Abstract
A temperature controlling device is disclosed. The temperature controlling device is operated with a coolant, and includes: a housing with at least a bottom plate; an insulating plate for separating an inside space into a hot space and a cooling space; a grooving portion having multiple pores and located on the insulating plate; a top heat exchanger located in the cooling space; a bottom heat exchanger located in the hot space; a compressor for compressing and driving the coolant; a pipe for locating the coolant and at least one blower for blowing air into the hot place and the cooling space. Among them, the top heat exchanger and the bottom heat exchanger are arranged on the insulating plate or on the bottom plate at an inclined angle. Through the arrangement illustrated above, the temperature controlling device can be operated without leaking out any water and can be applied in a narrowed space.
