【物品用途】;本設計之物品為一種醫療用植入器具組,用於在人體或動物體內插入可分解之多孔隙人工植入物。;【設計說明】;本設計為一種醫療用植入器具組的特殊造型創作,由圖式觀之,該醫療用植入器具組包括有一呈圓柱狀的可分解之多孔隙人工植入物;一呈中空圓柱狀的插管,其一端內徑壁厚遞增且尾端環繞具有複數個長條形切槽形成之夾爪、以及另一端具有外螺紋;以及一呈圓柱狀的推桿,其一端具有一推塊、以及另一端具內螺紋及一圓盤狀把手。由分解圖觀之,標示(1)為人工植入物、(2)為插管、以及(3)為推桿。由使用狀態參考圖1、2觀之,插管內的推塊推出多孔隙人工植入物時,因插管內側遞增之壁厚可使多孔隙人工植入物不易於插管中鬆脫,由插管尾端之夾爪固定於插管上,並藉由上述螺紋漸進式推出多孔隙人工植入物。剖面圖為使用狀態參考圖1中依據A-A之截線所取之剖面圖。局部放大圖為剖面圖中以虛線所圍繞區域之放大圖,虛線本身並非本案所主張設計之部分。綜上所述,本設計整體造型呈現出線條俐落的獨特視覺感受,確為符合設計專利之創新要件的理想設計。

本設計之物品為一種醫療用植入器具組,用於在人體或動物體內插入可分解之多孔隙人工植入物。
本設計為一種醫療用植入器具組的特殊造型創作,由圖式觀之,該醫療用植入器具組包括有一呈圓柱狀的可分解之多孔隙人工植入物;一呈中空圓柱狀的插管,其一端內徑壁厚遞增且尾端環繞具有複數個長條形切槽形成之夾爪、以及另一端具有外螺紋;以及一呈圓柱狀的推桿,其一端具有一推塊、以及另一端具內螺紋及一圓盤狀把手。由分解圖觀之,標示(1)為人工植入物、(2)為插管、以及(3)為推桿。由使用狀態參考圖1、2觀之,插管內的推塊推出多孔隙人工植入物時,因插管內側遞增之壁厚可使多孔隙人工植入物不易於插管中鬆脫,由插管尾端之夾爪固定於插管上,並藉由上述螺紋漸進式推出多孔隙人工植入物。剖面圖為使用狀態參考圖1中依據A-A之截線所取之剖面圖。局部放大圖為剖面圖中以虛線所圍繞區域之放大圖,虛線本身並非本案所主張設計之部分。綜上所述,本設計整體造型呈現出線條俐落的獨特視覺感受,確為符合設計專利之創新要件的理想設計。
