lining preformation of thin metal shell container for supporting the whole structure and a texture preformation cladding the inner lining preformation of thin metal shell container with dry long fiber strap. Then, the nano composite material is injected in the mold which is set by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM), so that the fiber strap and the inner lining preformation of thin metal shell container are immersed and bonded with the nano composite material and integrally cured at a set temperature. Thus, the structure is lightened, and cost for manufacturing is reduced. Further, the primary purpose is to utilize the structure of great strength for supporting the pressure container and for gas tightness. The secondary purpose of the present invention is to provide a preformation of fiber strap. The fiber webs which are dry stacked are thermal compressed into a 3D container by molding wherein the stacked fiber webs are interlaced webs or one direction webs stacked to one another with adhesive.
