【物品用途】;本設計物品係運用在墊體(如地墊、座墊、桌墊)之花紋外觀設計。;【設計說明】;本案設計為連續平面者，申請設計之圖面得省略立體圖，僅檢附呈現整體平面設計的平面圖，特此先敘明。;請參閱本案平面圖，本設計的特點在於墊體花紋，其主要由數個對稱設計的半圓所構成，在一些半圓的花紋是由線條所構成，而對應的半圓花紋則類似塗滿的半圓所構成，再將多個花紋對稱組合形成如左下角所示的單元1，另外有一方向配置與單元1相反的單元2，單元2能讓視覺不疲勞外，還有指示消費者拼裝定位的功能，利用單元1、單元2，進而形成本設計的花紋，上該連續花紋之平面圖及構成該連續花紋之單元圖。整體而言，使本設計之墊體花紋形成一多個半圓構成點陣輪廓圖層，使在交錯變化中卻同時具規則循環之連續圖面設計，並具有立體、推陳出新、豐富視覺的美感，應已符合設計專利成立要件，爰依法提出申請，懇祈鈞局早日惠准專利，至感德便。[Item Purpose];This design item is a pattern design used in cushions (such as floor mats, seat cushions, and table mats). ;[Design Description];If the design of this case is a continuous plane, the three-dimensional drawing can be omitted in the design application drawing, and only the plane drawing showing the overall plane design can be attached. Multiple patterns are symmetrically combined to form unit 1 as shown in the lower left corner. In addition, there is a unit 2 arranged in a direction opposite to unit 1. Unit 2 can not only avoid visual fatigue, but also has the function of instructing consumers to assemble and position. Unit 1 and unit 2 are used to form the pattern of this design. The plan view of the continuous pattern and the unit diagram that constitutes the continuous pattern are shown above. In general, the cushion pattern of this design forms a dot matrix outline layer composed of multiple semicircles, which makes the design a continuous pattern with regular cycles in the interlaced changes, and has a three-dimensional, innovative and visually rich aesthetic. It should have met the requirements for the establishment of a design patent. Therefore, I have filed an application in accordance with the law and sincerely hope that the Bureau will approve the patent as soon as possible. I will be very grateful.
