【物品用途】;本案係有關於一種POS基座，特別是關於一種具有支撐結構之POS基座，可與擴充式輸出入埠裝置相互組配，且可供掌上型POS裝置組合於支撐結構中之POS基座。;【設計說明】;本案部分設計係為一種造形新穎並具有時尚美感之銷售點資訊管理系統(Point-of-Sale，POS)裝置之POS基座。;本案部分設計的基本線條，主要是由一可供手持式POS裝置組合於其中之支撐結構，以及結合前述支撐結構之POS基座所共同組成。;其中，自本案兩個不同視角的立體圖、各視角圖與參考圖中可清楚得知，本案整體而言係具有一支撐結構之POS基座，以供一手持式POS裝置可自由地組裝與拆卸於支撐結構中；且，當前述手持式POS裝置分離於前述支撐結構後，前述支撐結構所具有的鏤空幾何線條，將展現出一種富有穿透意味十足的簡約設計美感；另外，搭配本案靠近前述支撐結構之底端處、且屬於較長又同時向左/右突出的一長形底板後，更可彰顯本案線條的對稱性美學特質。;另外，當呈現矩形幾何線條之前述POS基座的底座結構，其往上層去結合多個圓柱形樞轉結構所共同疊加形成的圓柱形幾何線條，以及再更往上層結合中空框體所呈現的另一種矩形鏤空線條時，本案的設計語彙將更可明顯表現出多層次的視覺美感。;當然，本案各視圖中所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。;另外，本案另外提供兩個不同視角的參考圖，以輔助說明本案線條的特性；其中，該些參考圖用以表示本案搭配設置有擴充式輸出入埠裝置後，再與手持式POS裝置相結合的組合關係示意；當然，此前述參考圖僅用於輔助說明本案，並不屬於本案主張設計之保護範圍內。;綜上所述，本案具有支撐結構之POS基座之部分設計，線條十分簡潔並兼具有時尚簡約與科技效率的美感，故本案乃完全迥異於習知設計之巢臼，應極符合設計專利之申請要件，蓋殆無疑義；為此，懇祈 鈞局惠予審查並賜准其專利，實感德便。

Description

一種具有支撐結構之POS基座
本案係有關於一種POS基座，特別是關於一種具有支撐結構之POS基座，可與擴充式輸出入埠裝置相互組配，且可供掌上型POS裝置組合於支撐結構中之POS基座。
本案部分設計係為一種造形新穎並具有時尚美感之銷售點資訊管理系統(Point-of-Sale，POS)裝置之POS基座。
本案部分設計的基本線條，主要是由一可供手持式POS裝置組合於其中之支撐結構，以及結合前述支撐結構之POS基座所共同組成。
其中，自本案兩個不同視角的立體圖、各視角圖與參考圖中可清楚得知，本案整體而言係具有一支撐結構之POS基座，以供一手持式POS裝置可自由地組裝與拆卸於支撐結構中；且，當前述手持式POS裝置分離於前述支撐結構後，前述支撐結構所具有的鏤空幾何線條，將展現出一種富有穿透意味十足的簡約設計美感；另外，搭配本案靠近前述支撐結構之底端處、且屬於較長又同時向左/右突出的一長形底板後，更可彰顯本案線條的對稱性美學特質。
