1258748 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關於碟片裝置,尤其是將再生處理中斷時 的中斷位置資訊予以記錄至碟片內的碟片裝置及資料處ίΜ 方法。 【先前技術】 眾所皆知,最近做爲數位資料的記錄媒體的dvd (Digital Versatile Disc)等碟片正日益普及。而且,再 生這些碟片的碟片裝置中,人們期望高信賴性和便利性。 但是,目前DVD播放機、錄影機等碟片裝置的多數 上所搭載的機能之一,是有碟片回憶機能。該機能係當令 裝塡在播放機內的碟片於再生中停止時,記憶碟片是再生 到哪個位置,當再次打開電源或於其他媒體再生後從結束 觀賞的場景繼續再生。藉此,使用者例如在觀賞影片之 際,可跳過已經觀賞過的部份而從中斷地點開始觀賞。 曰本特開2002- 1 42 1 95號公報中,揭露了一種技術, 其並非將此種碟片回憶機能的中斷位置資訊記憶在播放機 本體的記憶體,而是直接記錄至碟片。藉此,例如,可使 使用者在1樓客廳的碟片播放器所觀賞的影片的接續,於 2樓之自己的房間內的碟片播放器來從中斷地點自動再開 始播放。 可是在此同時,日本特開2002-142195號公報的碟片 裝置中,針對一個碟片內容,例如有使用者 A (例如父 -4- ...................(2 ).................... - _ -. . . --......................... . _ . ...................(2 ).................... - _ -. . . --......................... . _ .1258748 親)和使用者B (兒子)之複數使用者進行再生而將其中 斷的時候,會發生使用者B (兒子)試圖將中斷的碟片予 以再生時’不是從使用者B (兒子)的中斷地點開始,而 是從使用者A (父親)的中斷地點開始的這類不佳情況。 因此,具有無法針對複數使用者的每一位來管理碟片的中 斷地點之問題。 【發明內容】 · 本發明係考慮以上情事而硏發者,其目的在於提供一 種碟片裝置及資料處理方法,係藉由將每位使用者的中斷 位置資訊記錄至碟片內,而使得複數使用者可按照使用者 別來管理碟片上的中斷位置資訊。 | 根據本發明之觀點,提供一種碟片裝置,其爲具備: 驅動部,除了將資訊記憶至碟片內,還響應於記錄在前述 碟片內的資訊而將讀取訊號予以輸出;和再生部,將得自 前述驅動部之前述讀取訊號予以再生;和記錄部,將所定 β 資訊予以記錄至前述驅動部所驅動之前述碟片內;和控制 部,當控制前述驅動部而將前述碟片內所記錄之資訊的再 生予以中斷的時候,除了控制前述記錄部及前述驅動部使 前述碟片中的中斷位置資訊連同使用者資訊一倂記錄至前 述碟片之所定領域,還在當受到要再生前述碟片之指示的 時候,控制前述驅動部使前述碟片之前述所定領域之前述 中斷位置資訊連同使用者資訊一倂予以讀出,將對應於被 給予之使用者資訊的中斷位置資訊予以選擇,並從該中斷 -5- (3) 1258748 位置資訊所示之位置進行再生。 根據本發明之另一觀點,提供一種資料處理方法 爲具備:第1工序,當記錄在碟片內之資訊的再生 時,將前述碟片中之中斷位置資訊,連同使用者資訊 倂記錄至前述碟片之所定領域內;和第2工序,當收 再度再生前述碟片之指示時,將前述碟片之前述所定 之中斷位置資訊連同使用者資訊一倂予以讀出,選擇 應於被給予之使用者資訊的中斷位置資訊,從該資訊 之位置起繼續進行再生。 【實施方式】 以下針對本發明之一實施例,參照圖面而詳細 之。 <本實施例所論之碟片裝置> 圖1所示係本實施例所論之碟片裝置的構成之一 該碟片裝置,做爲一例,係有以下爲主的構成要素: 機(HDD ) 20 ;將能夠構築視訊檔案的資訊記錄媒體 光碟1〇予以旋轉驅動,並對該光碟10執行資訊之讀 碟片驅動機3 5 ;構成錄影側的編碼器部5 0 ;構成再 的解碼器部60 ;控制裝置本體動作的微電腦區塊3 0。 此處,編碼器部50係具備:ADC (類比數位 器)5 2 ;含有V (視訊)編碼器、A (音訊)編碼器 (副映像)編碼器的編碼器群5 3 ;將各編碼器的輸出 ,其 中斷 1 - 到要 領域 一對 所示 說明 例。 硬碟 亦即 寫的 生側 轉換 、SP 轉換 -6- (4) (4)1258748ο 成所定格式的格式器56 ;緩衝記憶體57。 ADC52內,係被輸入有:來自AV輸入部42的外部 類比視訊訊號+外部類比音訊訊號’或來自TV (電視)選 台器44的類比視訊訊號+類比音訊訊號。 資料處理器3 6,係聽從微電腦區塊3 0的控制,會將 從編碼器部5 0輸出的DVD記錄資料供給至碟片驅動機 35,或將從光碟10再生的DVD再生訊號從碟片驅動機35 擷取,或將已記錄在光碟1 〇內的管理資訊予以覆寫,或 將光碟1 〇內記錄的資料予以刪除等。 微電腦區塊30,係含有:MPU (微處理單元)、寫入 有控制程式等的ROM、提供執行程式所需之工作區域的 RAM 〇 微電腦區塊30的MPU,係聽從存放在該ROM內的控 制程式,將RAM當作工作區域使用,而執行編輯、缺陷 處偵測、未記錄領域偵測、錄影資訊記錄位置設定、UDF 記錄、A V位址設定等。又,微電腦區塊3 0係含有各使用 者再生位置管理部,會聽從該ROM中所存放的程式,進 行後述之中斷位置資訊之管理。 解碼器部6 0,係具備:從帶有打包構造之映像資訊中 分離出各打包而予以取出之分離器62 ;打包分離或其他訊 號處理執行時所使用的記憶體63 ;將已被分離器62分離 的主映像資料予以解碼的V解碼器、將已被分離器62分 離的副映像資料予以解碼的SP解碼器、將已被分離器62 分離的音訊資料予以解碼的A解碼器所構成的解碼器群 (5) (5)1258748 64 ;將得自V解碼器的主映像資料和得自SP解碼器的副 映像資料予以適宜合成,將選單、字幕等其他副映像重疊 在主映像上而予以輸出之視訊處理器66。 當 A解碼器的輸出爲數位輸出的時候,是透過介面 (I/F ) 75而輸出至外部;當爲類比輸出的時候,是透過 選擇器76而被DAC77進行類比轉換而輸出至外部。選擇 器76係一旦有根據來自微電腦區塊30的選擇訊號,從 TV選台器44或A/V輸入部42透過ADC52輸入訊號過 來,則從解碼器群64中選擇出所輸入訊號之一方而予以 輸出。類比音訊訊號,係供給至未圖示之外部機器(2聲 道〜6聲道的多聲道立體音響裝置)。 按鍵輸入部 11,係具有再生(play)、停止 (STOP )、錄影(REC )、跳過(Skip )、快轉(FF )、 倒退(Rew)、慢速(Slow)輸入鍵等按鈕。使用者係藉 由適宜操作這些按鈕,就可控制該碟片裝置’對HDD20 或可複寫光碟1〇進行錄影、再生及已錄影之映像資料的 編輯等。 <本實施例所論之碟片裝置所操作的碟片之目錄構造> 其次,針對上述碟片裝置所操作的碟片之目錄構造, 以下將以圖面詳細說明。圖2係做爲圖1所示碟片裝置所 適用的DVD碟片之一例,是以即時錄影(RTR) DVD-VR 規格的視訊及音訊檔案的目錄檔案構造來圖示。 同樣地,圖3係RTR_VMG之欄位構成的圖示’圖4 (6) (6)1258748 係RTR —VMG之PL_SRPTI之欄位構成的圖示,圖5係 RTR — VMG 之 PL_SRP之欄位構成的圖示,圖 6係 RTR —VMG 之 TMAPI之欄位構成的圖示,圖 7 係 RTR_VMG之 ORG_PGCI之欄位構成的圖示,圖 8係 RTR —VMG之 UD_PGCIT之欄位構成的圖示,圖 9係 RTR — VMG之 UD_PGCITI之欄位構成的圖示,圖1 〇係 RTR — VMG之 UD — PGCVI之欄位構成的圖示,圖11係 RTR —VMG之CI之欄位構成的圖示,圖12係RTR — VMG 之M_CI之欄位構成的圖示。 (D VD-RTAV ) DVD中,各規格存在有各自的目錄,這些目錄,在 DVD-VR 上是 「DVD — RTAV」,在 DVD-音訊上是 「AUDIO — TS」,在 DVD·視訊上是「VIDEO — TS」。圖 2 係圖示了「DVD_RTAV」。記錄資料係存在於各目錄內。 又,DVD中,是以通常的檔案格式來存放資料。標題係例 如相當於一部影片,1張碟片內可能記錄複數個該當標 題。 目錄「DVD_RTAV」內,係存在有:做爲視訊管理器 (VMG )檔案的 VR_MANGR.IFO、做爲影片視訊檔案的 VR_MOVIE.VRO 、 做爲靜態圖片視訊檔案的 VR_STILL.VRO 、做爲靜態圖片音訊訊檔案的 VR__AUDIO.VRO 、 做爲視訊管理器的備份的 VR MANGR.BUP。 (7) (7)1258748 VR-MANGR.IFO檔案內,由於是記錄有導引資料者, 因此該導引資料,係用來使節目組、節目、進入點、播放 清單等進行播放的資料。 VR —MOVIE.VRO檔案,係用來記錄影片視訊物件 (movie VOB )之所謂的影片AV檔案。 ¥尺一5丁11^.¥110,係用來記錄靜態圖片v〇B的靜態圖 片AV檔案。VR-STILL.VRO係用來記錄含有任意之子圖 片單元之視訊部份所構成之原始V Ο B。又,此時,關連於 視訊部份的音訊部份亦包含在原始V OB內。 VR —AUDIO· VRO,係用來記錄對靜態圖片之附力[;[音訊 串流所需之靜態圖片附加音訊檔案。該附加音訊部份,係 代表藉由後製作而記錄之音訊串流。記錄在 VR_AUDIO.VRO 內的音訊部份,係和記錄在 VR__STILL.VRO內的幾個視訊部份組合起來使用〇 (RTR_VMG ) 圖3係的符號(a )係圖示了 RTR_VMG (可即時錄影 碟片的視訊管理器)的欄位構造,尤其是表示後述之 TMAPI (時間對映資訊,Time MAP Information)的位 置。又,圖3的符號(b)係圖示了 RTR_VMGI (即時錄 影視訊管理器資訊)的欄位構造,圖3的符號(c )係圖 示了 PL_SRPT (播放清單搜尋指標表格,Play List Search Pointer Table )的欄位構造。 VR-MANGR.IFO內,如圖3之符號(a )所示般是記 -10- —(8)—…——— —(8)—…———1258748 錄著稱爲M —AVFI (影片 AV檔案資訊)的資訊。該 M —AVFI中,是寫著稱作M_VOBI (影片VOB資訊)的資 料。該M_VOBI之中,是記錄著最初顯示VOB內之映像 的時間和最終顯示時間等,亦記錄著TMAPI (時間對映資 訊)。TMAPI內,是寫入有如圖6所不的資訊’目3錄者g 象V Ο B U的表達時間和V Ο B檔案的開頭起算之偏置位址 等。像這樣,由於VR — MANGR.IFO內是記錄著再生時所 必須之資料,因此被稱作管理資訊。 (PL_SRPTI、 PI_SRP) 圖4係圖示了 PL_SRPTI (播放清單搜尋指標表格資 訊)之內容。尤其是,本實施例所論之中斷位置管理處理 中所用到的PL_SRP_Ns (播放清單搜尋指標數),係代表 著有幾個播放清單存在。該PL_SRP_Ns的値若爲“0” ’則 UD_PGC (使用者自訂節目鏈,User Defined Program Chain )就不存在。 又,圖5係圖示了 PL — SRP (播放清單搜尋指標)的 內容。此處,PL_SRP內係表示了播放清單類型(Play List Type)、節目鏈編號(Program Chain number)、播 放清單作成時間、主文字資訊、該細項文字的搜尋指標號 碼、代表畫像資訊。尤其是,本實施例中所論之中斷位置 管理處理中所用到的主文字資訊內,係會寫入使用者資 訊。 1258748 T9) (T M A P I ) 圖6係圖示了 RTR —VMG中所含之TMAPI (時間對映 資訊)。該TMAPI位於RTR_VMG中的位置’係被特定 在由圖3之符號(a)所示的位置。該TMAPI’係本實施 例中所論之中斷位置管理處理中會使用到’是在將以時間 資訊而記載之中斷位置資訊轉換成碟片之記憶領域位址資 訊之際使用。 (各 PGCI) 圖7係圖示了 〇RG_PGCI (原始的節目鏈資訊),圖 8係圖示了 PGCITI (節目鏈資訊的表格資訊),圖9係圖 示了 UD一PGCITI (使用者自訂之節目鏈資訊的表格資 訊)。又,圖1〇係圖示了 UD_PGCITI (使用者自訂之節 目鏈資訊的表格資訊)的內容。 圖11的符號(Ο係圖示了 ORG__PGCI (原始的節目 鏈資訊)的 CI (訊胞資訊,Cell Information)的目錄結 構,符號(b )係圖示了 M_CI (影片之訊胞資訊)的欄位 結構。再者,圖12的符號(a )係圖示了 M-C_GI (影片 訊胞管理器資訊)’符號(b )係圖示了 M_C-EPI (影片 訊胞進入點資訊)。M —C —GI的C_EPI —Ns ’係代表進入點 (entry point )的數目,又,M —C —EPI 的 EP_PTM,係存 放進入點之時刻資訊’其分別都會被本實施例中所論之中 -12- (10) (10)1258748 斷位置管理處理所使用。 <本實施例中所論之碟片裝置之再生中斷位置資訊的管理 方法> 其次,針對本實施形態所論之碟片裝置之再生中斷位 置資訊的管理方法,使用流程圖說明如下。圖1 3係本實 施例中所論之碟片裝置之記錄處理之一例的流程圖,圖14 係同碟片裝置之再生處理之一例的流程圖’圖1 5係同碟 片裝置在記錄中斷位置資訊之際的指示畫面之一例圖’圖 1 6係同碟片裝置在使用中斷位置資訊而進行再生之際的指 示畫面之一例圖。 此處,是採用在碟片裝置中,做爲利用MPEG節目串 流之映像·聲音記錄格式,實現可即時地進行資訊記錄再 生的系統之 DVD視訊規格,亦即DVD-Video Recording (DVD-VR )規格(以下簡稱爲 VR格式)來說明實施 例。 本實施例所論之碟片裝置的再生中斷位置資訊的管 理,係藉由中斷位置資訊之記錄處理,和使用已記錄之中 斷位置資訊的再生處理而實現。亦即,將通常不太使用的 UD — PGCI (使用者自訂之節目鏈資訊),於每次再生中斷 時由碟片裝置自動生成之,以含有每位使用者的使用者資 訊和停止位置資訊之UDJGCI的方式將其記錄至碟片 內,於再生之際再度將其讀出而可確保每位使用者的再生 位置。 -13· 12587481 (il) (記錄處理) 首先,說明本實施例所論之碟片裝置的再生中斷位置 資訊的記錄處理。做爲以下的記錄處理的一例,係做爲微 電腦區塊3 0的使用者別再生位置管理部的機能,是以微 電腦區塊3 0之未圖示之ROM等之記憶部內所存放之程式 來實現者。 如圖1 3的流程圖所示,碟片裝置的光碟1 0的再生 中,會等待是否有來自使用者之操作等之停止要求 (s 1 1 )。若有停止要求,則中斷再生,從STC(System Time Clock ) 38取得停止之際的時間資訊(S12 )。然 後,確認再生中的PGCI是否已經被保持在暫時記憶部37 內(S13 ),否則從光碟10取得PGCI ( S14 )。 其次,從光碟1〇取得RTR_VMGI ’將PL_SRPTI (參 照圖3 )之PL_SRP_Ns (參照圖4 )加1計數(S15 )。其 次,從已取得之PGCI中生成UD_PGCI (使用者自訂之節 目鏈資訊)(參照圖8 ) ( S 1 6 )。 其次,將已生成之 UD__PGCI (參照圖 8 )內的 C — EPI —Ns[參照圖1 1及圖12的符號(a )]設爲 m (S 1 7 )。此處,在已取得之時刻以前,會確認是否有進 入點(S 1 8 )。此處,若有早於現在時刻以前的進入點則 將其刪除(S 1 9 )。 其後,將C — EPI —Ns變更成m-n+1 ( S20)。亦即,減 去已刪除之進入點的數目,將做爲要記錄之中斷位置資訊 -14- (12) (12)1258748 的進入點的數目加1。此處,η係意指之前的進入點的數 目。又,若無之前的進入點的數目,則只會單純地將 C_EPI_Ns記述加1 ( S21 )。藉此,當有更早以前的中斷 位置資訊存在於記憶領域中時會將其刪除,而更新記錄成 最新的中斷位置資訊。 又,此處,亦可設置一模式是不必一定刪除之前的進 入點。藉由設置該模式而將之前的進入點保存成爲履歷, 就可確認在這之後是要如何再生碟片。這是藉由,在登錄 進入點之際,顯示「要將已停止之此時間登錄成進入點? 如果要登錄的話則目前登錄的進入點會被刪除。要刪除 (A )、不刪除(B)」等之操作畫面,而在每次登錄時詢 問即可。 其次,UD_PGCI (參照圖 8 )內的 M_C —EPI[參照圖 11 的符號(b)]中,是將從 STC(SystemTimeCl〇Ck) 38 取得之停止時刻,記錄成EP_PTM [參照圖12之符號(B )] (S22 ) 〇 其次,在之前已取得的RTR_VMGI (參照圖3 )內, 生成PL_SRP (參照圖5 ) ( S23 )。然後,將使用者A的 使用者資訊記錄成PL_SRP的PRM JXTI (主文字資訊) (參照圖5 ) ( S24 )。 此處,碟片裝置,,係例如前提爲預設値是將使用者 A記錄下來做爲使用者資訊,而將促使如圖1 5所示般的 操作畫面D 1顯示在顯示部48的畫像訊號輸出至顯示部 48 ° -15- (13) (13)1258748 又,亦可連接於解碼器部60的輸出而設置一未圖示 的重疊電路’使得連接碟片裝置的顯不益畫面上’顯示如 圖1 5所示之操作畫面D 1。 使用者係可在再生中斷之操作後’在顯示畫面或顯示 部4 8上看到圖1 5的操作畫面D1。此處,操作晝面D1係 詢問「是否以使用者A的身分來記錄中斷位置?」,藉由 計時器顯示部1 〇 1顯示時間的經過(例如1 5秒等),經 過一定時間後若仍無任何操作,則判斷爲使用者是要以使 用者 A的身分來記錄中斷位置,而確定爲使用者 A (S28 )。 此處,若使用者以按鍵輸入部1 1等,例如指定一象 徵希望爲使用者B的圖像1 0 2時等,則變成拒絕表示爲使 用者A ( S 2 5 ),而認識成響應該指定的其他使用者資訊 (例如使用者B ) ( S26 ),而將被指示的使用者資訊更 新至 PL —SRP ( S27 )。 如此一來,寫入有已決定之使用者資訊和中斷位置資 訊的UD-PGCI就會被寫入碟片(S29)。此時,由於正在 作成播放清單、PGCI,因此會將 RTR_VMGI內的 VMG — MAT 內存在之各欄位的 SA (開始位址) (M AVFIT 、 S AVFIT 、 ORG PCGI 、 UD PGCIT 、 TXTDT —MG、MNFIT ) ΕΑ (進入位址)(RT一VMG、 RTR — VMGI),因應需要而予以更新,寫入碟片內。 (再生處理) -16- (14) (14)1258748 其次,針對當使用如此所記錄之中斷位置資訊,繼續 碟片之再生之時的再生處理,使用流程圖來詳述說明。做 爲以下的再生處理之一例,係做爲微電腦區塊3 0的使用 者別再生位置管理部的機能,是以微電腦區塊3 0之未圖 示之ROM等之記憶部內所存放之程式來實現者。 如圖1 4的流程圖所示,一旦碟片被裝著並指示再生 (S31 ),則從碟片取得VR_MANGR.IFO (參照圖2及圖 3 ) ( S32 )。然後,詢問是否PL —SRP —Ns = 〇 (參照圖3及 圖4 ) ( S 3 3 )。若是如此,則當作中斷位置資訊不存 在,而如通常一般地,將碟片從記錄領域的開頭起進行再 生(S40 ) 〇 此入,當 PL_SRP_Ns = 0 爲否時,則詢問是否 PL —SRP —Ns=l ( S3 4),若不是1,則代表其爲2以上,是 存在複數使用者,因此會如圖16所示的操作畫面D2般地 顯示使用者名而催促使用者選擇之(S 3 5 )。此外,此處 若爲1,則由於選擇畫面不存在,因此就從步驟S36的處 理開始進行。 圖16的操作畫面D2,係相同於圖15的操作畫面 D 1,會以連接之未圖示的外部之顯示器畫面或顯示部4 8 的畫面而顯示出來。操作畫面〇2中’和計時器顯示部 1 03 —倂地,詢問「是否要以使用者A的身分從中斷位置 進行再生?」,若在以計時器顯示部1 〇3計時一段時間 (例如1 5秒等)的範圍內仍無任何操作,則例如,預設 就確定爲使用者A。 -17- (15) (15)1258748 操作畫面D 2中,是將全部使用者名丨〇 4連同其所對 應之時刻資訊1 〇 5同時顯示。在計時器顯示部丨〇 3的時間 經過之前,例如’若以按鍵輸入部1 1操作了使用者C的 圖像1 0 4,則變成選擇使用者C。 其次,取得已被選擇之使用者名的播放清單的 UD-PGCI (參照圖 8 ) ( S36 )。然後,將 PGCI內的 M_C_EPI [圖1 1及圖1 2的符號(b )]內所記憶之最新的時 間予以取得(S 3 7 )。其次,使用一身爲時刻和位置之對 應資訊的TMAPI (參照圖6 ),根據時刻來換算成碟片中 之位址而辨識再生開始位置(S 3 8 )。 然後,藉由微電腦區塊3 0之控制,從已取得之再生 開始位置起,藉由控制碟片驅動機35及資料處理器36、 解碼器部60,而開始再生(S39 )。 如此,複數使用者(例如父親和兒子)就不會混亂, 可各自從自己停止碟片再生的地點,再度開始繼續再生。 又,由於中斷位置資訊係記憶在碟片內,因此例如即使在 1樓的DVD播放器上中斷再生,也能拿到2樓自己房間內 的DVD播放器上繼續接著進行再生。 此外,做爲記錄時及再生時的使用者特定方法,雖然 是用圖15及圖16的操作畫面D1、D2,利用計時器顯示 部1 0 1、1 0 3的時間經過而爲之,但並非侷限於此種方 法。例如,再生開始之際讓使用者在碟片裝置上選擇而令 其辨認的方法,亦可同樣地實施。又,即使是藉由其他方 法,當然也可能同樣地按照使用者別而個別管理其再生之 -18- 1258748 ! ——而 中斷位置。 又,更理想爲,亦可在微電腦區塊30內,更設置一 設定模式,用來設定是否要進行「將上述之中斷位置資訊 記錄至碟片內,從該位置起繼續進行再生之中斷位置資訊 之管理」的處理。 此外,本發明並非侷限於上記實施例之一模一樣的樣 態,在實施階段中只要不脫離其要旨範圍,可以做各種變 形而將其具體化。又,藉由將上記實施例中所揭露的複數 構成要素加以適宜地組合,可以形成各式各樣的發明。例
