敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作主要係呈現一圓形杯身及大圓徑杯口之杯子，杯身下緣內縮形成較小圓徑之杯底；杯身環設有複數長形凸緣，凸緣上下端呈圓弧、且下端配合杯身下緣內縮。整體觀之，本創作之杯子形體構成造型圓潤及線條突出之視覺美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。 Please refer to the attached drawings.
