【物品用途】;本案係有關於一種積木模組，特別是關於一種電池類的電動積木模組。;【設計說明】;本案部分設計係為一種造形新穎並具有時尚美感之電池積木模組。;本案部分設計的基本線條，主要是由具有複數獨立圓形凸柱之頂面、複數個彼此相連接之圓形凹孔之底面、與四個側表面等結構線條所共同組成。;其中，自本案三個角度的立體圖與俯/仰側視圖中可清楚得知，於前述複數獨立圓形凸柱中，至少有部份圓形凸柱更包括設有若干彈性電性接頭(例如，單針彈簧連接器(Pogo pin))，以供與其他電動積木模組進行電性連接，且於前述複數圓形凹孔中，至少有部份圓形凹孔可供若干金屬墊片暴露出於其中，以供與其他電動積木模組進行電性連接。;再者，自本案前/後/左側/右側視圖中可清楚得知，於前述複數側表面中至少有三個側表面也設置有複數小圓形孔洞，且安排有相對應的彈性電性接頭及金屬墊片暴露出於其中，以供與其他電動積木模組進行電性連接。;藉由前述各表面的結合，於整體視覺上即呈現出一種特殊的科技美感；當然，圖式中所揭露之虛線部分，包括電源開關與充電插座及/或定位方孔等等虛線線條，皆為本案不主張設計之部分。;另外，本案另提供若干參考圖，以輔助說明本案線條的特性；其中，參考圖一、二用於輔助說明本案於分解組裝時之示意狀態；當然，前述若干參考圖皆僅用於輔助說明本案的線條特性，亦並不屬於本案主張設計之保護範圍內。;綜上所述，本案線條十分簡潔並兼具有時尚簡約與科技效率的美感，故本案乃完全迥異於習知設計之巢臼，應極符合設計專利之申請要件，蓋殆無疑義；為此，懇祈 鈞局惠予審查並賜准其專利，實感德便。
