【物品用途】;本創作係一種杯子新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之容器。;【設計說明】;本設計承襲母案外型的創作特徵風格，其設計特點及與母案的區別在於：相較於母案而為較高、較長之杯身；雙階層杯身及其環設凸緣之特徵仍與母案相同，而為部份外觀變化之設計，視覺效果與原設計係屬近似，而符合衍生設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出衍生設計專利申請。

本創作係一種杯子新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之容器。
本設計承襲母案外型的創作特徵風格，其設計特點及與母案的區別在於：相較於母案而為較高、較長之杯身；雙階層杯身及其環設凸緣之特徵仍與母案相同，而為部份外觀變化之設計，視覺效果與原設計係屬近似，而符合衍生設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出衍生設計專利申請。
