1238083 A7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本發明係有關被覆剝離型除濕劑,更詳細者係有關塡 入利用至少部份吸濕性物質之潮解性鹽,其表面呈難透濕 性薄膜,內側呈透濕性薄膜之雙重結構薄片之袋體,使用 時,將表面難透濕性薄膜剝離後被使用之被覆剝離型除濕 劑者。 先行技術中,提供塡入吸濕性物質於透濕性薄膜袋體 之除濕劑,而,此除濕劑之吸濕劑包裝務必充份小心者。 亦即,流通階段,若吸濕劑吸濕後,該商品價値將完全不 復存在,因此,該階段務必以難透濕性材料包裝吸濕.劑者 〇 此難透濕性材料之包裝以不同於製造除濕劑之另一步 驟進行。且被要求爲完整者,首先,以難透濕性包裝材料 作成袋子,將吸濕劑置入此袋中,再將袋口塞住之必要步 驟,惟,此步驟做爲除濕劑之成本太高。 因此,爲提供一種更經濟的除濕劑,被要求提供難透 濕性材料之包裝可以簡便之方法進行者。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 本發明者爲解決該課題,進行硏討除濕劑製造之各步 驟後,發現,做爲先行除濕劑之透濕性薄膜所討論之厚度 2〇μ m〜5 0 // m之熱塑性透濕性聚胺酯薄膜,此中加 入聚醯胺或聚胺基酸取得薄膜,或於熱塑性透濕性之聚酯 中加入聚亞烷二醇後取得之薄膜其延伸率爲3 〇 〇 %以上 ,造成薄膜單獨時由薄膜滾輥抽出時薄膜已延伸,加工速 度,加工方法受限,欲使該薄膜封口部份不產生皺紋,順 暢進行塡充,製袋者爲極困難者。 -4- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) 1238083 A7 B7 五、發明説明(2 ) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 因此,本發明者發現如上述物性之薄膜通常藉由合倂 薄膜成型時成型薄膜兼袋體成型時之加工用薄膜(以下稱 成型-加工用薄膜)後,著重於加工後,利用熱塑性透濕 性薄膜之成型一做爲加工用薄膜之難透濕性薄膜後,亦可 使此於使用時進行剝離做爲難透濕性包裝者,進而完成本 發明。 亦即,本發明之特徵係爲提供一種塡入利用具有至少 一部份潮解性鹽類其表面呈難透濕性薄膜,內側呈透濕性 薄膜之雙重結構之薄片後所形成之袋體,剝離難透濕性薄 膜後再行使用之被覆剝離型除濕劑者。 〔圖面之簡單說明〕 第1圖係代表實施例1所製造之被覆剝離型除濕劑吸 濕量與經過日數相互關係之圖面者。 第2圖係代表實施例2所製造之被覆剝離型除濕劑吸 濕量與經過日數相互關係之圖面者。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 第3圖係代表實施例3所製造之被覆剝離型除濕劑之 吸濕量與經過日數相互關係之圖面者。 第4圖係代表實施例4所製造之被覆剝離型除濕劑吸 濕量與經過日數相互關係之圖面者。 〔發明實施之最佳形態〕 本發明被覆剝離型除濕劑所使用之具有難透濕性薄膜 與透濕性薄膜之雙重結構薄片(以下稱「雙重結構薄片」 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210'〆297公釐) _ 5 _ 1238083 A7 B7 五、發明説明(3 ) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) )係藉由使用如上述之透濕性薄膜成型時之做爲成型-力口 工用薄膜之難透濕性薄膜後取得者,而,並不限定僅此方 法者,利用做爲成型-加工用薄膜之非難透濕性薄膜後, 成型後剝離此薄膜,藉由後處理粘合另一難透濕性薄膜, 非難透濕性薄膜做爲成型-加工用薄膜使用後成型後,於 成型-加工用薄膜上面粘合難透濕性薄膜者亦可。 形成此雙重結構薄片之薄膜中,做爲透濕性薄膜者其 透濕度爲3 00g/m2,日以上者,特別是500〜 5 000 g/m2,日爲更佳。又,張力強度以200 kg · f/cm2 (〇 . 196Pa)以上者。 做爲具有此透濕度之薄膜者如:微多孔性薄膜,無孔 透濕性薄膜之例,而,微多孔薄膜由外部附著界面活性成 份時,降低表面張力,可能誘發滲出,因此,以無孔透濕 性薄膜爲較佳者。 做爲此無孔透濕性薄膜例者如:熱塑性尿烷薄膜、熱 塑性聚醚尿烷薄膜、熱塑性聚酯尿烷薄膜所成之薄膜例者 〇 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 又,於熱塑性聚胺酯或聚酯中加入改質劑後,所取得 之薄膜亦可使用之。具體之改質劑如:做爲添加於熱塑性 聚胺酯者之聚醯胺、聚胺基酸、褐藻酸之多價金屬鹽或親 水性有機天然微粉末等例,做爲添加於聚酯之改質劑之聚 環氧化物二醇等例者。 其中,做爲聚醯胺者如:聚醯胺基劑之共聚物、聚酯 醯胺、聚醚醯胺等例。又,做爲褐藻酸多價金屬鹽者如: 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) _ 6 _ 1238083 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(4 ) 褐藻酸鈣、褐藻酸鋅、褐藻酸鈹、褐藻酸鋇、褐藻酸鎂、 褐藻酸鎘、褐藻酸汞、褐藻酸緦、褐藻酸鐳、褐藻酸鉛、 褐藻酸銅、褐藻酸鐵、褐藻酸鋁、褐藻酸鈷、褐藻酸鎳、 褐藻酸鉻、褐藻酸錳等例。 又,做爲親水性有機系天然微粉末者如:膠原類、海 綿粉、彈性素、角蛋白、絲粉、木棉、麻、紙漿、海藻等 例。更,做爲聚(環氧化物)二醇之例者如,聚四亞甲基 二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇等例。此等改質劑之添加量依 聚合物做適當選取之。 更且,亦可使用此等聚胺酯、聚酯及此等中添加改質 劑者與紙、不織布、符契、有孔聚薄膜相互粘合者,此等 聚胺酯、聚酯塗佈於紙、不織布等後,做成被膜化者。 取得該透濕性薄膜之方法並無特別限定,可利用先行 方法進行成型者。具體例如下記方法。 (1 )於熱塑性聚胺酯樹脂顆粒中混合1 0〜2 0 % 之聚醯胺顆粒後,藉由擠壓法(吹塑、澆鑄擠壓、共同擠 壓等)進行製膜(特開平5 - 1 1 5 4號公報)。做爲聚 醯胺之例者如:聚醯胺1 1 ( p A - 1 1 )、聚醯胺1 2 (P A — 1 2 )、聚醯胺 1 2 1 2 ( P A — 1 2 1 2 )被 利用之。 (2 )針對1 〇 〇份熱塑性聚胺酯樹脂配合〇 . 〇 ]_ 〜1 0 0份之褐藻酸多價金屬鹽後,做成樹脂組成物(特 開平9 一 1 2 7 7 4號公報)。更具體者係於聚醚聚醇及 二異氰酸酯中添加褐藻酸多價金屬鹽,加熱後製膜後被調 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) -7- ^ 壯衣 _IT. (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁} 1238083 A7 B7_ 五、發明説明(5 ) 製之。又,做爲理想之褐藻酸多價金屬鹽者如:0弓鹽、鋅 鹽、鏡鹽、鋇鹽等例。 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) (3 )針對9 0〜9 9重量份熱塑性聚胺_乳劑配合 1〜1 0重量份之親水性天然物蛋白質微粉末後進行製膜 (特開平6 - 1 0 2 6 8號公報)。具體例如:混合熱塑 性聚胺酯乳劑與親水性天然物蛋白質微粉末後,於脫模紙 等進行塗佈,加熱後,乾燥之後藉由製膜後被調製之。又 ’理想之親水性天然物蛋白質微粉末之例如:膠原質、彈 性體、角蛋白、絲粉等例。 (4 )使芳香族二羧酸或其低級烷酯、亞烷基二醇、 聚(環氧化物)二醇以1 : 1〜2 : 0 . 1〜〇 . 2之莫 耳比配合加熱、反應後形成聚合物,進行顆粒化後,藉由 擠壓法(吹塑、澆鑄擠壓、共同擠壓等)進行製膜(特開 平1 1 一 8 0 3 8 9號公報)。 又,透濕薄膜以「 m 〇 b i r ο η」(日淸紡紗股份公司製 )「ideaxprotein TPU薄膜」(出光石油化學(股份)製) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 、「 fleclon」(日本合成化學工業(股份)製)等商品名 被市販之,亦可使用此等。 形成雙重結構薄片之薄膜中,做爲難透濕性薄膜者, 以水蒸氣滲透度1 ·〇 g / m 2,日以下者宜,特別以5 g / m 2 ’日以下者爲更能。接於此難透濕性薄膜之透濕性 薄膜之面所使用之基材於透濕性薄膜之熱熔合溫度中務必 與同薄膜實質上未熔合者,難透濕性之成型一加工用薄膜 於薄膜加工時附有張力,因此,以呈3 〇 〇 %以下延伸率 -8- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210XΜ?公釐) 1238083 A7 _______ B7 _ 五、發明説明(6 ) 者宜。 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 做爲具有該性質之難透濕性薄膜例者如:延伸聚丙烯 (0 p p ) /未延伸聚丙烯(C p p )、聚乙烯對苯二甲 酸酯(P E T )、聚偏氯乙烯Kote ( K —)p E 丁、 PET/聚乙烯(pe) 、κ — ΡΕΤ/ΡΕ、Κ — 〇ΡΡ、K - Opp/cpp 'PET/CPP、Κ-PET/CPP、矽石蒸鍍(gl — ) PET、GL — PET /PE、氧化鋁蒸鍍(ν μ— ) PET、VM — PET/PE、GL- PET/CPP、VM- PET/ CPP 、延伸尼龍(〇NY) / PE 、κ — ONY/PE 等例 '由此選取熱熔合溫度中未與無孔透濕性薄膜呈熔合 性之材料者即可。 又’以非難透濕性薄膜做爲成型-加工用薄膜使用後 ’成型無孔透濕性後,藉由後處理於成型-加工用薄膜側 粘合另一難透濕性薄膜時。 使用〇PP 、K — 〇PP 、PET、K — PET、 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 GL — PET 、VM— PET 、〇NY 、K —〇NY 等, 使此等於成型-加工用薄膜進行層壓塑料即可。 本發明所使用之雙重結構薄片之調製係使用難透濕性 薄膜做爲成型透濕性薄膜時之成型-加工用薄膜後,可容 易進行之。亦即,熱塑性尿烷薄膜雖無物理性之孔、卻呈 透過水蒸氣之無孔透濕性薄膜者,該薄膜其延伸率極高, 因此,通常使聚烯烴於塗層紙類之成型-加工用薄膜上進 行擠壓,或與形成成型一加工用薄膜之聚合物共同進行吹 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -9 - 1238083 A7 B7 五、發明説明(7 ) 塑後,呈一體成型加工者。又,做爲其他方法者亦可採用 使聚烯烴進行塗層後作成薄膜之方法者。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 使用該取得之雙重結構薄片形成袋體中,將此薄片之 透濕性薄膜做爲內面,塡充吸濕成份之潮解性鹽類後,一 般之方法如藉由熱封等接合成所期待袋體之形狀即可。此 袋體之全體亦可藉由雙重結構形成者,而,一部份如:單 面做成雙重結構,亦可以不透濕性材料形成另一面者。 做爲此另一面所使用之不吸濕性材料者如:該雙重結 構薄片所使用之難透濕性薄膜中,選出雙重結構薄片內面 之無孔滲透性薄膜與呈現熱熔合性者即可。 其中’選擇做爲無孔滲透性薄膜之尿烷時,做爲不透 濕性材料者於低密度聚乙烯薄膜(L D P E ),直鏈低密 度聚乙烯薄膜(L L D P E ),中密度聚乙烯薄膜( 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 M D P E )、高密度聚乙烯薄膜(H D P E )、乙烯/醋 酸乙酯共聚物(Ε V A )等聚乙烯薄膜、或此薄膜與尿烷 互不熔合之面使聚酯、尿龍、氧化鋁蒸鍍聚酯、鋁蒸鍍聚 酯、矽石蒸鍍聚酯、偏氯乙烯k 〇 t e聚酯、P V A /矽 石k o t e聚丙烯進行層壓塑料之複合薄膜之例者。此等 不透濕性材料中,預先使尿烷於熔合面進行塗層者宜,又 ,此等薄膜之聚胺酯樹脂所塗層之面中爲提昇樹脂粘著性 ,以進行電暈放電處理者佳。 做爲被覆層之聚胺酯樹脂者如:一液硬化型或二液硬 化型之聚胺酯樹脂或適應基材爲塑膠薄膜,以聚胺酯做爲 主體樹脂之印刷用聚胺酯樹脂之例者。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) _ 1238083 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明(9 ) 脂中添加氯化乙烯/醋酸乙酯共聚物、硝酸纖維素、聚酯 、聚醯胺、聚蠛、無機成份等者。此等通常係爲薄膜基材 與聚胺酯樹脂粘著性之改良、耐水性改良、耐藥性改良、 連粘性改良、發色等之目的而添加者,惟,亦易成爲降低 熱塑性聚胺酯薄膜與印刷用聚胺酯樹脂之粘著強度之因子 者。因此’欲使此等成份做成用途,期待性能時,務必在 不損及本發明熱粘著效果範圍下進行添加者。 又’此被覆薄膜中塗層聚胺酯樹脂之方法並無特別限 定’一般可藉由先行公知之棒塗層、噴霧之塗佈溶液之方 法’浸漬於溶液之方法等進行塗層者,而,比起其他塗層 法’其塗佈時間可縮短,且可巧妙調整塗佈位置,塗層厚 度’因此,以藉由印刷之塗層者爲較理想者。又,塗層面 亦可塗層熔合面全面者,亦可僅與尿烷薄膜相互·熔合部份 進行塗佈者。 被塡充於本發明被覆剝離型除濕劑之袋體內的潮解性 鹽類爲吸濕性物質者,其具體例如:氯化鈣無水鹽、二水 鹽等氯化鈣鹽、氯化鎂無水鹽、二水鹽等氯化鎂鹽等例, 可使用粒狀、片狀及粉末狀者。 此等潮解性鹽類中,潮解後之溶液中更具粘性,爲進 行凝膠化之目的下亦可配合適當之凝膠化劑。做爲此目的 所使用之凝膠.化劑者如:α化澱粉、聚丙烯醯胺、聚丙嫌 醯胺陽離子共聚物、聚丙烯醯胺陰離子共聚物、聚-正~ 乙烯基乙醯胺基之例。 又,潮解性鹽類中,必要時亦可添加增粘劑、防霉劑 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X297公釐) _ 12 _ (請先閱讀背面之注意事- 4 -項再填· 裝— :寫本頁) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 1238083 A7 ____ B7 五、發明説明(1〇 ) 、除臭劑等任意成份者。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 另外,本發明中以無孔透濕性薄膜做爲形成雙重結構 薄片之薄片使用時,袋內之潮解性鹽類藉由吸濕後出現體 積增加之現象。且,無孔透濕性薄膜爲無透氣性,因此, 混入潮解性鹽類塡充時之空氣不會外洩。因此,該吸濕現 象與藉由殘存於袋內之空氣使得體積大幅增加。藉由此體 積的增加造成袋之膨脹,爲肪止袋破、潮解性鹽類塡入袋 體時藉由真空包裝或空氣擠壓後,使袋體內空氣某種程度 排出後進行密封,亦即,進行脫氣密封者宜。特別是該袋 體之塡充後容積(m 1 ,除以所塡充之潮解性鹽類重量( g ))其容積/重量比脫氣至1 . 5以下後進行密封者更 爲理想者。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 脫氣密封法之例如:於三方被封住之袋體內使置入潮 解性鹽類用噴嘴由上方開口部呈插入狀態下塡入潮解性鹽 類,再使袋體往下方移動之同時,由兩側擠壓袋體,將內 部空氣擠出後,使上邊部份進行熔合之方法例者。又,做 爲另一方法者,如:利用空氣吸引噴嘴,排出塡入潮解性 鹽類之袋體內部空氣,再使上部進行熱熔融後之密封方法 例者。 又,袋體自體之容積依所使用潮解性鹽類種類之不同而 異,一般,如上述進行脫氣密封時,以潮解性鹽類重量( g)之數字3 . 3倍至5 . 3倍左右之容積(ml )者宜 亦即,做爲潮解性鹽類者使用氯化15、二水鹽時,於2 5 °C,R Η 8 0 % (梅爾時一般家庭內)之環境中,平衡狀 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X297公釐) -13 - 1238083 A7 B7 五、發明説明(11 ) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 態下,吸收此氯化鈣二水鹽重量(g )之約2 . 5倍濕氣 者。且,4 0 °C,R Η 9 0 % (夏天潮濕衣櫃內等,暫時 性造成加濕狀態)之環境下同樣的吸收約4倍重量(g ) 之濕氣。惟,到達平衡狀態時之時間於透濕膜之透濕度、 透氣性容器之空隙率,除濕劑中被透濕膜之位置等所左右 ,各製品所需容積極爲多樣者。另外,透濕度極少之製品 可視爲除濕效果低之製品者。因此,該4 0 t,R Η 9 0 %,即使持續1個月之吸濕後,安全袋之容積只要把關除 濕袋體內殘存空氣量其潮解性鹽類重量(g )之數値仍爲 3 · 3倍至5 · 3倍之容積(m 1 )者。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 如上述取得之本發明被覆剝離型除濕劑,於流通階段 並未剝離外側難透濕性薄膜之狀態,亦即,難透濕性薄膜 呈密合狀態,使用時再剝開難透濕性薄膜進行使用之。爲 使此難透濕性薄膜易於剝離,而附與剝離用之摘取片(亦 即「耳」部)爲極方便者。做爲此摘取片之作法係於難透 濕性之成型-加工用薄膜外側面,周圍部粘著一小片低端 ’或熱熔合-薄膜小片端之方法例者。又,亦可熱熔合或 粘著帶亦可。 又’於成型-加工用薄膜上擠壓熱塑性無孔透濕性薄 膜之樹脂後’或使熱塑性無孔透濕性薄膜之樹脂溶液進行 塗層製膜時,只要設計熱塑性無孔透濕性薄膜樹脂之空白 帶薄膜的作成後,即可將此空白帶做成摘取片。 更於吸塑法中,可設計如下的摘取片。首先使非難透 濕性薄膜樹脂與熱塑性無孔透濕性薄膜樹脂作成吹塑雙重 -14- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家榡準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) 1238083 A7 B7 五、發明説明(12 ) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 結構薄片。此非難透濕性之成型-加工用薄膜與透濕薄膜 之雙重結構薄片滾輥裁成適當寬度後,比裁斷寬更寬之摘 取片增加寬度之另一難透濕性薄膜於雙重結構薄片成型_ 加工用薄膜側進行層壓塑料則可呈熱塑性無孔透濕性薄膜 之空白帶,做成摘取片。 如上述所取得具摘取片之雙重結構薄片用於袋體單面 時而另一面難透濕性薄膜更形成多於雙重結構薄片之熱塑 性無孔透濕性薄膜之難透濕性薄膜摘取片之寬度,至少使 熱塑性無孔透濕性薄膜與出現熱熔合性薄膜用於熱透濕性 薄膜之熱熔合面者宜。熱熔合重疊兩薄膜之熱塑性無孔透 濕性薄膜周圍之三方後,塡充潮解性鹽類,熱熔合封口後 取得具有摘取片之袋體。此雙重結構薄片之摘取片與熱塑 性無孔透濕性薄膜設定於相同於熱熔合難透濕性薄膜之摘 取片側之後,脫離兩邊後,只要剝離成型-加工用薄膜即 可開始吸濕。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 另外,以具摘取片之雙重結構薄片做爲整個袋體使用 時,只要分離兩側兩片難透濕性薄膜與內包中央潮解性鹽 類之熱塑性無孔透濕性袋之3袋則摘取片亦需要3片。首 先,以雙重結構薄片之熱塑性無孔透濕性薄膜做爲內側, 摘取片最好呈重疊配置之。熱熔合熱塑性無孔透濕性薄膜 周圍之三方後.,塡充潮解性鹽類之後,作成熱熔合封口袋 則可取得具二片摘取片之袋體,而,中央層之熱塑性無孔 透濕性薄膜之袋部上端亦設置摘取片則較易剝離兩側之成 形-加工用薄膜。如此,單面雙重結構薄片位於熱塑性無 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) -1 5 - 1238083 A7 B7 五、發明説明(13 ) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 孔透濕性薄膜與出現熱溶合性之單面基材,或添附帶,形 成摘取片後,只要製袋,塡充後,即可設定兩面摘取代以 及中央層熱塑性無孔透濕性薄膜合計爲3片摘取片者。 以上所說明之被覆剝離型除濕劑雖可直接使用之,惟 ,由外觀,使用性等面觀之,以收納於透氣性容器內再行 使用者佳。組合具透氣性容器時,亦可做成做爲此容器型 除濕劑替代藥劑使用者。 做爲爲收納所使用之透氣性容器者可利用長方體、立 方體、三角柱體、圓角長方體、立方體、三角柱體、圓柱 體、橢圓柱體等形狀者,該形狀可合倂設定可插入不佔使 用空間之形狀,插於狹窄空隙之形狀時,及用途者。 做爲形成此透氣性容器之基材者如:各種金屬、聚乙 烯、聚丙嫌、聚酯等塑膠牛皮紙、馬尼拉麻紙板、白紙板 、刨花紙板、一般瓦楞紙等紙類。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 另外’透氣性容器只要具有某種程度形狀之透氣性即 可,如:於上部,側面設置開口部或孔等類似形狀者,更 可於此開口部,孔使用各種不織布、符契、有孔聚乙烯薄 膜、有孔聚丙烯薄膜、微多孔聚乙烯薄膜、微多孔聚丙烯 薄膜等之透氣性薄片部材。 本發明被覆剝離型除濕劑中,若使用於該各構成薄膜 中塗層消臭劑,將香料做成微粒膠囊化後所擔載之薄膜, 亦可調製具有消臭、芳香功能之被覆剝離型除濕劑者。 本發明被覆剝離型除濕劑係將潮解性鹽類塡入可以一 個步驟取得,利用具有密合難透濕性薄膜與透濕性薄膜狀 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公董 1 16 -
